This was about my fifth visit. I go to the Medford office though Ive been to all three. Each is spotless, and mask and distancing are done without any drama. Pam manages the office and deals with clients with friendliness, and know-how. Cristin Dugen, Au.D.is excellent at her job and listens carefully when someone has a problem with their device(s) or needs assistance. Then she acts, figuring out a solution that fits the clients needs.

I will be returning to her office.At my recent visit, I was given the gift of hearing non distorted music. When I heard Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata sounding the way it is supposed to, it brought tears.

I was the first appointment of a snowy day and the audiologist was out front of the office shoveling snow off of the walkway. During the appointment, he was very courteous and was patient while explaining the results and answering questions. A definite 5 star experience.

Always obtain appointments in a timely manner, staff is pleasant and competent and my questions, which I tend to have a lot of, are answered respectfully and informatively. I had gone to a big box store after going to AASO due to the lower cost but ended up returning to AASO due to their services and seemingly competency being totally dissatisfied with the other no matter if the cost was less or not. When I had an issue with a hearing aid dome becoming impacted in my ear canal, and my regular audiologists office was closed, the staff at Audiology Associates were great about slipping me in between scheduled patients, to extract the dome. I greatly appreciate the caring they showed me, as it was a Friday, and my regular audiologist would not have been able to help me until the next week.

In 2008 a sinus infection combined with long-term hearing loss resulted in unilateral tinnitus that had an immediate impact on the quality of my life. Desperate for a solution, I spent years and thousands of dollars trying to find answers that would help me learn to live with this condition. It wasnt until I was directed through a referral to Audiology Associates and Dr. Stacey Berg, that I was given the tools and support through sound therapy, adjustable hearing aides, and the professional knowledge and understanding of Dr. Bergs medical staff that I finally felt I had found advocates in learning to live a life reconfigured by this psychologically invasive condition.
