I have a very old porch slider that badly needed new rollers. It was difficult to remove the door and old wheels, and hard to find new ones that fit. It required two trips, I saw two installers and one supervisor. Everyone was great, when the door was done, he even cleaned the glass. Works great now.

I dont like doing reviews, but Josh and Patrick at Glass Doctor were phenomenal. They realize my glass wasnt broken, but the regulator was. Josh call ahead advance auto parts for the part. Glass Doctor has installed the wrong glass at our residence. We ordered smoked glass and they installed clear glass. The result looks rediculous. notified me by text message that they would not stand behind their product. I confirmed when ordering, when measuring and upon arrival of the installers that the smoked glass would be installed and would match.

I had a very awful experience with this company. I asked for an estimate for a window that had a bad balance so the window would not stay open on its own. The tech came out and rigged it so it would stay open. It made an awful noise when you opened it. Cost me $145. Two days later the window was broke again. Called the company again and they sent out a different tech who told me the balances are bad and needed to be replaced. Why didnt the tell me that the first time and take care of it. He said they had to order new balances and needed $75 down payment for them and it will be another $75 when they are installed. A week later another tech comes out installs the balances and the window is very difficult to open. Okay Im $220 dollars into this now. I ask the tech why is it so hard to open after Ive spent all this money to fix it. He said they had to order different balances that were stronger than what we have. I said I wasnt happy with the job. He said he had to call the office and see what to do. He went to his truck and drove off. I called the office and they said he never talked to anyone. They wanted to send out the first tech again. Not my idea of and answer. I will be putting this out on all social media I can find. Glass doctor not!! Its more like Glass Broken and given a bill as though I did go to see a doctor and they billed my the top rate to say go home and take two aspirins and call me in the morning.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Poor scheduling, poor estimating, unfair pricing, poor communication. (not my fault you all messed up the estimate and undercut yourselves) Pricing was never a problem, however I expect you all to keep to your word and estimate. I did not order a stock frame it was a custom project. Ill be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am not happy with the end results of the project since I have already expressed that its shorter then my last door. I have given you the opportunity to fix the problem but I will not pay you a dime more to fix it. this should be something on you not the customer. Why should I have to pay an additional 500.00 because you all messed up the quote?  That’s nonsense

They texted me that my appointment was at 8am. When I got there they said that it was a mistake, and that I had to wait an hour for the tech to come in. Why do you open at 8 if you can’t start work? Your appointment system is flawed. I even confirmed the date and time. Very unprofessional.

They were the only glass repair vendor that would come out and fix my window. I think I called every other one in Brevard.

Cracked a window over the front door. I called on the weekend and was called back Monday morning and scheduled an appointment. Two employees came out, measured and did a stencil to have the glass cut by Brevard glass. A few weeks later the glass was delivered and installed by another window tech who removed glass labels and cleaned the glass thoroughtly. Excellent and reliable employees from the office to the field. A plus.

The techs were 2 hours late.. Also they left some broken glass behind from the previous window that broke, and brushed it off onto the front patio area. And threw away the reuseable tint i had... Otherwise, the window was replaced and it looks good. But if im paying nearly $200 for 20 minutes of work, it should be expected to be more professional.

We were renovating our bathroom and needed a new shower door installed. After doing our research, we decided to go with The Glass Doctor based on their great reviews and fantastic community reputation.Within 24 hours of our call to The Glass Doctor of Brevard, our sales consultant Miguel set up an appointment to show us some options as we had no idea what we wanted.Miguel came to our house, took measurements and thoroughly went over all options, styles and designs with my wife and me. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of each design and eventually we settled on what we liked.We eventually chose a barn door style bathroom shower door replacement. We also picked a smaller door that allows us to turn on the water without getting inside (see pics). Anybody under 6 foot tall NEEDS this! Its amazing for my 52 wife and 8 yr old daughter! We had a shower door installed by Glass Doctors, they gave us an estimate within 24 hours and had the shower door installed in a couple of weeks. They did a terrific job.

Very progressional, great job and done the same day! I was very pleased with their service.

The magnet on our shower door rusted out. I checked around various local glass companies and was told every manufacturer is different and we may need to get a whole new shower enclosure because the parts arent standard. Using photos the Glass Doctor took the time to verify who manufactured our enclosure and then ordered the part (strike jam) from them. The part only costs $40 versus over $1000 if we had gotten a new enclosure based on the other companies advise. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to thank Jessica for getting me in for a repair so quickly and I especially want to thank Josh for the quality and speedy repair.I brought my window to the shop for repair as that was what worked best for me. I had no experience in window removal or replacement, with only a rough idea as to how to actually remove the window from the frame. I eventually figured out how to remove the window so that I could bring it in for repair. I explained to Josh the difficulty I had removing the window and he explained in detail with the aid of props how to reinstall the window. When I went to reinstall the window, everything Josh told me made perfect sense and everything went together flawlessly.

Our glass enclosure is absolutely beautiful. Great responsive communication from the admin staff in regards to scheduling and quotes. Jason made sure I thought everything was perfect before he completed the installation. We are very happy with this company.

Went there and got windshield replaced under insurance, everyone was super friendly and job was done surprisingly quick. Would rate 5 stars but there were a couple paint chips, with one to the bare metal. Luckily I found out thereafter leaving the shop and was able to touch-up before it began rusting.

I have wanted to repair/replace a badly scratched sliding patio door glass with a pane including a pet door installed right in the glass. I have been searching for quite a while and finally found the Glass Doctor. They responded very quickly for an evaluation/quote. Two weeks later the job is complete! No small feat over the Christmas season... my pets got their Christmas present the day after Christmas. I am very pleased with the service, quality of the pet door (much better than the panel we had installed that took up much of our door opening), and overall professionalism.
