The cashier was very rude and made me feel embaraced by purposely ignoring what I had said then when I repeated she looked at people behind me shook her head and laughed.. dont recommend this place worst $ store in southern oregon

I walked in by the time they were about to closeThey started been so rude through the speaker saying that they where closing in 3 minI when to pay and this young lady Raelynn was the worst person ever. If she is working for customer service she needs to change her attitude. She started throwing my stuff in bags and being just rude. I spent 62 on stuff that I needed for my house and she acted like thatFist thing that I’m gonna do getting home is count every single item and make sure that I got everything done right. Never coming back to this store unless I need money back from missing items

I really like the Dollar tree, its so much fun to just walk around and look at stuff I always end up with a cart full of stuff some stuff I need some I just put in the cupboard for future use. Today we bought wrapping paper and wrapping bags. We bought some spoons because I dont know where all our spoons go. We got some stocking stuffers, cards and some snacks because who doesnt need snacks.Because everythings a dollar I dont even really need to keep track even if I get a whole cart of stuff its usually only about 20 or $30.

Depending on location if you have a good shopping experience or not.

Today my daughter moved into a new apt and this was my go to spot for affordable cleaning supplies. Thanks Dollar Tree!

I like the Dollar Tree i shopped at very friendly and I wasnt treated like I was a nobody See I cant wear a mask because of my breathing issues and they didnt tell me they couldnt sell to me unless I wear a mask and they are right next to WINCO that told me that twice now. I would give WINCO A 0 OUT OF 5 AND THE DOLLAR TREE A 5 OUT OF 5

Went shopping here with my 1 year old, got a cart full of stuff & attempted to exit with my purchase. Im informed the shopping cart cannot leave the store. I had more than I could carry along with my child. I said I would return the cart inside the store after running to my car. I was told I couldnt do that either & the clerk tells me to go to the grocery store next to them to use their cart? Umm.. meanwhile leaving my son & purchase in the store while I go find another business cart?? Not to mention there were 2 racks outside the store that said dollar tree cart return. Its clear they are just too lazy to retrieve the carts from the lot so they need to make it difficult for the customer. Needless to say I had to carry 4 bags & a baby out to the car, on the way dropping half of my purchase in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. Why offer a cart for shopping at all?

Had to come here to buy several pair of reading glasses since Dr. Lam of Group Eyecare really messed up writing a script but then refuses to own up to his own errors. Oh well not everyone is honest in this world, but at least coming here is not so bad. Very glad they sell cheap reading glasses, but as busy as you are, why not add some more staff at the registers? Other than the wait, I got everything I came in to buy.

Found cute and unique decorating items

Always able to find what I need, and discover new items as well. Best place to go for paper products! Greeting cards, crossword puzzle books and for the analytical brain Sudoku! Business is always busy.

Could have used a few more checkers. Had to stand in line for quite a while. Other than that it was a good visit.

I love the dollar store, I always find stuff to do my crafting with. If one dollar store doesnt have it, I just go to another one and they usually have what I need. LOL

The Dollar Tree is a great alternative to other markets. Not all their products are that great, especially the food items. However, their household items are okay and you can save a ton of money by shopping there.

One of my favorite Dollar Tree stores due to more expansive stock (compared to others in area) and clearance.

Most Dollar Tree Stores are the same. They all carry the same inventory, so that is the one thing they have going for them. They are consistent. That said, this location has been disappointing when compared to the Ashland Dollar Tree. They seem to have more inventory than my local one on Barnett.Regardless of which store you go to, however, you can expect the same sort of experience. Unless you go to the one in Ashland. ;)

The Manager of this store is lazy, rude, and does not care about the customer! I have encountered her 3 times . She will not come up to help the 1 cashier on duty until they call for help multiple times. When she does appear, it is obvious she is not happy to check you out. Today, the line was so backed up customers were walking out, and the cashier was fine with that. When I asked her to call for a back up, she did... No one came. 5 more minutes went by. I said I dont think they heard you she replied They heard me..they are busy. There were 3 employees in the back...one of them was the manager. ?? Another customer said Oh, to busy to wait on the customers? At that point she called for help again, but when the manager appeared the cashier apologized for calling her and said WE were being rude. I told the manager she had customers walking out. She was rude of course, and after I paid and walked away, she made a comment to the customers behind me and started laughing. I will avoid this Dollar Tree. I am also contacting Dollar Trees corporate office.
