I am very happy with the service I received at East Coast Eddies. I originally brought my vehicle for an inspection, during which I was told my rear brakes were very low but would still pass inspection if I decided I didn’t want them replaced. I decided to have them change the brakes for me, they gave me a very fair price and did a great job.I ended up bringing the car back to them a week or so later for a separate issue I was having where my car would intermittently not start. I did not know what the issue was, I was thinking the ignition switch or possibly starter. Bill was great and was able to diagnose the issue to being the aftermarket alarm system that was in the car for 10+ years malfunctioning. He gave me a VERY reasonable price to rip out all of the faulty alarm and remote start components while also re wiring anything that didn’t look right. Since then I have not had an issue with the car starting.Thank you Bill and everyone at East Coast Eddies for all the help you gave me with my vehicle! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. Bill was absolutely fantastic! I had major motor issues with my car and they were completely honest, caring, straight forward, and so informative. They never try to cut corners and will spend as much time with you as you need. 10/10. Will recommend this place over and over!

The workmanship is second to none...and Ed goes many extra miles to insure his customers are taken care of. He actually drove to Riverhead to p/u parts for my Silverado, making sure I wasnt without my truck for an extra day. You dont find that kind of dedication to customer satisfaction these days. Very honest and helpful

Made a U-Turn and sheared off my U-Joint, dropped the drive shaft and snapped my transmission cable. East Coast Eddies was the nearest mechanic so I had it towed there. Saw that it had 5 stars on Google and thought that is rare for a mechanic. I can see now why they are rated 5 stars. I worked with Bill who was amazing. Explained everything to me and called me through every step of the process. He even showed me the damaged parts after the repair was complete. Did a thorough check of my car in addition to the aforementioned repairs finding a nail in one of my tires (fixed that), changed my oil which was long overdue and secured my battery which wasnt locked in. My car is now driving great and I have a new mechanic. There is a reason this shop is rated 5 stars. Go here; you will not be disappointed. Thank you for an amazing job and your professionalism!

Ive been lucky enough to have East Coast Eddies work on my vehicles for the last 15yrs. Over the years his shops have gotten bigger and better. I own a foriegn car, and I trust him to do work on my vehicle more then I do the dealership. He continues to surprise me with the amount of knowledge and expertise that he and his staff have. Have to say Best Mechanics Ive ever Did business w..A problem that persisted on my 2000 jeep Cherokee Since day 1 Ruff Idle Problem was getting worse started Bucking on Hwy ..3 Mechanics later He was able to figure it out in a couple.hrs..now my jeep Runs Better than day 1..Down to Earth.. Weve followed Eddie from Medford to Shirley and back to Medford. These guys are that good. Reliable, affordable, and most important honest. They will spend as much time explaining what and why you need something as you need, and only what you need. If your car has a problem this is a place you can comfortably go and find out whats wrong. I went to Eddies on referral and definitely wasnt disappointed. The staff was very friendly and they were able to accommodate me within my budget but also get the work done necessary for my car to run better. There are still things that need to get fixed, but you can bet I will definitely come back here for that. Would I recommend Eddies to anyone? Was Jim Morrison the lead singer of The Doors? Of Course!!

He saved me big money. They have my loyalty for seeing such honesty. Another said needed whole transmission, but Eddie repaired for only $100. Using someone else almost cost $2600. Never seen such great honesty as with Eddie.

East Coast Eddies is the best at what they do and have excellent customer service, I was having trouble with my breaks and what I thought was my transmission, and when I took it to my usual guys, they were stumped and recommended Eddie, well by then it was a Friday afternoon, and I wasnt sure if I was going to have to leave my car over night, well Eddies managed to work on my car and had it ready before closing. Eddies is one of the best, my family has been going to him for some time now, and now I know why, I highly recommend him if you want a fast and honest solution to your car trouble, my car drives like a dream again

Best auto repair around; Eddie is the easiest mechanic Ive ever met to communicate with and thats the difference here. Hes never to busy to talk to me himself and always knows whats going on with all the cars in his shop. The other mechanics are top notch communicators as well.

Eddie and Bill are wonderful. Been coming here when I had my truck and my car. Had others go here. They are honest no telling you u need xyz and u dont. When Ive had breakdowns got towed here no issues and service next day.

I have been a customer of Eddie for almost 15 years, I take my vehicles and my family members vehicles to eddie for service, inspections, repairs and anything else that comes up. He and his crew are true professionals and can take care of everything from my 70s mopar muscle car to my sons wrangler to my new challenger SRT8. Eddie is not the cheapest around, but he proves to be the best value by doing things right the first time! you get what you pay for and Eddie is well worth it!
