You can buy hearing aids anywhere from Costco and Wal Mart to big medical groups with high hospital overhead to cover. Dr. Tangel is an Audiologist and she does way more than just sell hearing aids. She is genuinely altruistic. She puts the interest of her patients above her own. Hearing loss crept into my life over many years. Dr Tangel is great, patient and very knowledgeable. I have had bad hearing for years, but never had the time to get it checked. It is amazing what I could not hear, instead of reading lips I can clearly hear people. Now people are not mad cause I am not asking them to repeat themselves and I am not frustrated at not being to hear people clearly. Truly life changing.

I am a younger person who has needed hearing aids since in my 30’s and the quality of care I always receive from Imaginears is amazing. Wearing hearing aids for Me had such a stigma around it that only “old people “ wear them, but if you need hearing aids do it... You won’t believe the difference it makes in your life.

I was told by my Dr. I had earwax buildup in my ear. He told to buy an over the counter earwax remover and follow the instructions for 5 days. It did not do the job. So I called around for earwax removal service. I found one downtown. But it was a salon that really had no idea how to remove the wax that was deep in the ear. Called imaginears and set up an apt. The were friendly, professional, and experienced. They took out years of earwax buildup. So So grateful for their service. Thank You and hugs.

Both my husband and I have experienced very professional, friendly care from Elizabeth Tangel at Imaginears. She is helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing hearing loss and suggesting types of hearing aids. We were able to try the aids she recommended and saw her weekly to ask questions and learn all about them before we made a final decision. Dr. Tangle and her receptionist were exceptional. Dr. Tangle tried very hard to get my hearing aids working but they were locked by their manufacture. I have since found a practice who can help me here in Medford. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tangle. She took time to explain how the different hearing aids worked and was very helpful.

The customer service at this office is exceptional. I am not a customer here but needed assistance in repairing my 89 year old mothers hearing aid. After being told by business that my mother purchased hearing aids from that it was to old to repair I called around to inquire on new hearing aids. Chris, who runs the office, answered all of my questions and educated me in what to look for in a hearing aid and exactly how they work. Then, when I told her what the problem was she offered to look at hearing aid help me find a replacement part. She did.I can not express my gratitude. Wow, what a difference! When I moved to Medford, right away my daughter suggested a hearing test and even drove me to Imaginears. Professional and friendly, Elizabeth diagnosed both ears with hearing loss. Properly fitted, you cant even see them. Im so thankful to wear these and be tuned into life as I should be.

Its truly amazing the difference hearing aids can make. For years I was told I had the kind of hearing loss that hearing aids wouldnt help, which lead me to go without for years, but with the current technology it makes a tremendous difference. Both locations in Ashland and Medford are fantastic and so helpful! Dr. Tangle fitted me for custom ear protection for a MotoGP race I was headed to in Texas. They were so friendly and quickly got me the earpieces way ahead of the race and were EXACTLY what I needed. I have a hard time keeping cheap earplugs in my ears, as they often fall out. These custom ones did the trick! Now I wear them under my helmet when I ride. Well worth the investment.

I have had tinitis for probably 30+ years. Because of hearing loss I got my first hearing aids in 2006. As my hearing got worse, I finally went to Miracle Ear in 2013. I finally heard about Imaginears this year and went to the Medford, OR office. Dr. Elizabeth Tangel has been so caring, and gave me such a hearing exam Id never had. The ReSound hearing aids she installed with the program for my I-phone have been so great for me.My daughter just confided with my wife that Dad is really alert and a part of the conversation! I am very happy to hear once again!
