I came to this store to have my phone number changed. Somehow, they linked my phone number to my dads phone. All of my calls about my surgery, my job, everything, are forwarded to him. I have called TMobile 5 times in the past month to fix this with no help.I will be leaving T-Mobile after this. HAD I KNOWN THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, I WOULD NOT HAVE COME IN!!!

I stopped in the store with a connectivity issue. Josh and Gabriel worked with me for quite some time to no avail. Finally, Josh was able to get ahold of someone in T-Mobile Support who could confirm a system issue was the culprit and that my device and account were fine! Although it took several additional days for T-Mobile to get it resolved, the crew at the local store were great. I especially appreciated their genuine concern and the fact that at no time did they try to up-sell me on a different plan or device.

Great store and good staff except for one guy in there acts like a know it all and doesnt care what you have to say. I walked out the first time I talked to him. The second time I came back hoping he wasnt in. He was there but we started with another guy. They dude came over and just talked over his coworker. If TMobile didnt have great deals and over all customer service I would have been gone so fast. I dont know his name but I bet you walk in the store you will know who I am talking about.

Ian is the best there! Not going to trash the rest as I have more class than that. But I can say they really need to re-educate the employees and MGR how to Jump On Demand properly. Pay attention to IMEI #s when you swap multiple phones. It affects people later on. 😞 BUT Ian is a ROCKSTAR!!!😎👊Edit:Please put in some pink padded benches or chairs! And update your walls! Most phones on display dont work! (I could turn that place around in a HOT SECOND!! )

The store personnel are rude morons that just tell you to call 611 to get over to the phone customer service which are amazing. The manager looks like some sort of bum that just came off the street and who hasnt shaved or shower in over a week. He is EXTREMELY rude to the employees and just about as rude to customers. If I were interested in T-Mobile sservice I would definitely recommend going to a different store. With the exception of Andrew everybody i have felt with were worthless individuals who were more interested in playing on their phones then help a customer. I would stay away until upper management cleans house and I would start by getting rid of that horrible manager..

T-Mobile is an evil corporation. I bought a phone second-hand that worked for 6 months, then they blacklist it because the prior owner didnt pay off his account. They tell me that I should find the prior owner and make him pay. I got the same story from several level of management.

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I have never dealt with so many incompetent people ever. From the regional manager who stated over the phone that his staff are idiots to the store manager who is constantly at lunch and will call me back.... Ive had over 6 weeks of issues and going. I have never been called back by anyone at a TMobile store. Now for the list of issues... 1.) They order the wrong phones and charge me for them... 2.) They forgot to mail in my old phones or possible stole them... 3.) Since they didnt return my phones they never sent me my prepaid cards for early termination fees. 4.) At time of sale I was told I would have no activation fees and a $400 store credit because of trade ins... That didnt happen. 5.) About 3 weeks ago I received a bill for $657 for activation and down payments for our new phones suppose to be cover buy trading in my old phones I called and said they couldnt do anything about it besides cancel my autopay and look into it. So we did and a 2 weeks ago the automatically deducted the money out of my account... Im still trying to get a fund. All told I think Im out about $1000 for switching when the initial quote was my payment will go down $20, I would receive $400 in store credit and wouldnt have to pay anything in early termination fees. Just go somewhere else they all cost about the same and I would gladly pay more to be able to not have to deal with being lied too, getting the run around and possibly stolen from.

I like the T-Mobile service. But, the location was less than desired. I took in a phone that needed service, they took awhile to get that done, and when the internet didnt work, it took them 2 hours to finally tell me that this could be an hour or two before it works and gave my phone back. Here is the problem, I knew what the problem was and how to fix it, but even when I said, just let me take it... they replied we have to verify!.So, 2.5 hours of waiting... I took it out of the shop, reset the phone (since it was reset before I took it in), and internet worked no issues. My main problem is that they were not attentive, they were not knowledgeable, I felt like I was watching people working with maybe a couple of days training.I highly advise to get everything from online and get it setup through the phone support. Will I go back? Yes. For t-mobile tuesdays free gifts only.

T-Mobile lost business to AT&T because of the lack of interest or courtesy of the employees at this location.Ive been an AT&T customer for a while after leaving T-Mobile for various reasons, but my fiancés old phone was Alcatel, so he was looking at upgrading to T-Mobile. When we walked into the store, it was dark and narrow, and the only two employees present were quietly helping the two existing customers. If they noticed us enter they didnt show it. There was no greeting, nor acknowledgement of any kind, let alone an idea of how long we could expect to wait before they could help us.Left to our own devises, we looked at the available phones, but most of the display models were off, or dead, which left us with no means to test any screen resolutions or operating system features. Despite this, my fiancé decided on a phone after ten or fifteen minutes, anyway. At this time we still had no interaction from the employees. On the one hand, I value attention to existing patrons, - no one should have to have their transaction put on hold because new money walked in- but I also dont believe its the responsibility of new customers to inform employees they are more than afternoon browsers. We could have made ourselves known in this way, regardless, but it strikes me as being rude and invasive to interrupt another patrons transaction to inform the staff youre also a legitimate customer looking to spend real money. I would wonder if its expecting too much to think it is the job of the employees to interact with potential customers on their own, but AT&T proves otherwise. And thats exactly where we went when another fifteen minutes of us standing next to the dark phone displays went by with no acknowledgement from the local staff.I dont know who has the time, patience, or brand loyalty to stand around indefinitely without acknowledgement in order to buy a phone, but after half an hour of being ignored, we certainly didnt have any more patience to offer.T-Mobile lost a contract to AT&T as a result of the customer service training (or lack thereof) at this location. If you want a phone and the kind of customer service that makes you feel more like a person than a contract, try AT&T by Harry & Davids and ask for Kerry; hell set you up and make you feel like baking him cookies afterward.

If I could give the manager negative 10 stars I would. Without a long drawn out response requiring a couple of pages, Ill skip to main part.We traveled two days in a row for 45 minutes each way. Tmobile reps gave us incorrect information each day through Tmobile, not the store. We were told by the store the first day that they would have a new promotion on iPhones starting the next.I called tmobile at 8:30 the next morning and I was signed into our account. I spent 25 minutes with the gentleman explaining what happened the v day before and verifying EXACTLY what the deal was. He verified it was buy a new iPhone and receive the second one of equal value free. I stressed five or six times, which he finally guaranteed it was buy one get the second of equal value free.Arriving at the store, we spoke with the gentleman who had helped us the day before. We told him we were ready to buy the new iPhone promotion. He asked his manager a question who came up and stayed the promotion was v buy an iphone7 and receive the iphone SE for free. The two people who we spoke to the day before just stood there with this blank look, knowing that wasnt what they mentioned. I explained my conversation with Tmobile and the fact that it was nite on their site as of 8:30 when I spoke with the gentleman. He proceeded to without actually calling me liar, called me a liar starting that they update their sites at 8:30 eastern time so it was on there. I explained that he could verify my call and exactly what was talked about and confirmed by calling Tmobile to verify. He stated he didnt need to that and proceeded to state that the promo also required that Ann extra line needed to be added to get the deal.Needless to say, my wife and I were extremely upset. She went outside to call Tmobile. Weve been customers for 12 years with 4 lines. The manager then proceeded to tell me that none of his stores would honor anything but what the promo stated no matter what Tmobile stated.SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING THE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY. I told him he needs to take his sign down that stated, CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST.We expressed our concerns to a supervisor and worked out a deal receiving a extremely nice credit allowing us to basically get the deal. I proceeded to walk back in and asked the manager for a card so I could leave a response and name him. He gave me a card with no name, which I didnt see until we had left.To end my story, we went to a Tmobile store 2 miles away and purchased our phones. They vwere wonderful. Will I ever go back, never. Would I recommend this store, never. Should this gentleman get fired, definitely. He was completely unprofessional and out of line.
