My daughter and I came in for a pre wedding spa treat. We received wonderful facials and massages and then relaxed together in the Himalayan salt room, which is calming and tranquil. Thank you for everything!

I do not recommend coming here for eyebrow shaping services. It’s too expensive and I wasn’t happy with my end result. The products used gave me a rash and acne as well.

Love the spa, so many different therapists and ethticians that there really is something for everybody. Not to mention the steam room in the lounge. Throw on a face mask and go in and you have your own mini facial moment!

I was in town visiting a friend and thought I’d treat myself to a facial before the weekend. I hadn’t had one in over two years, and was long overdue for a treatment. Mary Kate was very knowledgeable about products and services when I called, and was helpful in booking what was best for me. Verneta was such a lovely esthetician, I wish she were in my home town! A truly wonderful experience.

I got the scrub and massage was amazing! I had Kibrya! She was amazing! Definitely recommend her! And the scrub!

Take your business elsewhere, received gift card for this salon & what a shame that was. I booked appointment online and that was great- I received email and text confirmation before appointment. I ended up getting a small cough before that appointment so I called more then 24 hours prior (due to covid) and was able to reschedule the appointment for exactly 2 weeks later (again due to covid). This time I didn’t receive email or text confirmation for this appointment, only a phone call confirming the new appointment date, which I thought was fine, my appointment was the exact same just 2 weeks later. Well 30 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call from Salon saying I’m late for my appointment- mind you I’m 5 minutes from salon- which would make me about 25 minutes early to my 445 scheduled appointment. Having explained to the gal on the phone I have all of my email and text confirmations she was adamant I was wrong and my new appointment was scheduled for 415- they showed zero compassion, when I said there is no way I would ever make an appointment for 415 on a Friday as my schedule would never allow it- I was crying at this point-The lady said well you can still come in and will try to do as much of the service as we can. I was baffled- I said, why would I come in for half the service when I have upheld my end of the agreement?? The lady did not care and proceeded to tell me that I would be charged the full price for the entire service whether I came in or not- I parked & cried after how cold and rude this interaction was- - I would have never been able to go in after how rude that lady was- your going to need that extra 100$ or whatever because no one would ever want to deal with this when seeking comfort and relaxation. Worst salon experience!

Don’t waste your money or time! Worst customer service and so unprofessional. Received gift card for this place, thank goodness I didn’t spend my own money. Take your money & go ANYWHERE else! Your welcome.

It was actually really nice, not too expensive, organic and energy conscious.They have female only M-Sat, coed on Sun.So you can book a treatment, they do specials all year long. For whatever time you have booked, you get 1/2 that in the lounge (90 min massage package, I got 45 complimentary).They have a heated himilayan salt room, dry and steam sauna, a cold dip, showers and a place to just chill. They do girls night out packages, too.Essential oils and lotions and things to try and have products to buy, all organic. Totally recommended!!

A very clean and great place to take your mine to a pleasant place while relaxing and refreshing your body, the staff has superb knowledge of product on hand. The owner is as sweet as they come very pleasant to communicate with. I recommend this treatment for everyone.

We were able to get an appointment for both my wife and I on the same day, so that was a plus. Then I must admit it was above my expectations, the quality this spa. Massages were great but the services and amenities they offer are on par with bigger more expensive spa. Well definitely come back

Daniel delivered the best massage of my life!!!!For the last few months I have been a regular of Organic Elements Spa. I have enjoyed many of the service offerings but was limited as I was pregnant. Today was my first half day at the spa post delivery and HOLY MOLY, such a great way to relax a Sunday away!I booked a 120 massage with Daniel, and ladies.... let me tell you this gentle giant (he is a big strong man) was the most amazing misuse I have ever had! He was respectful, communicative yet quiet, strong and stretched me while he worked my post baby body!After an amazing massage, I also had a great Brazilian from Shelbi!! She was quick but determined to provide the best service which was refreshing!!Overall, 5 stars to the team and management for keeping this spa so clean, comfortable and staffed with kind professional’s!!

They offer good messages at acceptable prices. I wish I could give a 5 star rating, but they dont have a very comfortable waiting area for men. I have been told their lounge is co-ed on Sunday, but I go to church and spend time with my family on Sundays for religious reasons. So as of my last visit they dont have comfortable seating for men.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel your body start relaxing, I had just left the hospital from having some ex-ray done. A world wind of worries and stressors from my rushed day, About 1/2 hr. into my visit. My massage therapist asked me about my day and it dawned on me!!!! For the first time in several months I had forgotten to have conversations with myself in my head!!! I just was relaxed and enjoying myself. I loved every minute of my experience!!!

Im a middle-aged male reviewing a spa. Crazy? maybe, but I prefer to think of it as enlightened. I suppose Im a pretty typical male who does not do spas or massages or all that silly stuff. But a friend recommended a massage, so after 45 years of doing the same old things, I decided to try it. I mean who wouldnt like sore muscles rubbed out by a professional? I was able to book a one hour massage same day and paid for it online. Really quite painless. I showed up at my appointed time to the spas which is in a little office strip. First off, understand that this place does not look like much on the outside. If you want some high end marble columned rich peoples spa, then go elsewhere as this is geared toward the rest of us. Once you are inside it is warm and inviting, and there are lots of products if you are into that sort of thing. they have this oasis section that is for women but they allow men in on certain days. Lets face it, spas arent making their bread and better off of men. Its looks comfortable and I imagine one could relax there and sit in the sauna or the salt room. Not my thing, but it is available for those who dig it. My Masseuse was Vaia, who was very friendly and explained the whole process to me. I felt very comfortable with her and overall had a very good experience. Its amazing how tense you can be going in and how relaxed coming out. Yes it was painful at times, but it was a kind of pain that felt good afterward. She explained to me that she could adjust pressure to match my tolerance, but it was not a huge issue. Would I go back, most definitely. Can I recommend it, most definitely.

The salt room is extremely relaxing, way more than anticipated. Just their whole Oasis Club is worth going for any service.

I enjoyed my first massage at Elements Spa. It was the most relaxing experience of my life. A very clean and professional establishment. The atmosphere was perfect with quiet calming music.

I had a horrible experience here. My friend and I needed some TLC and booked a massage for her and a detox package for me with half an hour foot bath and half an hour reflexology. We were both going through very rough times and needed a place to relax and rejuvenate. The morning of, I thought it might be nice for me to come in early and get a massage in addition to my detox package. I called and asked if they had an available appointment before mine, scheduled it and then realized I had made a mistake in timing shortly after calling, and called back right away to cancel it. They said that I would have been the messeuses first appointment anyway, they had just called her to ask if she could come in earlier, and would just let her know to come in later, at the originally scheduled time after all. I asked if I could get the money back for the massage since I had to prepay, and it was such a short amount of time before I realized my mistake, and the girl on the phone said that it made sense that she would ask her manager, but then came back on the phone and said no, its policy. When I came in later, they told me that the foot bath was broken so I couldnt get that half of the treatment I had scheduled but that they would not refund me for that either. They said I could come in for just the foot bath some other time when it was fixed, even though the package I got was the combination of that with reflexology. I dont live in the area and was just visiting for the day and they didnt care. I asked the manager then could I at least get a refund for the massage that I didnt use and nobody lost any time or money over, and she said no and then started being manipulative and lying to me. I said I didnt think this was right and she then pretended that in the time that I had booked and canceled the massage that morning a few people called and tried to book that slot and therefore they did lose money. I said in such a short time, did you at least call them back to let them know the spot opened and she didnt reply directly. I already knew she was lying because the girl on the phone had not mentioned anything and had seemed to think it was reasonable to get a refund in that situation, but now apparently that same receptionist had gotten all these calls. When I said I knew that wasnt true then she got caught and finally admitted that it wasnt right of her to say that. But then switched to saying that it was impossible to give a full refund in the mindbody appointment system that they work in, and therefore her hands were tied. I also knew that wasnt true because I have worked with that system, and then she got mad and defensive and flustered. I started crying at one point because it was all too much for me in the moment, and I had come looking for refuge and instead was being completely mistreated, not to mention that I wasnt able to receive half of my service that I had booked because of their malfunction, but was having to pay for it anyway. My friend was also horrified. Finally the manager agreed to partially refund me for the foot bath but she would charge me the full price for the half an hour reflexology, which was more than half of the package price. I wanted to leave as soon as possible, and when I checked out, it turned out they hadnt even charged my credit card yet for anything, including the massage charge that didnt happen, that my card was just on hold, so they charged me then. My friend also tried to reason with them and they wouldnt. I was way more upset and feeling traumatized after leaving this Wellness Center than I had been coming in. I contacted them after saying I didnt think it was right. Their response was that in the end they hadnt charged me the difference between the services, so that technically I owed them $9 and should be grateful. Then later said if I was going to leave a bad review they would refund me if I promised not to write one. No thanks, not that way. I prefer to keep my integrity.

Dont get near Brittney Brown! I recieved a massage that put me in a neck brace for two weeks. After several attempts to resolve an issue, I dicovered her to be untruthful, dishonest & verbally abusive. Unfortunatly after apeaking to several other people that have had to deal with her, I found this to be her true nature.
