Bagels are not that great. They literally get hard super fast. I dont know if its new ownership but prices are up and quality is down. Service is not that great either. Breakfast bagel was a joke. The cheese was not melted the egg was the saddest thing but the sausage was a good size. See photos

First time here. Oh so good. The bagels were so darn good. I got a spinach pesto tomato and Recatta cheese my daughter got the breakfast one . You get to choose from over ten different bagels. The owners were so nice made us feel like family. Also got a cold latte that was so delicious. We will be making this place one of our regular places to eat. You wont be disappointed.

It pains me to leave a one star review for Ahuva. I have long loved the bagels here, especially the salt bagels. However I ordered through Door Dash and they called me to see if I would take a substitution. I did, and when I received it, they had completely gotten my order wrong. I called them to tell them what it happened and got an argument from whoever I spoke with saying that they sent me what Door Dash sent them. I thought well maybe I was wrong but when I checked my order I had ordered what I wanted and they had sent me something different. Rather than try to make it right they argued that they were right. Not a good way to do business. To top it all off, the bagel was under cooked. I will probably give them another chance. But this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

Terrific made from scratch bagels,no preservatives, friendly owners, I had the Veggie Breakfast Bagel with pesto and sprouts on an apple cinnamon bagel and so much goodness and my friend had the chicken bacon ranch with a Parmesan spinach bagel. Also they had well maintained and clean restrooms.

After actually finding the building the people were quite friendly and the the bagel and chai were so good. Ill definitely go again.

Sorry to have to give 2 stars on this one..I will keep this pithy..when we walked into the door to the time I got our bagels....35 minutes...7 ppl behind the counter and it still took that long for to Lox bagels..the Bagels were fresh and full of flavor. But nothing...nothing should ever take 35 minutes in that type of business. Manager/owner needs to not wear so many hats..

A bagel costs $4 here I think thats way too expensive. The staff is really nice but I cant believe I just paid $9.50 for 2 bagels and a tip

Coming from out of town and needed to find a good breakfast bagel shop. Stopped by here and we were well taken care of. Great customer service and good bagel sandwich. Ill remember this place when I come through in the future.

Consistency just isn’t there. If I can easily be charged $10 for the exact same bagel sandwich that they charge me $6 for another day. The blended chai I got last week was good, but the one this morning was all ice. I only got to maybe 2 ounces out of it and now is undrinkable.

First time visit as we have just moved to the area. My son loved the apple cinnamon bagel and I got a half dozen to try at home. The everything bagel was awesome. Will be making this a staple in our lives! Did not experience any slow service like on the other reviews but in my experience bagel shops don’t usually have fast service because it takes a while to freshly prepared each toasted bagel or sandwich.Update: I have since been back several times and tried almost every flavor. New favorite is jalapeño! Everything there is so good and the owner is SO nice. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Good bagels and coffee...but a little pricey

I was the only one in the shop. Ordered a single bagel and I received the wrong cream cheese. As always things are personal preference... but the bagel was awful in my opinion. I would even rather go to Einsteins

I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches. The ingredients always taste fresh and quality. The only thing I might mention is it can be a little on the spendy side but I think it’s worth it for a well made breakfast that doesn’t leave you feeling greasy or bloated.

Hmmm...., tough call. I have been to New York city several times and have had bagels. The bagels were not too bad, but the decaf coffee was terrible. We arrived shortly after opening time and the place was filthy and looked like it hadnt been cleaned up in days. Tablets dirty, food on the floor and a general disarray.The staff was polite and helpful but the managment was lacking.Seriously disappointed.

Walked in to get a breakfast bagel.Was standing near the window looking at the menu while someone else in front of me was ordering when I noticed: A woman in the back preparing someone with her mask down around her neck...As I continued to watch she reached up and rubbed her nose before going back to what she was preparing.So that is a huge no from me. Disgusting.

Traveling through the area and I saw this place while out in my jog. I informed the cashier and she immediately offered assistance. Bagel was great! Soft inside with a hard exterior and just enough seasoning to not overwhelm the flavoring

Been twice. First ordered when I got there. Second time called in order. Same amount of time waiting for sandwich to be made. Staff is slow as molasses. Someone needs to put them in 4th gear! Love the bagels!

Im from the east coast so my desire for bagels is very high and rarely satisfied, because I also want them to be good. Well, here I was able to accomplish my goal. I do not live locally but occasionally work in the area, and will definitely be frequenting it if Im here while they are open.Everything appears to be made on premises (did not confirm with cream cheese), and the clerk and I discussed the oddities other people have claimed as bagels (not pretentiously mind you, we were laughing at the absurdity).But, if you like delicious breakfast things, go here.

Fresh made bagels daily with the ability to make you anything from a pizza bagel to a towering sandwich or just a simple bagel with cream cheese. There are so many flavors that you could have a sweet or savory version. Though its usually steadily busy, few people take advantage of the seating. They even have some comfortable lounge chairs next to an outlook for the business person on the go.

I frequent this spot. Usually get the lox and bagel. Employees are friendly, the place is clean, and food is quality/fresh (Im actually always impressed with tomatoes on the lox and bagel). Id recommend Ahuva bagels, and the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is it just a basic bagel shop, following the formula well, but not standing out as a restaurant.

I always try to give the benefit of the doubt so i was hoping for a change of heart on this. But today was it!I go into Ahuva because I LOVE BAGELS. I work in the plaza so it is convenient to walk to. I usually order the Veggie Delight on a cheddar bagel and I love it ... a salad with CREAM CHEESE!But well there are a few things that I am bothered with. First, I have seen many times when they handle the bagel after writing an order with a pen that everyone uses and then they come back to me and take my credit card payment. My card has fallen on the ground many times. After they take payment they continue making my sandwich without washing their hands.They also seem to have a problem with giving me a pickle. I ask for it and they always forget. One time I was told that they only give the pickle with MEAT sandwiches. So because I dont eat meat I cant have a pickle. Well OK so i just went along with that. But if I order a pickle give it to me, charge me if you have to I want a pickle with my lunch!Today, My husband went in to buy my lunch as a surprise because he knows i love the veggie delight so he asked to add a pickle and was told SURE NO PROBLEM. He forgot to check while in the shop so he went back in because of course NO PICKLE. So now a new associate was there and he explained he ordered a pickle and the employee had to ask the manager the manager said talk to the girl who took the order. Then the girl rudely asked WHAT DOES HE WANT? and rolled her eyes as she was being explained about a pickle. My husband was trying to do something nice and the employees attitude ruined his special thought for me because of a problem with a Pickle. If there is a policy with the pickles then SAY IT when its ordered !!!!! Dont just say NO PROBLEM and have an issue with it when it later.As far as the manager. I would have just taken care of the issue by giving him a pickle. Done and over with !!!!I am done with my pickle RANTESPERANZA

This is the only bagel shop in Medford that I know of. Dash bakery in GP does a better bagel, just doesnt have the selection. My complaint is the breakfast (egg & cheese ) bagel. Come on...for $5.25 you cant use a real egg? They squeeze the egg from a tube. A stand an one bagel is $1.10 Im paying you $4.15 for 1 slice of cheese and an egg. Im very disappointed.

I usually really like this place, but today, my coffee was cold and my boyfriends sandwich was not what he asked for. The place was well staffed and not busy, so there should have been no reason why my coffee was cold. I ordered a baja sunset, which is espresso, so Im assuming you guys already had the espresso made and just put it in there cold, or didnt warm up/steam the milk. Either way, morning coffee, completely ruined. TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS, and repeat peoples orders back to them to make sure you got it right. Breakfast is important, stop screwing it up, and keep customers.

Best bagel in medford. I love the open face sandwiches. It is consistent always. They are planning to add Sundays and that excites me. The salt bagel is great with the Mediterranean sandwich. Yummy.

We decided to have a light brunch at Ahuva Bagel on Saturday morning.I had a cheese bagel with cream cheese and avacado while my friend chose the everything bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomato and sweet onion. He declined the capers.Ordering was easy and pleasant. The staff was cheerful and smiling. I added a hot chair tea to go with my cream cheese and avacado bagel.It only took about 5 minutes for our order to become ready even with 3 order ahead of ours.Both bagels were perfectly prepared and delicious. I dont think either of us left but a few crumbs. A note about my chai tea: it was perfect! Not too hot but definitely hot. I was very pleased as almost every coffee stand heats the chair and milk to scalding even when I ask for it not too hot.Our bill was very reasonable at $7.75 for the above bagels and chai tea.We had a pleasant conversation, enjoyed our food and were thanked as we left.

Exceptionally good bagels. Have not found any better in Medford yet. Cafe itself is nice and has free WiFi. The sandwiches have always been on point and the staff is very eager to help/answer questions if youre new to their menu.

Came to visit my home town my husband got two different types of bagels, I got the breakfast bagel and added bacon and avocado. I also got a breva. Everything was phenomenal. I will be back there everytime I visit. Customer service was great, food was fast. My breva was perfectly made.

These guys are awesome and I love their bagel sandwiches. The only problem is that they have yet to make my mocha to come out with the food, but theyre always super friendly.

They would not do a half turkey half pastrami but would do half turkey with ham because that would make it a club very disappointing because last Friday they made me one with no hassle. 1 out of 5 stars and will be telling everyone not to eat there

Ive been wanting to try this place for a while now. I came in around breakfast time and I ordered a Garlic Bagel with Egg, Swiss and Sprouts. As I was sitting and waiting. I noticed that they were cooking eggs in the microwave. That is absolutely rediculous.The overall taste of the bagel was decent but nothing too special... Could not taste much garlic. The egg tasted very bland.

Unfriendly staff, poor food quality. I ordered the veggie bagel sandwich with bacon added no tomato and a pizza bagel to go. They gave me a oil drenched sandwich with a weird microwaved powdered egg? And tomato, not to go.. The pizza bagel had barely any sauce on it. Really rude girl in front cant hear my order or say hello or smile. No friendliness. December 12th 11:00am
