Told over the phone they’d be able to pick up my machine that had died about an acre back on my property for an additional fee on top of pick up fee. Received a call the day of pick up (one week later) that they couldn’t pick up unless I some how managed to get it to the driveway. Asked why I was told different was only told “my service manager said so”. Found someone else to do said work. Do not recommend.

Only buy from this place if you don’t ever plan on servicing your equipment. They NEVER answer the phone and good luck getting a call back. But hey, they are so friendly when making the sale. I would advise everyone to look somewhere else.

HORRIBLE!!! Had my mower for over a month and did nothing to it! Took to Worcester in North Ridgeville and called me within an hour with price. Surprised how this place stays in business just selling mowers because they could care less about service customers!

I truly believe in supporting local business. I purchased a Gravely 60 zero turn a few years back. EVERY TIME, I go to purchase a OEM part - they never have it in stock or they send me to their Stow location. They have lost my trust and business. The Gravely 60 zero turn has been an outstanding product for me. I will find another Gravely dealer to do business with.

Excellent service! Bought a Husqvarna MZT-52 and was not disappointed! I strongly encourage anyone thinking about buying a mower to check here first. Way better prices & service than a big box retailer. Better quality too. The mower arrived fully fueled, clean, battery charged and ready to mow! The Mower Shop truly cares about their customers!

Definitely disappointed considering the money I spent this year alone $2000. This Spring had it in for maintenance, Service and a new rear bagger. Part of the service was removing and sharpening the blades which would have resulted in them finding two spindles that were stripped. There was no mention of this when I picked up the mower. I was left scrambling to find spindles when they could have been replaced at the time of service

We used them for a warranty repair on our Husqvarna 254Z Zero Turn Mower. They had the best pick-up/drop-off price of their competitors and were very quick. They quoted us a week on the repair, and had it done in 5 days. Cant speak for their cost of service as ours was covered by a warranty, but would highly recommend them based on our experience.

This is a great place with great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. I have tried multiple places in the past around Medina/Akron area and never had as good service as I get here. This is now my go-to place if anything major ever happens to my yard equipment; lawn mower, weed whacker, snow blower, etc. I highly recommend these guys. They are very trust-worthy and will not give you the run-around or try to come up with some additional unforeseen cost as some other repair shops in the area tend to do.

Great service. The big box stores simply do not have the expertise in maintaining lawn equipment. Prior to buying my lawn tractor at the Mower Shop in Medina, I went through two lawn tractors from Sears (Craftsman) and Home Depot (John Deere). Ive had my Ariens from the Mower Shop for over 8 years now with no problems. I have it serviced once a year (with their pick up and delivery option) and couldnt be happier. Great customer service. Ask for Zack.

We purchased a Dixon ZTR several months ago and are very satisfied with our purchase. We were referred by a friend that had purchased the year before. We have about 4 acres of mowing with different types of terrain, definitely not a smooth yard. Zach was very concerned with getting us into the right machine that could take the abuse of our yard. Pricing was very good compared to others I shopped before buying. They backed the mower 100%. We recently had deck wheel come unbolted and they replaced it, no questions asked! I feel we received great service and a great mower that will last! I would highly recommend!

We bought our mower there 4 years ago. We have had nothing but trouble with the mower and have never had good service with the shop. For the 3rd year in a row we have brought our mower in because wouldnt run. That is not a big deal and is to be expected after sitting for several months. However, this is also the 3rd year in a row we have gotten the mower home after being serviced and it has broken down within one hour of having it. First time, it was returned with a flat tire, second time there was a fluid leak. This time I am still waiting to get it back. When you call to find out what the status is with the mower the immediate answer is I cant tell you until I get the paperwork back. If you ask if my mower has been seen yet the answer is I cant tell you until I get the paperwork back. If you ask when will my mower be seen or when can I expect to get it back it is the exact same answer. My mower went back to the shop 5 days ago. I have called every day and received no information. Today- they did tell me its on the table. I asked what that means, when can I get it back, etc and I got the standard I cant tell you until I get the paperwork back. There is no effort to talk to the mechanic and get some idea what the status is. We have tried to be loyal and keep going back but every year it gets worse. I can not say strong or loudly enough to find a different mower shop.

These guys have changed their tune lately used to be able to rely on them. They sell Husquvarna but will only work on it if you bought from them. Either you back a product or you dont. I just wanted a simple tune up and blade sharpening and they turned me away. Ill make sure i give my buisness to someone else who is reasonable.

Thank you Mower Shop for extracting theUser Friendly phone book out of my vintage Ariens snowblower last season. You were honest and said it may be a goner but it was repaired and runs great again. You even took the time to talk to the User Friendly representative and got him to pay for the repairs!! Your shop is super clean, well managed and Ive sent several others there - all with good results.

I have to agree with other bad reviews. They had my mower for about five weeks on multiple trips this season. I was told repeatedly that nothing was wrong with mower even when I went to shop with pictures and video of it leaking. Manager was rude, only got action after threatening to go to BBB. I do not recommend dealing with them.

I purchased a Dixon ZTR mower from The Mower Shop via the Internet as an out-of-state customer. I admit I was a little uncomfortable at first working with them only by phone and email without really knowing who they were. However, the two people I talked with (several times actually as I considered buying the mower and was getting more information), Ken and Zach, were very helpful. Since the mower had to be shipped by commercial freight to me, Ken went out of his way to contact several shippers to see if one could delivery it to my house. Turns out it was just to big for that and it needed to be sent to a business with a fork lift or loading dock. Heres a tip - I had it shipped to a local landscape materials business and then put it on a UHaul utility trailer to bring it home. The mower is just as I expected based on what Zach and Ken told me, and I am glad I purchased it from them. I got a (much) better deal for the mower than I could in my local area, making shipping worth it. I am glad to recommend The Mower Shop for their knowledge of mowers and their customer service, working with an out-of-state buyer.

I Will never buy nothing from here again.Bought a zero turn dixon 61 last October 2014. They delivered it . Missing parts and broke battery box and parking brake lever wont stay up. Driver said O I dont have them on the truck . I will tell them when I get back . He didnt. I called they said o sorry I will have to order them when they come in Ill send them out. Never happened .called again in November same story never ordered them.He said hes gotten order them and send them 2 me. Never got them ..called in April 2015 same thing never order them . Called in may same thing never order them . June they got parts cant find a big enough box 4 parts .Lol liesWere gotten send them . Never got them July 29 called o we called hursvona and they was spoce 2 send them 2 u . BS calling bbbGood luck . Place socks

Second time I have taken equipment there to get serviced and have been fleeced.First issue was time to repair. When I called in for just a blade sharpening, I was told they could bring it in and turn it around pretty quickly to get delivered. Literally they told me pick up on Monday have it by Wednesday or Thursday. Had the equipment for a week and a half, with a business that relies on their equipment, this cost me three days worth of revenue.Second item was that I took it in for blade sharpening and ended up being told there were extensive repairs that were performed and the repair bill was hundreds of dollars. I took it in for a blade sharpening and without so much as a phone call to tell me they were going to do hundreds of dollars of repairs, they performed the work. Tried calling each day to get a status update and communicate and consistently got voice mail, had I known that there was this much work, I would have had one of my employees pick up the equipment and take it to a reputable shop for a second opinion and quality workmanship.There are other places in the area for repair (Eversharp, Bobs mowers, etc.) that I will be taking my equipment to next time, I cant afford unexpected annual repair bills that may or may not be accurate (my equipment was not experiencing any of the problems that the shop indicated were wrong).

The Mower Shop is a Joke, More less a parts Hanger rather then a repair shop plus thier mechanics dont know what they are doing. Had to bring my mower back 3 times for the same probleme plus they charge way to much. place is a rip off and overall a Bad experiance as both the Owner and Manager Are Very rude and treat Customers like thier Trash..... Bottom Line Do NOT take your stuff to the mower shop.
