Typical best buy. The only problem is the guy with the long hair that doesnt help you find anything but rather tell you if he has tried a product or not and then proceeds to tell you that if you want to know if something is in stock then check online and see if it says it is ready for pickup within an hour. He couldnt just look it up or direct me to the product. Everyone else was helpful.

Rep is trying to be helpful but Needing approval from store manager who know only NO For every request or question. Which of course makes it difficult for rep and customer. I always thought manager does managing, this one does the sitting and commanding NO other than that nothing else. See it for yourself store is almost empty, short in staff, short in knowledge. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else where your business matters to store manager.

This Best Buy is never staffed properly and I have NEVER gotten any associate to help me while in the computers section. The management does not seem to know how to properly staff a section nor how to train their staff to effectively handle customers. I have literally gone into this Best Buy multiple times this week looking for some assistance and have not found it. Would not recommend this store at all, even Walmart is more helpful with electronics than the staff at this store.

Bought an iphone on the website last week and made an appointment with their mobile department to help set it up. I went in 6 hours later for my appointment. I stopped at the desk to pick it up. The girl came out with it and it had my name on it. She scanned it and then called her manager over. He said sorry we cannot release this phone to you it is glitch in the system. He said to come back in 30 mins and it will be cleared up. I came back in an hour and it was not. He said he did not know when it would be. The 1600.00 charge was on my credit card so I had paid for it. I ended up cancelling the purchase because I needed to get back to work. Bad customer service.

We recently purchased a Ring alarm system for our new home. Jesse from the Geek Squad is the best ever. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He happily answered all of our annoying questions, which were numerous. We are not very tech savvy people but Jesse explained how to use the system and made it all very simple. What a guy!!

12:40. 1019/21 I was just in Best Buy Melbourne FL, and was unable to check out due to no one at the front registers. (Customer service was open, but a line for that service.) The front door person was making excuses of employees being busy helping other customers and I noticed 2 straightening products and walking around. I said then forget it then, and he said I will and sassed back. Poor customer service from him and should not be a greeter! There priorities are all mixed up. Since when does a store not have a cashier as priority??

After school started, printers were hard to find, what I had been looking for was gone from many places in town, but when I got to Best Buy, the sales guy Paul really was helpful and informed, I was very happy and impressed with him and the no bs. Was looking to buy a computer, employees standing around never asked if I needed help waited for almost 20 minutes and finally a guy came up started asking question and he had no clue about any of the computers then walked away. Sad day when I go from there to Walmart in Cocoa and was helped right away and left with a computer. Not rushing back to best buy any time soon.

Even though the staff was nice DO NOT GET A MACBOOK AIR FROM HERE if you need a new laptop get it somewhere else. I got a new laptop for school and after a few days it was having issues nobody knew what was wrong with it so I had to get it exchanged and pay extra money because they were out of the color I originally got. Now I have to take this one back to the store again after only two weeks because it’s having weird bugs too and now I’m locked out of the laptop so Im doing my schoolwork on my mom’s tablet now.

Helpful staff. Large selection. Made a large purchase so not sure if that’s why we were treated so well but we were. Great advice on customizing products for our living room. Gave us their phone numbers for future help. Customer service was really outstanding. Purchased two TVs and a surround system then went back to add more speakers to the system. They honored the fact that one tv went on sale and gave us the price difference.

I purchased a new stereo for my vehicle and went to schedule for installation. They were scheduling 6 weeks out at my local store so I looked into a another store the next county over. This Melbourne location had one for 3 weeks out so I scheduled it.. I even called in to make sure I did it correct and I could purchase the accessories they needed and bring them to the location. I got a call 3 days before to remind and confirm, but I missed it so.. I called back only to be told the store is not taking calls at that location and I would be sent to a call center. That was not a big deal spoke to a nice and he confirmed I asked if they needed anything else he told me about the appointment scheduled and looked to see if they needed anything and I was told everything was good. I drove 57 minutes only to be told They do not have time to do my car!!!! I was kinda in shock because I thought that was the whole point of scheduling is to assure that you have enough time. It’s just is aggravating and disappointing to waste time and gas to drive all the way there to be told they don’t want to do it. He offered to rescue me but they are booked out for 8 weeks. Definitely nothing BEST about my experience

I have a complex issue with a purchase I made. A manager named Mark became involved and took over the situation. Ive been to the store on a few occasions to ask for him. Hes either not there, there but not available, in a meeting, with another customer, at lunch, just left for the day or will be in later or something.I am disabled. I am on oxygen I am in a heavy round chair there are some days I simply cannot leave my home due to the weather. When I call the store this particular location has all their calls answered by a call centre. I leave a message he doesnt get back with me. I ask if theres any way to complain about that and theyve told me hes the store manager if he doesnt call back theres nothing they can do.I did not get the impression that this manager was hard to get along with. I felt as if he was going the extra mile to help me, But when I leave my name and number with either, one of his employees, or the call centre he never seems to get the message and if he does he does not call me back. I had a time sensitive issue why dont even know if it can still be addressed at this late day but I still want to continue and at least bring this to some sort of conclusion.

Wow I just love Best Buys staff . Eyvette greeted me at the door with a welcoming friendly smile and offered me assistance by directing me where I could find my item. I didnt have to search bcuz once in vicinity Nicholas was happy to bring me right to the Magic Mount Replacement Plates and expadiciously rang me out. He also inquired if I was a rewards customer (which I am) so updated some info and out the door. All of 5 min in n out.Love Best Buy team

I again left without purchasing anything like the last two or three trips there.I went for ring doorbells because they were listed as having ring doorbells and they carry very very few ring doorbell products and their knowledge is even much more limited than that. I was really shocked at how product ignorant BestBuy employees always are.They know nothing about the product line In fact they know nothing about the products they stock They just know nothing In fact they dont even know anything about what they do stock regularly. They dont know in general what types of technology exist from their competitors and certainly nothing about what exists in general. Theyre just really very very ill informed people. at least here in Florida Vanessas been consistent at the store for well over 10 years now.

Its nice to be able to shop somewhere that you can see and touch a electronic product. As a avid online shopper Im glad that Best Buy is around to do so. This store tries hard to earn your business and they are doing well as far as I can tell. The price matching is a plus and buying a floor model at a discount can be a real bargain. I always ask to see what they have in floor models. The store is big and well organized. You can find something for everyone. They carry high end and low end items to fit your budget. Well kept, clean and staff in every department. Sometimes you have to wait for help if you need it just because the place is at times busy but when you get help most of the time the staff is able to guide you in the right direction. Although I have had a staffer who I had to ditch and find someone else to help me because of the lack of helpful answers but overall Ive had good luck with this store and products.

I know that lots of places are short staffed right now but Best Buy seriously needs to do something.I came in today to buy a new phone. I started speaking with a salesman who was helping me at first but kept checking his watch as we were talking. I told him that I would look at the phones and get back with him in a few minutes. I was guessing that he wanted to get to a break. I went to look for him a little over 30 minutes later but he was no where to be found.I got in line to wait for one of the other two men working in the mobile phone area. I was #6 in line. It took about 30 minutes and I was the only one standing there. I waited for another 60 minutes still being the only person left standing there while other sales people walked around. What looked like a few managers walked around. Now, I know the workers were from other areas but the manager should have checked on the mobile department.The salesman eventually came back from whatever break he went on and finally about 20 minutes later I was called to the counter to buy the phone I needed. If I hadnt been in need of the phone I would have left and bought it elsewhere.Absolutely ridiculous!

Refused to help me in geek squad because I didnt (and medically cant) wear a mask, and didnt even offer to answer any questions I had from a distance with plexi glass between us. Never had this problem with any other business and youve lost my potentially 500.00 repair and future purchases. Ill take my business to a local shop who doesnt discriminate.

I have only been shopping at this location a few times, and on my usual visit to Best Buy, I enter knowing exactly what I want, so theres very little shopping going happening. That being said, every experience Ive had here has been pleasant. The associates are very willing to help, as well as very knowledgeable, so if you have any questions, you shouldnt hesitate to ask. One of my favorite traits of any given Best Buy is their delivery in clutch moments. On several occasions, I have gone shopping around for a specific (electronic) item, only to find that my usual places dont have any. So of course I go to BestBuy.com, and they have always come through for me. As I said, this particular location has always given me very pleasant experiences, with quick service and friendly staff. When I go in, Im usually able to get back out, with my purchases, in less than 10 minutes, even when its busy. If I shop online, I can usually cut that down to 5. I love it.

I have never ever seen customer service this poor!!I purchased an item from this Best Buy and the sales rep said “if you purchase the product within the next two hours it’ll be available for pickup tomorrow “ so that’s what I did. The next day arrives and instead of my product being at the store as promised, it’s being shipped to the address that’s on file, and I have to wait 15 days before it arrives! One I didn’t give an address and two I paid for the convenience! If I wanted to wait 15 days I would’ve just ordered online!I’m very upset and the customer service treated me as if I was being unreasonable. I put my work off for over 16 hours when I could’ve easily have gotten the product that day from another store! This Best Buy is “Traaaaassssshhhhh”

I went to Best-Buy on Evans Road today on my lunch break I was in that store for 55 minutes, asked for help 3x from 3 different people... I was just ready to leave that store with a new computer in my hands, but nobody, I mean literally Nobody bothered to assist me. When I walked in I told the associate at the door what I was there for, I was told he’d send someone over, 15 minutes later I went to Geek Squad, I was told they’d call someone over for me, & just to wait by the register in that area, 15 more min. asked the guy at the front door if there was a manager, but I was told he was busy, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and again waited until my time was up. I wasted my entire hour lunchbreak for absolutely nothing! What a mistake that was!! I have a very limited amount of time to shop, being that I work full time and then some, I’m a mom trying to shop for a birthday gift for my daughter who’s always with me, when I’m not at work. (That leaves me with only my lunch break to go shopping for her birthday.) I was so overwhelmed with excitement when I walked into that store today, I really was! I was just Ready to get that one special gift for her! I’ve been working so hard and saving up as much as I possibly could afford to, just to make this year special for her, after such a trying year.To be completely honest, it was really just super disappointing and super frustrating for me. I ended up leaving in tears. Once I got to my car the joy I had started this journey with had quickly turned into frustration, which in turn switched to pure disappointment. One would think that after an hour of waiting and pleading for help, it wouldn’t be hard to get someone to do their job, and offer just a little bit of guidance, input, or assistance in which computer or laptop I should purchase. I’ve been scraping together every penny I could, and saving as much as I could afford for as long as I possibly could. Today is 3 days before her birthday, and I Finally met my goal for the amount I’d need to get my little girl this one extra special gift that she totally deserves.I was in that store for 52 minutes, I asked for help 3x from 3 different people... I finally went back to the man at the door and pleaded to him to have someone help, and all he could say, in a very condescending manner was “Did you want me to try to motivate them more?”That was the icing on the cake for me. I left and called the numerous I could find online, spoke with “Darlene” in customer relations, she took my phone number, the phone then disconnected, and she never called me back. I then called again, and I somehow got the same “Darlene”, she could hear the disappointment in my voice but she had the same attitude as the door guy at the store, and just said what she could to shut me up, and then said someone from the store would contact me! The store?? The store that refused to help me???? I asked if they’d do anything about it and her immediate response was “We would only compensate you if you purchased something!” ! Did she mean the purchase that I had damn near begged to make for almost an entire hour, while in the store??? I can Not believe this was BestBuy’s ‘Customer Relations Department’!! How do you let your staff treat customers like that, and get away with it??? I’m not big on reviews but this needed to be shared!!!*** The worst part is I tried posting this to Best-Buys own website, in the reviews column, but it says it can’t post my review because “I used inappropriate language”... I had a washer delivered, first one leaked slightly. A replacement was sent out in the process the floor in my laundry room was cut and torn, I’ve been told by Best Buy’s insurance this is not on them, it’s the delivery driver, the delivery company emailed me privately saying this is water damage and they saw the damage under my washer as they delivered it.Fun fact: the damage is not under my washer, it’s in the walkway where they were angling the washer to get carrying straps under it.I know for a fact when I get water on my flooring it doesn’t tear it...

Curbside delivery is very convenient and fast. Ordered a soundbar this morning and had the email it was ready to pick up about 15 minutes later. Pulled up around 1:30 pm, clicked the link in my email to let them know I was there, provided my spot number and my item was out to my car within 5 minutes. Employee was masked and after verifying my order, placed it in the backseat and we were ready to go. Overall a great and quick experience.
