We moved to Medway in June 2020, so for the first year we were in town this place was mostly closed for dine-in. We still had some great experiences with the drive-through, including one time when they gave us a $4 gift card when we complained that a drink was lukewarm (they also replaced the drink!) Now that theyre open for dine-in, its a great place to come and hang out. I tend to come in the evenings to catch up on e-mails, etc. and its usually pretty quiet- but the staff are always friendly and upbeat. Highly recommended!

They temporarily lost my mobile order and were missing 2 of my items but they eventually found it! The lines can get a tad long but all staff is extremely kind and helpful

How do you run out of whole milk and oat milk at a coffee place?

My go-to iced caramel macchiato is always way too sugary from store to store, but I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and the taste was consistently on point! What a pleasant surprise and relief, as I go out of my way (20+ min) to grab a Starbucks coffee.

I never generally have an issue here. However this last time the person taking my order rushed, and got my order wrong. I asked for soy milk, my drink is dairy. Take your damn time next time!

I wish I knew the girls name that helped me. She was so polite and helpful and went out of her way to get my order done fast.

Sometimes they get your order wrong but other than that, its a nice suburban Starbucks with friendly staff youll grow familiar with over visits. They sometimes remember how you like a certain drink, which is a nice touch.

My brother has a dairy allergy and requested a frapp with a dairy free milk and was denied. They claimed it was against company policy when other Starbucks in the area have allowed it!!!! VERY RUDE AND NASTY!

The service was AMAZING! however the hiring manager is very rude when you try to apply, she gave me attitude and came off in a very mean way.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere makes me feel like Im at home and the drinks are made just the way I like them.
