Great selection of all kinds of high quality and premium food items. They sell only organic fruits and vegetables. Helpful and kind employees! This is my favorite store in the Medford area.

Went in looking for ps supplement n found them but took me awhile. Usually I ask for help and they are very helpful but didnt this time. I found n was looking at different brands etc n employee saw this n gave me a fact sheet about supplement n his experience taking it. That really helped me. Thanks for your customer service n going the extra mile.

Very nice store and very clean. The only issue is their produce section is severely lacking. I am not sure if this is due to the season. But the whole section is the smallest in the store.

Wow, what a wonderful store! We have accidentally stumbled upon this great place, wish we would have discovered it sooner. It is large, super clean, not crowded, and they have wonderful, fresh organic fruits and veggies at very reasonable prices. Fresh Organic ginger, turmeric, different hot peppers, beautiful beets, parsnips, and so much more.. Great cheese selection and excellent organic wines too, including organic boxed wines! Matter of fact, they have just about everything, even items I used to have to order online. I am definitely a happy customer 😊 and will be back!

Constantly out of their sell items. Whats the point of sending us flyers with your sell items if you dont stock up on them? From yogurt to frozen to drinks etc does not fail i get a flyer so excited things we loves on sale only to drive all the way there and no stock. Considering giving up on this place.

This was my first visit to this store and I really enjoyed the great customer service of the people on the floor. They also had my grain-free crackers, which are hard to find, and said they could order them for me by the case. A decent variety of organic produce was available, and the produce looked very nice and fresh. Will definitely shop there more in the future! 😁

I get most of my groceries here, prices are reasonable and they have all my allergy friendly food in one store. If you dont go on the right day things can be out of stock, but thats more of a problem if you live out of town (like me).

Absolutely terrible.I just lost so much money bc they won’t accept returns?!!!!This store doesn’t even sell food!!!!! It’s all supplements. GNC is better. I’m never going back.If this is what you eat, that’s why the world is the way it is. Never again!!!!

Kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask. Said I wasn’t welcome. I didn’t bother anyone. Manager lady stalked me around the store forcing me to conform. I will be informing my family and friends of this and none of us will shop here again. Have a nice day jerks.

2 months ago I purchased 2 bottles of vitamins from Natural Grocers. When I opened the second bottle, they were rotten. I tried to exchange them and they refused since I didn’t have my receipt. I don’t usually keep receipts for two months.It wasn’t like I was asking for my money back. So beware they sell defective merchandise. You might not want to buy more than a months supply or else keep your receipts forever. As for me my vitamins run about 100.00 per month. Guess they won’t miss it.

We hit the sale which was from March 1st to the 7th. Twenty five percent off everything. That was great. I appreciate so much that all the produce is organic...no need to sort out what I can buy or not. My husband and I enjoyed shopping here, and we particularly like the bulk herb and tea section. We do plan on frequenting this shop.

Great sale prices on food. Good prices on produce. Excellent selection of organic packaged and bulk foods. My favorite pasta on sale for $1.75 less than the co-op i like to go too. Decent produce selection, but definitely not the best in medford. Limeted fish and seafood selectiin. Cashiers can be slow, it always pleasant. Bring your own bags or use boxes they have there for costumer use. Ample parking. Parking lit is a little funky.

This store is a treasure. You can shop here without having to worry about the quality of organic food your are purchasing. You will still want to read labels but knowing the store is committed to non-GMO foods is a big plus. A little pricey but a good selection of food, supplements and hygiene supplies all in one location makes it worth it.

I’ve been a long term customer.Most likely my family easily spends 300-500 every 2 weeks here.Recently natural groceries switched their rules saying NO plastic face shields allowed in their store and that I must wear their cloth mask.The cloth mask states clearly on the box it does NOT stop any viruses.The manufacturers lawyers and doctors clearly states cloth will NOT stop viruses.You are putting my families life at risk and many others:I believe you should close your doors and be held liable.

Its a great place to shop very open has just about everything you need and its all organic Im a lot organic but they keep it simple

Went shopping for a family member and purchased 2 items that they did not want. I went to return them within the hour and was informed of their return policy. ONLY 1 item per receipt can be returned! I have NEVER heard of such a thing. So I could only return 1 item and they kept my receipt! If you check out and are not sure if you have the correct item only buy one thing at a time. Could make for a long check out line. Better yet shop somewhere else, which is what I will do from now on! BAD business policy!

The manager is hard at it running the store into the ground, instructing the otherwise pleasant employees to follow shoppers around to enforce the stores policy that the mask cover your nose as well as your mouth. Unnecessary police-like action that I dont enjoy.

The produce department is very weak -- especially for a place that touts itself.as.a.natural grocery store.

Okay selection but the pricing is ridiculous. First and last time shopping here. How does this place stay in business? I thought trader Joes was over priced but it isnt compared to Natural grocers. I guess its Traders and food 4 less here on out. Albertsons is actually cheaper.

Great selection, decent prices considering the high quality. I have done 95% of my food shopping here for two years. My only issue with this store is the rewards program. Its really lacking, and when you spend $400+ per month at a store, rewards make a difference. They keep changing it and making purchases worth less and less. And, unfortunately, almost all the high value coupons they send me are for meat. But my family is vegetarian. So, awesome for meat eaters, not so much for anyone else. Otherwise, very nice store and *most* of the staff are friendly.Updating to add: for the third time in a month my produce has rung up at the incorrect price. On top of that, the scales between register 1 and register 4 are measuring weight 1/2 different! And, in this same trip, the cashier rang red leaf lettuce up as butter lettuce, which costs almost $1.00 more. Watch the register screen when they ring you up and know what you bought in lbs or risk paying more.

Actually found more than I was looking for. I tried the natural toothpaste but Im not a fan. We found purple sweet potatos there. Looks like the brand, Stokes from NC. Surprised and happy. Helpful staff. Worth a visit.

This place is great. Super good prices and a lot of variety and the store is easy to walk through and not crowded with shelves to the ceiling. Its kind of gross that they have lipstick you can try on though.

Stopped by since close to home. Signed up and got $2 off my purchase! Got dozen eggs free! Stopped again for few items and were having celebration, I got samples and signed up for gift bag. Got call that I won a gift bag. Found they have fair prices and good quality products. Now I will do more shopping there!

Staff was very helpful with my Instacart order. It was my 1st time in this store so I didnt know where anything was at and since aisles arent numbered I was having trouble finding products but staff was so helpful and efficient.

Dont trust what they tell you on the phone. Dont go out of your way to go here. I called about coconut extract and was told they positively carried it. I drove half an hour to pick it up, only to find out they did not have it! Super duper lame.

Smells like a hippie in there, but they seem to be the only place that has grain free products. The staff are nice. A little on the spendy side.

Their fresh produce section is rather small. wide varieties of grains. they have my favorite soap ‘one with nature’ brand and they have better price than online.
