I literally went straight to my car to cry. I went in with sister eyebrows and came out with strangers. Im so embarrassed to go out in public. The lady was nice but this qualify is what I would expect from a nail salon that just added on doing eyebrows not a wax center.

Terrible customer service! I tried to call twice because there was alot of traffic and I was running late. no one picked up the phone either time. you would think that a company like this would have a receptionist up there at all times. for me to then get a call saying that I missed my appointment when at that point I was parking outside. she told me that they had to reschedule because they had overbooked and another person coming in at 4:45 when my appointment was for 4:30. I was scheduled for two different waxes which wouldnt have just taken 15min to do. unless they were already panning on just rushing through it.. and of course they had no other available times for me to get what I originally wanted done.. what kind of nonsense is that? I wont be back to this location...

I’m am so pleased with this place. The receptionist was amazing! And Laura was super quick and excellent! Place very clean and sanitized. The price is super worth it! I am coming back again! Thank you!!!

Just OK, Ive had better waxing experiences, their prices are in line with some spas, but the spas give you a better experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!The place is clean and hopefully the esthetician’s know what they are doing.It’s the quality of products they use which is terrible. I have been here twice only because I gave it the benefit of doubt the first time. I got Brazilian both times and got really painful bumps- so bad that I couldn’t use the loo and had to go to the doctor. I informed the center about the bumps but was told that it was normal.I have been getting waxed for the last 15 years and never have I ever had any painful bumps (no matter if I maintained hygiene or not), EXCEPT here.Local businesses are always better and cheaper and at least don’t make the clients think post wax reactions are normal.

I had Cynthia do my Brazilian. Now I was super nervous, literally hands shaking because I have only had one person wax me ever.Cynthia was super quick and made me feel so comfortable. 10 mins into the appointment I was no longer nervous. EWC book Cynthia. She’s bomb !

Great first experience!

I tried out waxing for the first time with EWC at this location and both times I’ve gone it’s been phenomenal. Eleni does my brows and I truly don’t think I could go back to threading for how nice they look after I go! The appointment is so quick and easy, too, it never takes more than 20 minutes from when I arrive. Really great location!

I saw Cynthia yesterday and she’s great. I got several services done, she was pretty quick (considering I had four services done) but her quality of waxing is amazing because I have sensitive skin and I have absolutely no waxing bumps! She also recommended a face exfoliater for my extremely dry skin, I came home and used it ONE time and the dead skin is gone! Thanks Cynthia 😊 I’m going to recommend all my friends come and see you

I have been to other European wax centers before but yesterday was my first time at the Medford location and it was great! The girl at the front desk was super sweet and walked me through possible packages I may want to consider without being too pushy. I saw Cynthia for my wax and she was great! She made it go as quick and painless as possible. Definitely recommend this location & Cynthia.

Ive been getting the Brazilian done by Lauren H for over a year at this point and there is no one else Ill go to for the service. Shes SUPER fast and professional, and never ever leaves me patchy.

Was really skeptical at first about trying EWC because it was a chain but decided to give it a shot one day after seeing an ad that your first wax is free. Let me just say that I absolutely love it here ! The women at the front desk are so friendly and accommodating and it’s so easy to book an appointment. I had a last minute emergency once and needed my eyebrows done last minute and my esthetician squeezed me in no problem! Rooms are very clean and the staff is so professional and are all so friendly on top of it all! I recommend Lauren- she does a fabulous job every time and she will totally hype you up through the pain

I love this place, very friendly staff and great quality of service. Definitely they know what they are doing, I dont know if its the wax or the technique or both but they make waxing a much less painful experience. It is expensive but totally worthy.

If you still get a traditional wax you should stop! No more wax and strips with the melted wax. It lasts much longer and leaves your skin smooth. Ive been going to EWC (European Wax Center) for almost 2 years now to this particular location and I havent had a bad experience thus far. I have a favorite waxer so I always see her, but have tried another person as well and wasnt disappointed with my service. You can also buy products there from facial and body skincare. Personal favorite are the body polish, ingrown serum/wipes and the face mask. Definitely recommend!

Well done but not cheap. Quality varies by service, but everyone is discreet and friendly, which are my top priorities when picking a waxing center.

I just visited this location for the first time and I had a really great experience. All of the workers were friendly and my ladys name was Cynthia that did my waxing. She was very gentle & quick and it was not painful at all (Brazilian waxing). I recently moved here and needed a new place to get waxed and Im proud to say that this will be my new location to get my waxing done.

The staff here is so great and Id recommend this location to everyone!Ariana does such a great job everytime I get waxed and she makes the whole process comfortable & quick.

Ive been coming to this location for years. I only get my eyebrows done. The front desk is friendly. All the estheticians are great and really professional. I highly recommend making an appointment with Rebecca- shes my go to girl. Shes the best- shes friendly, hardworking, and makes my eyebrows look great!! She only works a couple days a week so I tend to make appts well in advance

I went once to test the waters with an eyebrow wax and then again to get a Brazilian (big leap, I know). Both times were excellent and I will definitely be back. Very clean and professional.

Edna redeemed my faith in this establishment. I dont want to name anyone, because I really think she tried her best, but I got a pretty bad eyebrow wax done in November of 2018 at this location. To be fair, my eyebrows were pretty uneven going in, and they both grow pretty different, so making them look more even was a challenge that the woman I saw wasnt able to complete successfully. I grew them in for 4 months, and came back to this location. I chose Edna because I saw other glowing reviews about her. She was extremely nice, very thorough in explaining my eyebrows and whats wrong with how theyre growing and how I can fix it. She gave me advice on what to buy and do to help stimulate growth, and with the mess she had to work with, she gave my eyebrows more shape than I have ever seen. They finally look like sisters, rather than fifth cousins.

I was so busy with my school and i had no time to review this horrible store. I was pressured into sign rewards program by a staff person at the front, so the story is she was explaining the reward program that they will charge me every time I show up around $75 and i have mention that i am international student so I don’t want you to cause my account overdraft don’t charge me before you asking me we had agreement about that. I paid at the beginning $85 a month later they charged me $75 without notice me they broke their promise. Those people think only about how to get money from people. Alos, i laid for all my services i have only one payment left and i was out of the state they called me and said if you are not coming this time you will lose your deal with us. Thank you guys for a bad service, thank you for brooking your promise. YOU ARE AN AWFUL PEOPLE.

The girl in the frond desk had no clue on how to make a gift card we was here for about 20 Minutes for a gift card really !! Dont have someone that doesnt know how to get job timely it shouldnt take that long for a damn gift card. If it wasnt for my bestie I would of walked off w.o it . Hire someone that has the knowledge of being in the front desk agression smh
