Shopping here is more than just shopping, its an experience. Its kind of like going to a thrift store, where you never know what you will find, but you know youll come out with something fun, and at a discussion worthy price.I find myself making trips to Grocery Outlet way more often than other grocery stores, just for the thrill of what will I find today?My only complaint about Grocery Outlet is that I often find the lines to be long, as a result of them lacking in cashiers. I accept this as a part of shopping at a discounted store, understanding that they staff less than regular grocery stores to keep prices low.

Excellent for bargain deals for the ones that shop at Grocery outlet. If your tight on a budget which most of us are this is a definite place to shop for groceries even household items cleaning supplies etc...

Dont shop there consistently. Cant depend on stock items. However I do find some really great deals on a variety of stuff, but buy it up quickly cause it may be gone quick.

The wine selection is has improved so much!! The new wine manager Mike was so very kind and personable!! Love picking great wines at amazing prices!

Good prices & interesting finds, but Ive never shopped their Wed. ad & found all the items advertised. Even day one of the ad Ive been told they never had some of the items in it.

Grocery Outlet Store always had great deals, I can find almost everything Im looking for, Less than other Stores. Every Week are new and interesting deals.

I walked into this establishment and the self-proclaimed owner Jonathan accuse me of stealing alcohol (I dont even drink) with absolutely no evidence except I looked suspicious how embarrassing for him, not to mention he referred to me dogg a half a dozen times. I really wish I would have had the wherewithal to record this because Im sure he would have ended up settling out of court. Needless to say this place is not worth Jonathans baseless stereotypical judgments! You should be ashamed of yourself Dogg!!!

Had never been here before. Quaint, friendly, the selection covered exactly what I wanted, and it was all quite cost-effective.

Great deals nice people who work there

The food we had tasted old. There was a sticker with an expiration date for 6/11/21. I removed the sticker and under it was an expiration date for February 11 2021. They put their own expiration sticker on a product that has been expired for two months.

Didnt find much to write home about at this store, compared to other grocery outlets I have visited. Still, points for the great prices and friendly service.

I was only killing time waiting for another store to open so didnt really assess the store. I did make a couple of impulse purchases and was able to get checked out quickly.

I always stop into Grocery Outlet to see what gems they have picked up every month. I eat mostly organic and paleo, and whole 30. I find the most amazing deals on the brands I normally order via Thive Market online.They have awesome deals on organic olive oils, Gluten Free items, cage free eggs, Primal brand sauces and energy bars plus if you are dairy free you can find great deals on dairy free sorbet and vegan cheeses. The stock changes regularly so you never know what you might find! If you find something you really like stock up because it may not be there again. I love Grocery Outlet for the adventure of shopping and the thrill of the find.

Have been shopping here for over 25yrs. Very good products and great savings for families on a tight budget. Very comparable to other big named grocery stores. Love it. friendly and personable people work there.

Great selections at great prices. Honestly I love wandering in just to check what they have in stock every week.The only thing that has me pulling back a star is the lack of staff during rushes. No fault on the workers part, theyre doing best they can.

Prices are overall very good. Selection is outstanding. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Tried to sign up for their emails, and the clerk rolled his eyes, sighed and drummed his fingers obnoxiously on the counter . he chucked my purchases at me in disdain and the only time he spoke to me was when i asked for a bag. I WILL NOT RETURN.

We have Always loved grocery outlet.They always have the best staff and best prices. But sadly we will no longer be going to the one in Medford. They made my little girl 3 1/2 years old P her pants because they wouldnt let us use the bathrooms. And we couldnt just leave we had 2 full shopping carts And were in the middle of paying for them when my little girl asked if she could use the bathroom....

Good deals. We especially like the Kuregg packs they offer. Plus they have Amys Kitchen pizzas. Yummy!

Why I like grocery outlet, the same exact products I buy in Medford, Oregon I found in Susanville, California, for the exact same price. Dissolvable protein packets and pre-workout, 6.99 and 9.99. But you can never get too dependent on G.O, cause when you do they forever take what you specifically want away 😕

Wonderful place to shop. Theyre under new ownership but most of the origional staff are still there. Carol the manager is really sweet and it is easy to return sny items you are not satisfied with. Some organic products and great prices.

I dig this place. You have to be treasure hunter and a label reader oh, but you can get some really really cool stuff here that you wont find anywhere else in the valley. I absolutely love that they have an organic section which they called nosh, that has all the natural products in one aisle

Many great selections in produce, wines, cheeses and other packaged deli items, meats, frozen foods, dairy, canned and other dried food items, health and beauty items, household and hardware items, and decor items. Inventory changes often, some staples always available. Very, very friendly and accommodating personnel. Wheelchair accessible. Two electric carts for easy mobility, if necessary. Bargains galore!

If you dont come in with expectations outside of great savings, youll be wonderfully pleased. Grocery Outlet has been taking overstock, seasonal, and close out items & reselling them at amazing prices for years. Their stock rotates. They have staples at competitive prices as well. If you have a big shopping trip planned hit them first and fill in any blanks elsewhere (if you even need to), and youll save hundreds.

Great place low prices friendly staff

Hadnt been here in quite some time. Pleasantly surprised by the variety of the produce section. Didnt find everything we wanted, but most. Checker was friendly and took care of us even though she was technically closed.

Went in to grab a drink a few minutes before close but the guy at the register kept saying they were closed and wouldn’t me but a drink

Much smaller than the white city branch: this branch seems to have more items, yet in reality the isles are narrower and holding the same amount of products as its sister stoee, making it seem to hold more

Its always interesting to go to Grocery Outlet. They buy different case lots of product. But they probably have the best wine selection in Medford. Trader Joes notwithstanding. They have a large selection of all types of frozen foods. A small selection of fresh vegetables and some meats. They have a lot of household products that are end lots at good bargain prices.

Everytime I shop here I am overcharged at least $10 on mis-entered items. And everytime I have to argue and fight to get refunded. I learned my lesson I will not be shopping here again.

Prices seem to be reaching regular stores prices. Not such a bargain anymore. Store is relatively clean. The checkers are nice and friendly for the most part. They have expanded the cheaper wine section quite a bit. Not cheap, like you find at the quickie marts...just cheaper than say COSTCO. All in all...I still shop here, just occasionally now.

If you shop prices you can get some incredible deals.

Hey! I like this place. They always seem to have something in stock that pleases me. And, at affordable prices too.

My absolute favorite.

This is a great place to shop first for bargains. We shop here and usually get our frozen goods and cereals here. It is well organized and the staff are always friendly. We usually save over $100.00 a month by shopping here. One downside is that if you find an unusual product here and buy it to try it and find that you like it, it probably wont be there when you go back for more.

I always stop in to see the wall of bargains, and I always leave feeling like I got a great deal. Excellent selection of wines and ever changing inventory.

I love this store! Management is superb, staff is friendly and very helpful and prices are great. Not everything is super cheap but the deals I have gotten on expensive, hard to find items were ridiculous! They are pretty consistent on staple item pricing and the markdowns are fabulous. Snacks are affordable and theres always healthy alternatives for way cheaper than regular grocery stores. Love, love, love this store!

Great place to get real deals on your food, non food, pet food, health & beauty items. Cant beat the deals on pet foods, pet treats, pet beds etc..Why pay other stores $6.00 for strawberries when you can get same size for $3.99? I also go here for my ingredients for mexican dishes enchilada sauce and pico de gallo large cans for 1.69, i can find low calorie, low carb tortillas that are very tasty and strong enough to not fall apart when making chicken enchiladas. I have purchased oranges the size of grapefruit for $4.99 for 10 lbs bag, sweet and juicy! Love this family friendly store. ☺

Good deals from time to time. Store is generally well-kept, but often cluttered with boxes of items being stocked. If you see something you like, buy it now because there may not be another chance. No electric carts, hand-held baskets - makes it very difficult for the physically challenged to shop there.

Fabulous wine selection, and really friendly, helpful employees. Especially the young man who oversees the wine. He is very knowledgeable and has great suggestions for choosing the perfect wine.

Lovely little store. I was stress shopping with $5, so I got ice cream and 3/$1 drinks that taste like dirt and prenatal vitamins (that last one was supplied by my mother). Satisfaction in its finest! Lol
