I ordered a fruit/cookie platter for a coworkers birthday, requested 12pm pickup & it was ready by 930am. I also requested a ribbon on the platter and was glad to see they listened to my comments! Lorkens greeted me immediately, he was very friendly, smiling, quick and great customer service! I even got a free chocolate strawberry which is nice. Overall I was happy with my order & experience!

I wanted to surprise my brother and sister-in-law with an arrangement while they were vacationing in Salem, MA. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to their hotel room only to learn that they had checked out earlier that day, and I had mistaken their vacation days. I was quickly notified that Edible Arrangements was unable to make the delivery and I received instructions to call the store. I called the Medford store, explained what had happened, and they were extremely kind and helpful! A new arrangement was ordered (at no extra cost!) and will be arriving to my brother and sister-in-laws home 5 states away! I am so thankful to have ordered from the Medford location, they offered A+ customer service and are true professionals!

I placed two orders for Mother’s Day, 3 weeks in advance. Neither of them were delivered. When I called no one answered so the next day I finally spoke to someone. They simply said sorry we’ll deliver it today. I’m giving it a one star because they didn’t contact me to tell me they couldn’t deliver it or anything and they probably wouldn’t have delivered it if it wasn’t for me calling them the next day.

Had an order delivered today & they forgot the balloons. No worries, it happens. Called the store & the woman I spoke to was so pleasant :) i wish I caught her name. She talked to her manager & they handled the situation so well. Thank you so much!

I called so many times asking about where my order was. They would first put me on hold then they would keep saying that you will get your order today. I never got it. I was waiting all day to surprise my mom and sister-in-law but never got it. Therefore I am disappointed if I had the right I would have sued them for not doing good work. Next morning I’m canceling everything and getting my money back. Worst place ever do not recommend at all. I didn’t even want to give them one star because they didn’t deserve it.

This store is overcharging in compare to one in Cambridge. May b they thought it’s ok to overcharge because it’s around valentines day period . But it’s not acceptable and morally wrong to take advantage of the occasion. I saw an advertise for a dozen chocolate dipped strawberry at website for $29.99, so I went to store and not very friendly lady at the store told me nope we r selling it for $39.99. I was about to buy it anyway but I got second thought and why not I call at Cambridge store and see how much are they selling for. I called at Cambridge store, very friendly lady on phone told me they r selling for $29.99. I drove to Cambridge and bought at $29.99 and it was exact same product . If u want to overpay then this is the store if not make couple phone call to either to Cambridge store or Arlington store to save some bucks.

The wrong address was put for my delivery and the person who delivered it, Daniel I think his name was, was super nice and caring to bring it to the correct address and wish my mother a happy birthday. The delivery was fast and easy, the arrangement was well put together.

The owner called and corrected my issues. At some point l will order again..When l called a finally some one answered he was rudeStating it was out for delivery and l got an email stating that.I dont not get an out for delivery notice..only an email about Mothers day..I sent 2 emails and never got a response.

Worst experience! My arrangement was meant to be a surprise for our anniversary from my husband who is away in the military. He called to check-in with me at the end of the day only to find out nothing was delivered. I had to call the store yesterday and I was told that I wasnt home which was a complete lie as I didnt go to work that day. In addition, there is my number to call in case I didnt answer. Then the employees told me that they have a new driver but I told them it’s not my problem. I didnt get an apology or my arrangement and I was waiting for a call from the manager. Eddy the manager never called and I had to go over again explaining and he never apologized. I am still waiting for an apology and a refund. Please save your time and money because they are all over the place and ruined what was meant to be a special moment.

Will never purchase anything from Edible Arrangements after they ruined Valentines Day 2020 for my gf. I placed an order for valentines day to arrive to my girlfriends office and it never arrived. The store that was listed as making it isn’t responding to phone calls, the support phone on the website keeps ringing to no avail after 40 minutes on the line.Is this how you conduct business? This was supposed to be a loving gift and surprise for my significant other that has been ruined.

Ordered something for Mother’s Day- never came- couldn’t get a hold of store. Associate called a week later saying they were closed.. to then get on the phone with another associate with an attitude that said they weren’t closed they just had too many orders to fulfill so mine was never accounted for. A company that prides themselves on making special occasions special for people with deliveries should really be ashamed and apologetic. However the associates attitude was as if I bothered her with my issue her company had caused for what was suppose to be a special day.

I have sent my daughter chocolate covered strawberries for her birthday and I sent a fruit item to my friend Patricia Houston and her husband Gary for their anniversary. She is Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law and Gary is one of her brothers. I was nervous because she is a celebrity so I really wanted to Iimpress her and she said it was beautiful! I called the Medford store 3 times. Each time I got a recording and was told that my fruit expert would be on the line shortly. After holding in silence for over 5 minutes I hung up. Very poor customer service.

Called this place twice to ask a question. Both times an associate answered, greeted me and hung up on me. Both times I could hear the phone being slammed down. Super rude!

I have used Edible Arrangements on Mystic Ave in Medford, MA three years in a row to send my daughter a birthday gift. The staff is great - smart, competent, kind - and the delivery quick and always accurate. They are great and I will use them again next year.

I get my orders here & often pick them up since close to where we live. Several times order not correct but staff do rectify. Heard staff complain about competency of other staff. Customer doesnt want to hear or know that. Its fine, Ill go back but improvements could be made.

Edible Arrangements on Mystic Ave Medford has the best “pick me ups”! My favorite is the $5 cup of chocolate dipped apple pieces (I pick up one every week or so) but ALL their fruit offerings are great. Other quick and easy cups include strawberries, bananas and pineapple. After 2pm the cups are $3.99. There’s also cups of plain mixed fruit. They’ll be adding smoothies soon too.I’ve sent/given the 12 count box and the larger arrangements many times for special occasions. They’ve added a new selection: a mixed tray great to bring to a party.The staff knows me by name 😂 let them get to know yours!!

Placed an order to be delivered to my mom for Mothers Day and never got delivered even paid the $19.99 delivery fee so she could get it Sunday. Never got a call from the store to let me know what was going on with my order. Tried calling the store but no picked up or the line was busy. What a dissapoinment with this store.

Terrible service, put on hold for at least 25 mins when I was first person to call store at 9am. Girl on phone had horrible attitude which is no understanding when it’s 9am on Valentine’s Day. Maybe that explains the lackluster service and horrible unpleasant experience it has left me. Me nor my company will ever purchase anything from the Medford Edible Arrangements! Bad service Bad Attitude Bad Experience.
