Came in to have my exhaust fixed after a poor “straight pipe” job was done on my truck before I bought it. I was not exactly sure of what I wanted when I came in, and was given a bunch of options, helped me narrow down the sound I was going for, and nailed it. I went in for a muffler and resonator delete. Time was incredible he got done before my ride back home even showed up. And after it was finished sounded even better then I expected if anyone asked me where they should go for any exhaust work this place would be the first place I would recommend by far.

Emailed Rich with some questions about various setups for my car. He was prompt with responses and didn’t try and oversell anything. I gave him a call and was down at the shop an hour later. That evening I was able to pick up my car and it sounds so much better. No nonsense, no bs. Could have bought an aftermarket exhaust kit, but Rich did a better job and for a cheaper price and I did not have to wait weeks! Excellent selection of tips on site too! I’d take any vehicle to Rich’s Performance Exhaust.

I went here and rich did a great job and it sounded nice, but after about a year it decided to burn up or something because it turned into an empty can. It was very sad to have it be destroyed. I ended up taking it somewhere else for a different price (not saying where) and get it fixed. I loved the street demon and it sucked that it got destroyed...I dont know what went wrong so Im not pointing blame at absolutely anything as thats really unfair. Overall tho very nice guy who does do a great job and would recommend. I was probably 1 of few who have ever had a real problem and dont beleive it was anything rich did at all.

Did a great job installing a outside purchased Exaust system for me on my 2011 Jeep unlimited on short notice. I had him install a twin oval tip on the Jeep that looks great wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

So after a long time of searching for an exhaust note that is great on my 2020 silverado 1500 5.3 liter I happened to stop by at Richs shop. My husband had been searching for a nice aftermarket muffler for sometime but didnt know exactly what to get. The gentleman here was very knowledgeable and set my husband up right. We have an 02 Dodge and he knew exactly what would be best for us. The best part is he was affordable and able to get him in the same day. We will return here for any other exhaust needs.

If you have a performance exhaust on a newer vehicle. I.e. headers with race connection pipes. Do not go here. He will not work on it. Regardless of if you had the part installed previous to any work he could or would have done.I had a bad exhaust leak on both pipe extensions. He would not move the extensions that were installed on the incorrect sides. He would not weld the leaks. He would not install an o2 bung on the exhaust. Im positive that he does excellent work and at a fair price. As I was recommended to go to this shop by several people.However,,if you are in a similar situation it would probably be best to try a, different shop.

I got my Toyota Corolla done at Rich’s shop and it turned out better than I could ask for! I wanted a little bit of deep tone, but not too much and got exactly what I wanted, even had a nice black tip in stock. Looks great!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Rich!

The best exhaust shop in Oregon. Went in and we settled on one setup and after I wasnt really satisfied with how loud it was (I wanted way more sound) well all it took was one message and within seconds (not minutes or hours or even days) I received a response to come back down and they would correct it on spot. Man I got back and gave rich my infiniti for an additional hour and came back to a monster that screamed. He gave me exactly what I wan tr ed with no hassle at all which is extremely hard to find in medford. Will be returning with all my exhaust related business. Rich did an outstanding job on my VW Camper Van. Both mufflers had to be replaced, and he came in on cost and before the promised time. Let me just start off saying my family owned a muffler shop for over 20 years. I grew up in it.So it felt weird going to someone else to do my exhaust system.Upon my arrival, the first thing I noticed was his shop was very clean. You dont see that very often anyone. I could tell he took pride in his business.We went over my options and Rich did not try to over-sell me. The quality of his work was excellent. I could tell he took his time when built my custom cat back exhaust. Id say the workmanship was flawless.The sound is perfect. Not too loud, not raspy, no pops, no cabin drone. Very honest shop. Hard to come by these days. Had a catalytic converter replaced here and it was done well. Before I had the work done, Rich had me check alternative causes to fix the issue instead of just telling me to come in and spend my money. Hands down the best service I have ever recieved in a shop and I could not be more impressed with the craftsmanship of my exhaust system. I got my camaro a new exhaust system and I couldn’t be happier. It was put on so clean and nice. Sounds great. Great quality!!!

I took my vehicle in to Rich after dealing with a check engine light that had been on after taking it to another local shop. Rich found that the catalytic converter was put in backwards. Also that the techs who did work at the previous shop broke a stud off the Y pipe, used the wrong sized studs to hang the pipe thus compromising the gasket. Rich corrected all the faulty work made by the other shop and my Vehicle is running much more efficiently and the check engine light has not come back on. Rich is very professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, thorough and fast! I am very pleased with his work.

I had a check engine light turn on in my car, so I took it to have the engine scanned. I was told I had a P420 code and that it meant my catalytic coverter needed to be replaced. I took it to Richs and he went over my options for replacement. He told me about the difference between an OE style and Aftermarket part. Rich suggested that before I made the investment on the converter that I should take it to an auto mechanic and have them complete a thorough check on my car to see if there were underlying issues that would have made the converter go bad. I did as he suggested and as it turned out there were other issues that I had going on. After getting the other items fixed, I knew I could trust Rich and made my appointment to get the work done. He was able to get me in quickly. I dropped my car off before work, and expected for it to take the entire day of not longe to get it fixed, but he called me just before lunch and told me my car was ready for pick up. Thank you for being someone I can trust!

Rich design and built a true custom exhaust and air intake for my 2012 GMC Serria 1500 over two years ago. I wanted a system that increased the fuel mileage, horse power without a lot of noise. I used the truck to pull a double axle trailer with a tractor. A small increase in the noise during acceleration returns to normal after reaching speed. No pipes are visible till you reach the bottom end of the back bumper ending with a viper tips even with the back bottom of the bumper. Totally satisfied with this maintenance free system. I had a lot of people ask about the viper tips!
