This is the best stop and shop near me. It is always clean and organized, with a wide variety of foods. The last few times I went, the employees went above and beyond to answer my questions and even brought out freshly baked bread for me when they saw I was looking for dinner rolls. It has been a really pleasant experience!

Today 09/02/2021 was a Great experience. I want to the self checkout and forgot my wallet. The help service lady was so helpful and nice. I think it was also a manager that help out as well. I really like going to this location. I know there will be times my experience will be not so good, but today was a Great day.

Out of a lot of products and all meat items are coming prepackaged beef pork this is the trend now have to find a smaller market with a butcher

Always happy to stop and shop at this market. I even able to get my meds and the plethora of things in meats. Vegetables, fruits and breads to name a few is outstanding 👌 😀 😋 👏 👍. So dont walk but run down to your stop and shop market. You should sign me up as your ambassador cause not only do I go to my local one, I venture out to other ones who sells are sometimes entirely different with other amazing products unlike in my community. Go to your stop and shop today you will be happy with their selections of things and the sale prices are reasonable.

I will never go back even though its right next to my house, 2 workers got into a fight, I was in the bathroom while the girl was crying asked her if she was OK and starting swearing at me and flipped out! NEVER GOING BACK WHEN TRYING TO BE NICE AND GET SWORN AT FIR IT BY A WORKER! SHE SHOULD BE TALKED TO CAUSE THEY ARE NOW LOSING A WEEKLY CUSTOMERS AND IM CALLING HEADQUARTERS

Stopped in to grab one thing and I was a bit alarmed to see a woman without a mask in front of me approach the door where the security check point is-she was talking and laughing w him and was allowed right into the store without even batting an eyelash. She was moving all through the produce section laughing and enjoying herself. Really appalled how blatantly they disregard the mask requirement and public health/hygiene

The only issue I had today was they had a new person working the deli when it was busy. They should have put two on. The new person was very slow. I asked her if she was new. She said yes. I asked how long she had been in that dept. She said three months..She needs to be retrained or moved to a different department. Other than that I enjoy going to this location...The self service is my fave when checking out. TY

I always buy Arnolds Multi Grain bread at this store. I bought a loaf last week and when I opened it there was mold on the bread. I threw the loaf away and just figured it was a bad loaf. But yesterday I bought another loaf and when I opened it today..again it was moldy. I didnt bring it back but it is over $4.00 per loaf and I think someone should look into this as soon as possible..

I use my go points all the time, pump my own gas, and it is convenient,when there is no covid the pumps close to the stop shop building they will pump for you the rest are self serve...

Everything about this place is great except for two things. Cold Subs and Tier Pressure Hose head.I. On Friday Cold Subs (Turkey, Roasted Beef, and Italian) are always 1 day before expiration date.II. Tier Pressure Hose head (gas station side) has been broken for about a month if not longer and no one fixed it. My brother and I had to pay and not get our problem fixed.Fix those two and get the rest of the stars, and most importantly getting me back to your store.Managers get on these things! Thank you.

I am literally obsessed with this place. I love everything about it. It’s big, clean and have options. I always liked to shop at night when is not to crowded so the fact that they open till midnight makes it perfect.

This was my first time using the pickup option. They brought everything to my car. I placed the order online in advance. Worked very well. They filled the order accurately.

Need to clean were the cash register every store I go in the employees will either argue with me about cleaning the area or they dont clean the area I dont want to get sick cash out is the filthiest place in the store . People always eating out of the grape bags hand to mouth. Lets not get this twisted.

Went in to pickup a birthday cake and my order was wrong. The store manager was the sweetest man Ive met in a long time. He fixed my issue and gave me a gift card and also helped my daughter and i with our shopping! Ive never had such a pleasurable shopping experience in my life. I will never shop anywhere else again.

The Stop & Shop in Medford has really been great handling viral safety at the store. It is organized and never a wait to get inside. The prices has risen for many items (some a bit unreasonable), but overall the store isnt too bad.

Its a little dark in a couple areas and its not trendy but its clean, they have incredible prices, good produce quality and selection, a solid array of grocery staples, and self checkout. What more can you want?!

This is a decent place to shop for groceries. The shelves are generally well-stocked, the aisles are clean, the selection is fairly standard mega-mart.Favorite product I can only find at local Stop and Shops: Promised Land chocolate milk. Few other commercial chocolate milks come close; I have found none to beat it.

Visited the area from the UK. The store is one of the best I’ve ever been to; wide selection of products and very helpful staff.

Pretty good selection although sometimes lacking in produce. also there is a creepy robot that roams the aisle and defines small children as spills.... the robot uprising will almost certainly start here

They used to have more options and better quality. My guess is the pandemic brought down their status.

Will always have what I want. Selection is vast, diverse, replete, comprehensive. Shelves are marked and stocked. Other places will have limited size or brand selection or take-it-or-leave it options. If you want what you want in the size you like with the brand or generic option then this is the one stop food/drug/bank/etc for that.

Standard grocery store. Prices are pretty good. This store is large and takes a while to navigate. They sell potted plants and pumpkins seasonally.

Stop & Shop has the best sales going when you rationalize the gas point and instant savings and do a little math to figure out the effective price paid for what you buy. The service is a bit better than your average supermarket too. While there can be a here and there improvement in the selection, that can be said even of the best grocers around, so the selection is still very broad given the size of the store.
