I came in for bronzer and I trusted the sales person to direct me to what was right for me and they had nothing in the store or In My shade. She managed to find something in my shade eventually. I got home and tried on the product and came to the realization that she sold me highlighter instead. Will return because this wasn’t what I needed.Update- went to exchange for the correct product and the $10 off I got was not transferred to my correct product. Terrible customer service and I lost $10 dollars on a product I didn’t even want in the first place. Please properly train your employees on product and educate them on store processes so they can properly assist customers. Will not be shopping here again due to lack of customer service training and product knowledge of employees in addition to lack of stock.
Plenty of people offered to help. But they waited until after I purchased over $100 in makeup to start harassing me about a waterproof bookbag that was bought at another store in the mall. Told them it was already purchased at a different store. Even told them the store when they asked. But when they asked for the receipt I drew the line. Yes, the bag is mine. No, I will not show you the receipt. Call security. Call the police. But leave me alone. I know that Medford has less than a 1% black population and everyone watches too much news, but were not all theives. Will not shop here again.
Me and my daughter went in there and believe it or not the place was empty. We got what we needed and two people were there working. I paid with my daughters debit card put the wallet in the bag that I received. I walked out of sephora and was at the escalator and realized my daughters wallet was gone . I was gone from the store maybe 2 minutes . I turned around went back to the store and they said they didnt find a wallet. I think I dropped it on the floor went I went to put it in the bag at the register. My daughter was 14 and she had just got money for her birthday. I think there was over 200 dollars in the wallet . It had to be someone from the store . So I will never go back there again
Not very good customer service, but they try.They do not inform you or want you to use your insider discounts or points. They are only promoting a JC p card promo in which, i dont care to shop there because is outdated like the whole mall there.The only reason i go there is because Amanda! She is the only thing holding that place together(to be honest) She knows what customer service is all about. The rest are Not helpful and have a stank attitude that needs an adjustment. They ate lucky that the next Sephora is 4 hours away or else i would not go there.
Terrible experience. Do not recommend this location. I came in a couple of days ago there were two associates standing outside of Sephora inside JC Penny that ignored me when I walked in. There was luckily a new hire inside to help me however her product knowledge was extremely limited. Upon checkout I wanted to exchange a used item (2 weeks old) with a receipt, that unfortunately didn’t work out, but I was not given the opportunity and the item was returned for store credit. I’ve been a long time customer of Sephora and I do know their policy was updated this year but it was update to a 30 day policy. As the return process was started the associate then took a phone call and I waited at the counter for approximately 15 mins. I was looking for a new foundation that might be a better fit but I was not offered any help. I mentioned I wanted to order something in store and the associates blew me off. One employee was standing scrolling her Facebook feed and the other one was gossiping with her coworker. The staff as a whole always seems to have a bad attitude with only 1-2 helpful employees on the team. What a nightmare.
I love Sephora! I always buy my high end makeup here and I trust that the quality will always be amazing. Some brands/products don’t work for everyone though, so always do your research before making any makeup/skin care purchases.
Horrendous customer service, the girl I dealt with (wish I had the name) was absolutely rude and condescending when trying to deal with a return. I will never shop at this location. Plus, their stock is pathetic, they either dont carry what Im looking for or its out of stock.
Staff was very friendly but they have very limited items available in terms of shades. If you are looking for something specific, I doubt you’ll find it here.
Anytime I shop here I am always greeted and offered assistance if needed. Every woman I’ve met working here has been helpful and professional. The store is typically always clean and easy to navigate.
Some staff are great and helpful others are pushy and dont know about the products they sell.
Took them a while to greet me but I think they might have just been understaffed that day. A little smaller than Im used to but it was organized and they were helpful with me when I was at the check out :)
I was told by a sale girl @ Sephora in JCP in Medford that you are only allowed to get 2 samples a day ? I have never been told that before at any store, while buying product? I should have walked out. :(
Waited for over 15 minutes to be helped while the one associate on the floor ignored me and then helped someone who came into the store after me. Very disappointed in the customer service. I will be taking my business to ulta.
