Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. These hours on Google arent even accurate. They close FIRMLY at 8:00. Go elsewhere, if you can, though CVS/Caremark have a chokehold on the industry, so youre probably at their mercy.

I have used this store a number of times, as I live nearby. It has always served me fairly well. Today I was moved to write a review because as I was checking out, the helpful lady behind the counter packed a birthday card that I purchased separately from my ice cream. She said she did this on purpose because the condensation from the ice cream would ruin the card. That little extra step went above and beyond, and was sincerely appreciated.

My total was 21.56 got 2 items one was for someone else. I wanted to pay 12 cash the rest card..how hard is that?? Person named Oli said they cant do that. After 10 minutes of me explaining 12 cash rest on the card and still didnt do it..never again..high street it is.

This CVS is a The most caring CVS Ive EVER shopped in. Staff members are sweeter than ever.The store is always organized and well put together.THEY ARE THE DEFINITION OF TEAMWORK. The manager is outstanding and is wonderful at backing up the lines when there is a crowd .I come to run errands for my grandmother with my 1& 1/2 y.o son occasionally and boy does he always gets a smile and leaves with a smile.Id give this 6 stars but there are only five.Keep up the grest work guys!

Im.a Medford resident. .everytime I went to Medford sq CVS, The staff is so Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly,, they always have parking in back. Pkg lot. .they helped me with my photos and I was impressed. I think its the best one around. .great pharmacist help too.

I called the Pharmacy with a question they put me on hold with out me even being told I’d be put on hold. I’m sure she meant to just hang up because seconds after she answered the line and hung up on me! From that point on I called five more times. Was never answered and was waiting on hold for 10 or more mins at a time. On the fifth time I called for over 40 minutes and was left on hold without anyone ever answering I then walked into the CVS while I was still on hold to see I was clearly being ignored. By that point I was on hold for an hour! Thanks for nothing! Don’t go to this CVS Pharmacy. Doesn’t even deserve a star. This was around 5:50pm today if you want to find out who was working (for the higher ups who read this)...
