Staff at this one are very nice, like at most In-and-Out burgers. The food is consistently good. There were no clean tables, we asked if we could get a towel and someone hopped out and cleaned all the tables.

I met a wizard in the bathroom (mens) he told me the animal style is worth your while if you desire cause to smile.Let onion and cheese your fries adorne and you shall thank me ere the morn. So I ordered some animal fries and when the grease hit my stomach I began to change. My hands were covered in fur and a lady yelled Gorilla!. I ran in to the bathroom (gorillas) and met a witch who handed me a milkshake and told me to drink. Upon finishing the shake I returned to my normal beautiful self. Also the customer service was great.

There are 2 windows at the drive through, making the service faster. Fast and courteous employees. Great InNOut burgers as always, milkshake was a bit hard to drink, maybe bc the straw was too narrow?. The bathrooms were clean, and the place started to get crowded around 11:30AM. Dine in and outside seating are available. Chocolate shake, 2 Animal Style Burgers and 3 Cheese burgers costed about $19.

Always our first choice when arriving Medford! Easy access from high way and always a line (of course). Animal style fries and 2 double double. Milk shake is amazing after all these food!

Simple Menu and they seem to have special orders all the time, so they got it right...Awesome! I was so pleasantly surprised. Fast food, but the cheeseburger was pretty good, milk shake nice and thick and fries were very different...wonder how they prepare them. This was the 1st time I had ever tried this fast food company.

We came from a couple hours away to try In-N-Out since Gordon Ramsey loves this place. We definitely know why its great. Its a small menu. Its Non-expensive. And Great flavors. The burgers are very moist and juicy, the cheese is completely melted with the point it ends up out of the burger a little. And the fries are good old fashioned homemade. We were really happy with our experience. Thank you In-N-Out. And thank you Gordon Ramsey for recommending In-N-Out.

Burgers are the perfect size. Tomatoes and lettuce seem fresh, light burger sauce is not sloppy or overpowering, and the buns are buttered and toasted. I love the crunch when I sink my teeth into the burger.I dont care much for the fries. I know a lot of people like them but they are too small for me. I always seem to get the tiny pieces. Not fun to dip in the fry sauce; which is too salty for my taste buds.Milkshakes are awesome! Classic milkshake flavor and consistency!!

7/27-21 update, too much yummy spread and bread, now enjoying the Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onions. Still the best!As always.... Sooooo good! Ask for extra spread. Spread=Sauce=Yum!

I have loced In and Out Burger since I was a kid, and honestly the place has barely changed. The place is clean, efficient, and fast. The selection may be limited, but the food is served fast and hot, and everything they do have on the menu is top tier. Honestly probably the purest distillation of the Fast Food Burger Joint. Also, my dad and I spent about $15 per person, but we also bought 2 Double Cheeseburgers, a couple baskets of fries and a drink each, so a more normal sized meal would easily cost $10 or less, even if you get the double burger meal which comes in just a hair over $9 including tax.

DELish!!! As always. the cashier was new but kept her cool for how busy it was. brought family from SC U.S.A. there 4 1st time... the next morning @ around 9am we asked if he wanted it again? his response... Ill eat there 4 breakfast, or 4 anytime!!!

My wife and I picked up a shake and burger at 12:18 am. This in and out is one of the few restaurants open at this time of night, and the workers were courteous and fast, the food was delicious, and the lobby was even open! Really enjoyed it here :)

Absolutely garbage. I grew up in California eating at In-N-Out. This location is horrible. I could have got a better cheeseburger and fries for 1/4 of the price at a gas station.

Due to Oregons current mandate, couldnt eat inside but they asked if I would be eating on the patio. As is typical a really long line waiting for the drive thru but it moved quickly. Great staff at this location.

Oh ya and then theres this place.So Ive been waiting for more than two years to try this stuff as a result of traffic that just had to be substantiated.I needed to understand this willingness to wait six hours for food? Huh no compute...So I got to try it finally it was a modest minutes so figure it was my turn finally.I get it. Kinda. Six hours? Really.But I digress this food is top shelf every time and it is very low cost to you.They have awesome meat and veggies but its just cheaper than the rest. Drop the mic and exit left.

The drive-through line looked a little long so we went inside to order our burgers to go, it was super clean inside, the wait time was so short and our food was perfect. A hit 👍🏻

Cant go wrong here. I was raised on these burgers so theres a special place in my heart for that unique In & Out flavor. They are a perfect example of do one thing, do it right. Its burgers fries and shakes. Nobody, I mean nobody does it better. I live in L.A. and would chose In & Out over a steakhouse burger from Mortons or Maestros. Theyre that perfect, the fries are real and made fresh and I dont know where they get their produce but its always fresh and delicious. It could qualify as an addiction at this point.

Typically, I am a fan of In-N-Out but this location is too busy to care that they not only messed up my order completely but also my brothers. Instead of fixing the issue like they tend to do, we were both blown off... If you want a decent In-N-Out experience go to Grants Pass. Better yet, check out Luigis down the street!

Helped almost immediately, order process went smoothly, tap to pay worked fast. Drinks came out first, announced by number. I like asking for stickers, chilies and lemon. Double doubles were great. Fries were hot which is a must, animal style is a must for me since the fries alone are lackluster. Seating was clean and bright. Would go again if they were closer.

Cmon man, gotta get that double double with fries, both animal style. Trust me, youll LOVE it.

Great food and they have never got my order wrong. Even if there is a line they are normally still very quick about getting food to everyone. I also love that the place is always very clean even outside! Other great things to add is sometimes you can be face to face with the person taking your order in drive through as well as watch them making the food in front of you with all the big windows!

As expected from the chain. If you like the food chain in CA, this location is just the same. As always, long wait times for the drive thru, but the service is really nice and friendly, and the food is as real and unprocessed as it gets for fast food.

Fast and friendly service, my order is always made exactly the way I order and delicious. I used to work at In & Out for three years and I love how organized they run business and how fresh all of the food is. My favorite job as a teenager. Never a dull moment. I even won smile of the month.

Theres a reason its so popular. Fresh food, simple menu, great value. At this location on a Saturday night, the line reached far into the adjoining parking lot. But it moved fast, and the order person moving up the line really helped to process folks smoothly. Would go again

We went at 730 pm to get some take out and they were jumping like always . Food was delish . Animal frys for my manTwo double doubles one for me . For being so busy we did not have to waitTo longe . We will go back for sure .

Service going downhill. Still fast and still delicious. Hence 3 stars, but the employees are constantly making mistakes and cannot get the order correct the first time anymore. Soggy cold fries last time, so asked for fully cooked fries the next. Bad idea, were way too overdone and unedible. Seems the employees are more concerned or distracted by their masks and gloves.Update: Now 1 star, they have changed their delicious patties to a more condensed frozen patty type of burger. Much lower quality and not nearly as tasty as the original patties. Very bland. Even their attempts to dump more sauce on it doesnt help. Not cool to change em and not notify the customer. Spend $25+ everytime visit here. Not visiting anymore till they go back to the good quality patties.

It’s my world number one burger in whole whole world! From Oregon to L.A you must get once a day if your are traveling in USA from overseas, don’t even try McDonald’s or other! My personal love it muchmore than shake shake in New York, it’s so much better than shake shake! Besides Oregon is $2 cheaper than California if you plan to eat more XD, Oregon is amazing deal!

Bomb! So they have secret menu items and never mess up the order - its crazy. The line is long, but food comes fast. We drive 45 mins or more to eat here. The fries are hard and cold though... and im not sure why. I just order burgers and shakes. If they figure out the fry situation then Im upgrading them to 5 stars.

They always get my order right. I dont like the spread and they always remember not to put it on. Consistency and speed are on point. The fries are not great unfortunately.

Never disappointed. Got 2 double double cheeseburgers animal protein style, 2 double doubles and an order of fries. Very good price for gourmet burgers. Drive through was about 5 mins, not bad for a long line.

Quick, efficient, almost always get my order right, at least right enough.I do love the burgers. They are incredibly salty though. The fries, not my thing, chewy, not crispy, and no salt /flavor. Best time to eat here is when super exhausted and too hungry to care what you eat. Also tastes awesome when drunk.

I found this location to be clean and well kept with a lobby attendant. George was helpful taking my order suggesting animal style for my first visit. The fries were the best part of meal. Will fine again.

How can you not love In-n-Out burger? Despite the fact that there was a bunch of people in the drive-thru because of COVID 19, they were still super fast, super courteous, and super helpful. Its a little bit of a bummer that we couldnt get our own refills but still...same great food, same great experience.I just wish they had one further north so we could enjoy it more often.

In n out was awsome the burgers were amazing and the milk shakes were awsome the fries were a little dry but good i would defenetly go mack i would recamend it for sure.

Being from the east, Ive always heard In-N-Out has the best burgers. I have to disagree. The patty is so thin, the toppings flavors overpower the meats flavor and you cant even really taste it. Our fries were soft and floppy, not really that fried. And we were disappointed they dont offer mayonnaise! I can say Ive tried it now, but I wasnt impressed... 🤷

Ordered 2 double doubles, 2 fries and 1 chocolate shake. The burgers were amazing! The fries were, dry, not hot, extremely over salted. The shake was phenomenal. The employees were amazing, very efficient and polite.

Always fresh never frozen beef patties! The fries are also cut fresh never frozen. The menu is limited but they are very good at what they do.I always notice how the taste of all the components comes through in each bite. Childhood dreams fulfilled today! 2019 is starting great!! In-N-Out Burger was a fun experience. The food was mediocre and doesnt live up to the hype but just the atmosphere alone is worth it. Not let down at all just a bit more experienced and very full!

I personally do not care for In-N-Out it definitely is not worth the wait that sometimes happens. It is most definitely inexpensive

Ive been going to this In-N-Out location since they opened and theyve never gotten an order wrong. Good food everytime, and consistent prices as well.

This was our first time at an In N Out Burger. We had heard about them from friends. The meet was very fresh tasting and the food was quite good. I will definitely go back when we are in the area again. The employees were are very nice and helpful. They explained that there is no others further north (when asked why they are not in Portland area) since they do not freeze any of the ingredients and they get them fresh in CA.

Love the burgers, of course love the 1990s prices. My only issue is the fries, not sure if its the oil or what but I just dont like them. McDonalds fries are just unbeatable IMO for fast food. That being said,Id take a double double any day over a big Mac.

Im always amazed how good and fresh their food is. We usually get a chocolate shake here, its a tradition, they are very tasty. You have to eat their fries when theyre hot, or dont order them. They have a secret menu that allows you to order different fun versions of their menu, just Google it. You can order lettuce instead of a bun, and no meat, etc. My hubby gets the Double Double without giving it a second thought, just as the menu has it. Everyone has their favorite thing to order. There is always a long line, but it moves quite quickly. They have fresh veggies in their burgers, I appreciate that.

The burger was ok, the fries were typical, and the shake was like drinking a thick soda. Add some spice like garlic and you have my home-cooked burgers. Dont quite u debating the hype. My kid said it was anticlimactic. Lol.

In and out was crazy! You had to go in the mall parking lot and turn around to get in line! The good news is, they were really fast and efficient and their food was the bomb as usual! I especially enjoyed the crunchiness of the toasted bun as I bit into my double double!

Been in the drive-thru line for over and hour so far but since its the only thing open in this extremely dead town we have no other choice unless we want to go grocery shopping and cook ourselves tonight after working a 14 hour shift. I really hope the food is worth it Im so tired of disappointment out here when it comes to food quality. Open more places and expand the community enough to support the population so there isnt souch heless pass this to city council 💯💌
