Dean did a phenomenal job on my 50hp Johnson motor as well as my 175 Mercury. Was extremely kind, professional and helping. Even following up the day after I took it out to make sure everything was good and answering any questions I had. Would absolutely recommend him and his work to anyone. I’ve been through several marine shops and Dean is by far the best I’ve been through. Definitely a 10/10!

Idk where to even start with this review.. My wife and I dropped our boat off on March 11 and our invoice when we picked it up today (9/1/20) after no communication during that time, says only 9 hours have been worked on it. We were told that the boat would be in running order by the summer, which not only was it not even close to running it was in worst shape then when we dropped it off. My wife and I spent hours cleaning the interior and upholstery and during the 6 months it was onsite it sat in there open lot uncovered collecting dust and sun damage. The motor and head Gasquet as well as the ignition that we were charged for was not even put back together. Our motor was and still is in peices on the floor and the ignition is just hanging down by wires below the dash board. My wife has also uploaded pics as well. Like I said idk even know where to start. 6 months and a $1,200 bill for me to have to put my boat back together and reclean it! Absolutely ridiculous.

Jet Ski repair was 3 months after dealing with a lawsuit with the parts company

After my bad experience with Water World, I decided to give Crater Lake Marine a try. I had bought a boat and taken it to these guys to get it running for the season. I was very happy to be treated like one of their own. I was told when and what to expect in the service done. I received a call a few days later informing me that my motor had frozen and cracked. I came in to talk about my options, while I was there I was shown the crack and because of where it was, it was not repairable. I decided to purchase a remanufactured motor and within two weeks they had me and my family on the lake! These guys are the best!! I never felt any pressure from them and it felt like they really cared. Thank you Crater Lake Marine, we will be back!

Randy is an exceptionally nice person. And they do a whole lot more than just sell boats and fix small engines.

This place is awful and we will never go back there!!! Horrible customer service, the owner was extremely rude to my husband. Finally after 4 weeks of having our boat we got it back. When my husband went to go get the boat he noticed our brand new battery was out of the boat. He asked about it and they said oh it must of been stolen! Well my husband was not going to be leaving without a battery so they finally found us one. If we wouldnt of noticed it gone, they would of never said anything. This is the worse business in town, I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!!

This guy sold me a boat with a jacked up motor on it and wanted me to pay him for repairs because it was on a consignment. I dont think he knows what a consignment is.The motor had a bad starter, flywheel, 2 out of 3 carborators, water pump and the lower end was leaking.This was my first boat. I went to a mechanic because I didnt want to buy junk and junk is what I got. This town is too small to be running a shady business. I hope he goes bankrupt.
