First time needing exhaust work on my truck. These guys are awesome! I was worried because my regular mechanic thought I might have a issue with my Catalytic Converter! I knew that meant BIG BUCKS! Turns out I just needed a gasket to stop the rattle in my exhaust. Wow! $100.00 vs a $1000.00. What an honest breath of fresh air that was! I highly reccomend them.

Extremely pleased with my experience at this shop. As small as it may seem, I appreciated that he not only answered his phone, but he also fit me into his schedule same day. The service was quick and its clear he knew what he was doing. Very fair with pricing. No question Id return for more muffler needs.

These guys are very friendly and professional. Got me in exactly on time maybe even a few minutes early. Put an exhaust on my car fast, and did a great job. Cost for the job was fair . I shopped around a couple of the other shops in town prior to getting this done and the guys at J&L were hands down the most personable and have earned my business on any exhaust work I may have in the future.

I wrote a mean spirited review at first because I wasnt as happy about the work as I wanted it to be. But putting aside that it was perfect in my eyes, these guys did an amazing job. It looks great and has a good sound to it to, being specific is important here and that is where I went wrong on mine. The price, while in the hundreds, was still an amazing price for the quality of work and speed that they did it. Plus when I complained they took it in and tried to redo it how I wanted free of charge. Awesome guys over at J&L, highly recommended!

I talked to ray this morning on my 1965 nova wagon with a LS swap. I know he had a similar vehicle so I thought I could trust him my baby. Man I was right. Ray was in contact with me the whole time and made sure I was going to be happy with the outcome. Better yet when I got home my wife fell in love with the sound. I personally lifted the vehicle as I work at a auto collision shop and can say first hand their work was top notch. Good job RAY!

So I went and got a quote from another shop(I’ll keep in nameless but it was very close to food4less on Biddle lol) and he quoted me $700+ For a simple muffler swap and tip exchange and so I went down to J&L and he did the exact job with a way better attitude for $240. If that doesn’t tell you something then you’re on your own lol. Thanks again J&L, looks and sounds amazing.

These guys are so sweet and good at what they do. I had a rock stuck in my brake rotar, they pulled my car in, lifted it up and found the problem. It was 15 min and no charge. Id absolutely go back.

Amazing business. By far the best price of the four shops I called. I am very protective of my car and watched the whole time the work was being done. I have to say I am amazed at how much time and effort they put into making sure everything was lined up and looking great. Heck, they even made sure I thought it looked good before they started welding!I have found myself a muffler shop that does great work at a great price run by honest people. Welded a 3 cat back on my Trailblazer, and deleted the resonator that was overkill after a 4 muffler. Great routing, and tested my cat efficiency beforehand. Waiting room has a TV but had no need for it, because the big dog was great company.Thanks Ray

Great experience... Wanted to get some better flow and sound from my 2012 Jeep Wranglers exhaust... But I wheel it so needed to be tucked up out of the way. Quick quote and reasonable price... Cheaper than several of the kits available plus I didnt have to do the work. Took less than an hour! Highly recommend J&L muffler in Medford for custom exhaust!

I called for a quote and was very impressed with the time and effort given to me. Seemed fair and honest. I was especially pleased that even though the gentleman couldnt help me directly he gave me the name of an associate in Merlin that could. You dont find a lot a shops what go above and beyond anymore, but this one did!

J & L made my 89 Toyota pickup sound better than it has in years!!! I paid my old mechanic more $$ to fix it. The fix lasted about 10 minutes. So glad J & L was recommended to me. They manufactured a part for my old truck and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Top notch customer service from the get go. I know this is a fix thats gonna last! Cant say Good enough things about J&L! The work they do plus the price vs competition is unbeatable. Took him a one of a kind truck with lots of stuff that could be problematic for running exhaust pipe and just kind of just told him what I wanted.......... and when I picked it up, it was more than I was expecting and sounded great! Ive used him a bunch and will continue to use him!

We have been to J&L several times with our vehicle. Ray has been extremely helpful and has spent time on our car at no expense to us. We were even having trouble with the car that was not exhaust related and they took the car to our appt for us so he could explain what he had experienced. These guys definitely went above and beyond and I only wish they worked on all areas of a car so we wouldnt have to take it elsewhere for other repairs.

Took my 05 F150 to get the passenger side exhaust manifold leak fixed. I was quoted a fair price for the job, and left my truck with them for the day. The job turned out to be a headache! Took a lot longer than expected and the guys had to stay a little later past the time they closed just to finish up and give me back my truck. When I went to pay the bill it was the same quote I was originally given and not a penny more. I wasn’t charged extra even though the job was probably a lot more tough than they expected! I appreciate the hell out of these guys, they’ve definitely got a customer for life. I highly recommend the experts at J and L.A+ 5 stars
