I can’t believe the amount of incompetent people working here. I would never go back here again.

I cannot begin to count the number of times they have screwed up my prescriptions and yet they still have the nerve to be rude. As they have given me the wrong dosage I have decided to file a complaint with the State of Massachusetts.

My family and I have used this location for several years now. Lately the service has gotten so terrible were finally making a change. The pharmacy technicians are terribly rude and unhelpful. I get the sense that they are short staffed but thats no excuse. I dread having to deal with the pharmacy. Its too bad, wish they could be nice.

I forgot how horrible this CVS is, growing up I knew it wasn’t good but didn’t have another option. Now that I’ve grown and flown and not dealt with them for 10 years... it was a real disappointment needing a prescription while visiting. They verbally assaulted me for asking them to use the CVS pharmacist tool that corporate guarantees they always use to find the best price for uninsured medications. Clearly if they feel doing their base job is “looking things up all night” then I can spend 5 minutes to get my prescription at a fair price (a 10th of the price) online without being insulted. Just go somewhere else with decent people who don’t rip you off because they are too lazy to do their jobs.

Not very welcoming employees........ lack of communication.... Was looking at an item and opened it to see the size (was buying it regardless) manager came up to me and said if i didnt buy it she was calling the police.... LMAO what a joke!!!

I like the Store of the Future concept unveiled a few years ago over the traditional CVS layout. Wide aisles and bright colors make for a pleasant shopping experience. Im rating it 4 stars instead of 5 as the customer service isnt as good as most other store Ive been to.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. Tried to update my insurance information by calling ahead and was told I had to do it in person but then discovered I could not get my prescription because it was filled for a 90 day supply rather than the 30 that my insurance allows so then I have to wait even longer in the store while they fix that. The woman ahead of me was having problems with them as well.

The employee went out of her way to look in the back to see if there was any more soda in the back that was on sale. I am new to this store and always approached with hi can I help you--staff I find is very outgoing and friendly and says a lot for a busy retail store.

Clean inside, definitely newer.

Worst place I have ever been . No one would help me find the over the counter cream I needed .Even the manager has no idea what is and isnt stocked .Called Walgreens across the street and the lady knew what I needed instantly and it was waiting for me when I got there !!!!
