Top notch ice cream place! One of the best in Florida! So many choices! When I got a cone with birthday cake ice cream for my daughter she asked for sprinkles and the lady even put the overflow in a lil cup for her. New daddy daughter spot for us for sure 👍 😁

They sell the ice cream brand The Ice Cream Club, which is probably my favorite wholesale ice cream brand nationwide. They also sell hotdogs which is pretty cool for an ice cream company. Big servings! I ordered a single scoop waffle cone and it was melting long before I could finish it all! Staff was also pleasant.

Beware. This lady puts marshmallows in the bottom of your cone. I guess to save on ice cream, I dont know. This happened 3 years ago and I am just now posting it because I have been so angry about it. I live 2 blocks from her place, but I drive about 4 miles to go get my ice cream at least once a week. So how much business has she lost because she Wanted to cheat me and put marshmallows in my ice cream cone.

Food is great. Owner isnt very nice. I worked there for a while and always did my job and always did way more than was expected of me. I was always doing something to keep busy and not just standing around. If I wasnt busy Id help my coworkers so that things got done on time or early. I stayed late a number of times. I was an excellent employee. Then out of the blue I was fired with no explanation. She removed me from the schedule over night and left me jobless. She is a very petty and inconsiderate person. She treats staff horribly and runs them into the ground. She has done that to numerous previous employees and doesnt care that it affects peoples lives. Im sure she will read this but she is a rude person and cant take playful jokes. I have never met anyone like that who will toss you to the curb without an explanation or a chance to correct something that might be an issue. Overall the food is good but shes a fake and mean spirited.

Well definitely come back on another day, like a Saturday afternoon, to compare visits in terms of energy and vibe. Overall-The place is nice, has colorful seating for a few outside of the parlour.Indoor seating in colorful bistro style tables and seating for a couple of small groups as well. There is a good selection of icecream for scoops to choose from (approx 9 or so). Variety like strawberry cheesecake, coffee, and cookie dough to name a few. Was interested in trying their blast flavors that are mixed with soft serve, but it needed some time to not be as soft for a cone (no big deal). Next time.

Great location and the employee this evening was very sweet and pleasant. They have a wonderful selection of ice creams (soft serve and regular), cones and toppings, but I only go for the Dole Whip (with rainbow sprinkles). Price is okay, but Ill pay a little more to not drive out to the Island for Dole Whip. Make sure you have cash - there is a penalty for paying with a credit card (there is a sign saying it is 4%).

This is a small shop but she offers quite a selection of hand-dipped ice cream to soft serve. The prices are reasonable. They do accept credit cards but there is a small service fee that is added to the total when paying with credit. Cash is the preferred method of payment.

Hands down the best place Ive been for ice cream . Dells lost out to Ritas now Ritas has been dethroned by this new spot. We took the entire family and not a complaint one was heard . Very inexpensive, very friendly staff. This place is legit. Go check it out. I wish I wouldve taken pictures of the inside to post on here.

The owner is so nice and it is so clean and cute inside! This will be our new ice cream spot for sure. Lots of options to satisfy any sweet tooth not to mention she also offers hot dogs and nachos. We loved the birthday cake sundae and the hot fudge sundae. The kids thought the dirt cake sundaes were fun and yummy.

Hands down the best ice Ive ever had. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. Asked us if we had been before and when we said no they explained everything to us. The place was clean and neat. Had some seating outside as well. Lots of choices, such as Coconut or Pineapple soft serve! My favorite was the scooped mint chocolate chip with crushed kit kats on top. They are open super late too!! 10pm during the week and 11pm on Saturday!!

Prices and selection are excellent, and the ice cream is delicious. Of special interest is their version of the Dole Whip Float, which some dessert connoisseurs will recognize from Magic Kingdom. Ice cream is pretty good. Nachos are good too but a little skimpy on the cheese. Pineapple dole whip is good. The reason I take off stars is because I bought food and ice cream for a family of 5, and as soon as I sat down at the table, my ice cream fell right off the cone into floor. It was my fault because I was juggling kids and trying to get situated. But the lady working watched it happen and she didn’t offer to make another. I get it but it’s a $2 ice cream. I feel like most people would’ve offered. Also it’s cash only.

What a delightfully attractive place this is.The decor is as sweet as the treats they serve.Both soft serve and scooped ice cream are available with a great selection of toppings.All of this and gracious service to boot.

Service was excellent! Incredibly nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, the actual ice cream was barely average. The serving sizes for a cone and sundae are pitiful and equivalent to what I’d pay for at half their asking prices. Their sundaes are just ice cream with whatever flavor in a bowl. NO CHERRY, WHIP, NUTS, or anything of the sorts. It could have just been untrained staff not knowing what their menu items are, but either way this will not be a first choice for late night ice cream. Crispy Cone’s competition is too competent for unsatisfying experiences to be accepted. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Last but not least, its probably the cleanest ice cream shop Ive ever been in.Its a shame someone gave less than 5 stars because of security cameras, so ridiculous. To say that someone is going to watch hours of footage of people eating ice cream for entertainment is so stupid. Pretty much every serious business has security cameras these days, Im glad the owner takes safety and responsibility seriously. Hopefully more people that come here leave the 5 star review it deserves and the 2 star nonsense review gets averaged out.

I come by all the time and love the ice cream, so glad someone else besides twisty cone has the flavor burst soft serve! Not only is it great cheap ice cream but they have pretty good hot dogs, two kinds of chili to go with them if you like, and i love that i can come in for lunch with a 7 bucks and walk away satisfied. Love the owner shes great and i hope this place does well, it really is the best local ice cream place around, much better than ice cream depot and dels freeze.

The ice cream with infusion is great! We had this once before at Legoland, and it was great to be able to get it locally (the only limitation is that the infusion machine currently only works with Vanilla ice cream, which is not a problem if you get the mocha cappuccino infusion). The location is a little inconvenient (just because theres no left turn onto 192. The only negative is that they are CASH ONLY. I would have given them 5 stars if not for that. In this decade thats almost a deal breaker for most people

Im so happy to have discovered this jewel in West Melbourne! The ice cream is so rich and smooth, exceeding my expectations. And, a special non-dairy treat they offer is a Dole Whip made like pineapple sorbet. The owner says its whats served at the Dole plantation in Hawaii.

I have stopped going to Crispy Cone 😟A quaint ice cream parlor with relaxing atmosphere is ruined for me. Cameras are now recording your every move & maybe word. It isnt security. Its outright spying! I wont be entertainment for the owner with my every lick & bite! Remember the days you could go on a date to the ice cream parlor (w/o being spied on)? Gone! I was treated with disrespect and the lady embarrassed me. I walked in to order something to go and I have a medical condition so I need to have water with me all the time. I was carrying a water bottle in my hand with the top screwed on and I walked in and she said you cant carry that in here (she had a nasty attitude), she said it really loud and everybody turned around and looked at me. I said I just want to order something to go. She became louder and said she wasnt going to serve me with the water bottle in my hand and to go back to my car and leave it there and then come back and then shell serve me. We left and if anybody asks me I will tell them how I was treated in this ice cream shop. I would give the shop a -10 if I was able to
