Drew and Son came out to replace a windshield on our 2006 Jeep Commander. Fantastic workmanship and care with the installation of our windshield. Drew noticed a few areas around the seal that needed to be addressed and he took care of everything and explained why it was important. Not many people go that extra mile or step to help, but he is certainly one of the companies that does. Excellent value, excellent price and someone I would highly recommend. Steve & Cirila.
Great service.very professional and friendly.
Amazing work. Fast friendly service. Mobile is convenient. Thank you!
Don’t go anywhere else! Customer service is outstanding! Phillip took care of my rear window within 24 hours! He had my glass in stock (a rare window) showed up at my work when he said he would. Nobody calls you back anymore but Phillip does! He says what he means! I will keep his number and pass on to friends!! Don’t let these high priced, world wide glass companies rip you off! You want a hard working honest man? Call Pro Tech. You won’t be sorry!
On our honeymoon drive from North Carolina to the cruise ship at Port Canaveral, the Jeep Wrangler got hit with a sizable stone that cracked the windshield. The windshield needed to be replaced and we needed to board the Carnival Breeze for our cruise. Drew was fantastic! He got us a prompt estimate and arranged to put in a new windshield where the Jeep was parked in Port Canaveral. He actually sent us a text message with pictures of the Jeep when he was done while we were on the cruise. Upon our return the new windshield was in and the Jeep ready to go. Drew made a very stressful situation into something we didn’t need to worry about. His prices were very good, and his customer service is OUTSTANDING. Highly recommended!
Great service
Drew was awesome and so easy to work with! While driving down to florida from NC for our honeymoon cruise a stone hit the windshield and cracked it. The crack got worse as we drove. The jeep dealership recommended Drew and they were right!! He came out to the hotel and replaced the windshield. He was even able to replace the windshield with a MOPAR windshield which is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend him. He sent me pics when he was done to show us the completed work.
Highly recommend Pro-Tech Auto Glass for all your glass needs very professional.
Love how I did not even have to drive there, they came to me! For my broken car window, they beat the price of Safelight by $130. Thats huge. Thanks Drew! They did a great job and were very quick.
After doing my due diligence picking this guy was a no-brainer. He came in $100 under the next lowest competitor and $130 under Safelite. All these guys get their glass from the same place, so youre really only concerned about their craftsmanship and price. He came to my house the day after I called him and did a solid job with the install. Thank you Drew for being a genuine craftsman.
He was great! He was the best price and did a good job!Thank you pro-tec andGod Bless
Drew with Pro Tec was excellent. Our antique VW Beetle needed a windshield replacement. He came out to my house with the standard blue glass the insurance company had approved. When he saw that the vehicle was a collector car with the clear glass, he immediately put the glass back in his truck and insisted he that he fight the insurance company to get the better clear glass approved to be put in this vehicle. It took a little while with the insurance company to clear it and order the special glass, but as soon as they did he came back out and installed it above and beyond my expectations. Its the little things that often stand out and he stood out in a big way with his service. I am 100% satisfied with his work and will be using him again in the future and recommend him highly to everyone I know.
I made several calls and got 3 prices and his price was HALF of other technicians.Owner operated business, made an appt for first thing in the morning and he showed up promptly, fully prepared and was friendl and professional. He repaired a small bb like he in windshield using epoxy and vacuum sealing, pretty impressive. I highly reccomend him.
DO NOT CONTACT PRO TEC!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced and they never showed and then made excuses and then said they would be out first thing the next morning...NO SHOW AND NO CALL!!! When I called I got there voice mail and then when I call again I got their voice mail, finally they sent me a text telling me the phone was not working. REALLY, then how could you have sent me a text and why did they not respond to any of my texts? I have already sent in a complaint to the insurance company as they have Pro Tec as a preferred vendor...not anymore! I have also contacted my corporate office to make sure Pro Tec is out on our unapproved list of vendors.
Rude man, got sealer on my headliner and at first refused to fix the issue, attempted to run me over in his van while I recorded him yelling at me and threatening me. Called the police on him. Got the whole thing on home cameras and my cell phone. He signed a paper stating hed fix the issue and hasnt returned my calls since. Going to the BBB, be warned hes working without insurance!!
My back window was stuck and i thought it needed replaced...called Drew on a Monday morning through a referral from Bailes Glass and he met me immediately...turns out the molding was twisted and he worked on it for 15 mins...thankfully I didnt need replacement. He didnt charge me. Recmmended him to my friends!
Buyer beware,,, The owner Drew Wallace came to my job and replaced my windshield . He informed me it would have a lifetime warranty at the time. I asked him how long I would need to leave the tape on, and his response was This glue I use is dry in an hour, it doesnt need tape, and it is weather proof immediatelyHe installed the windshield around 3pm, and I worked until 7pm. I was startled on my way home on U.S. 1 when all of a sudden my windshield moulding came loose whipping glue all over my roof and new windshield. I immediately pulled over, found the glue was still very wet, re-installed the moulding and slowly made my way home. The next morning I ran out, and again lost the moulding, and immediately called Drew. I got his voicemail and waited for a response that never came . Almost a week later I called again and drew said I got your message, its no big deal it just needs to be glued back in. I got the impression he was telling me to do it, so I asked when will you be by to fix this, and he replied maybe today or tomorrow. This was last Thursday...I guess I need to break out the glue or call safelite........Bottom Line .... IT ISNT WORTH IT TO GO THROUGH THIS TO SAVE $25.00 . coleman and safelite quoted me $185 and $175... you get what you pay for, and if you dare call DREW WALLACE, Pray he gets it done right the first time. Once he is paid he is gone.....
