The main manager nicole is extremely rude to customers, and from how I hear her speak to her employees she’s none the better to them. The store itself is rather gross

I came on 9:57 pm and I found the door is closed and should close at 10 . And they sow me and didn’t let me enter

I will never recommend this place. The manager is highly unprofessional (speaks innapparently to other customers and employees) and her morning people seem to think it’s more important to have a karaoke party than to make sure coffee and food are available. I tried to give this store another chance but after one of the male morning employees was rude to my child for asking where something was, never again will I go back.
