HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- I brought my pressure washer to there shop for a tuneup and I was charge $120 dollars because I could get it to start. After the service was provided, I brought it home and I did not fire up until a little over 1 month and it would not start? After 1 hour of trying to get it started I decided to call them and they said bring it in. Once I arrived to the shop the tech said that it was beyond the 30 day warranty period and they will have to charge me another $50 to clean the carburetor? Let me remind you the service I received a little over 30 days ago was spark plug change and carburetor cleaned and the only time it was crank was at there shop? I did not attempt to start the pressure washer it up until today? It sat in my garage with no gas I the the tank and I purchase fresh gas today. What was so sad the technician would not even look at my pressure washer after spending $120 in his shop in January 2020? I am retired disabled veterans with 30 years service and this was worst I ever been treated by company! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO To this shop for repairs because they do not stand behind their service! I was so angry I just left the shop and took my loses! I thought I would share this with others who value the money and good customer service! Have a great!

Took 3months to service a chainsaw old owner was a lot better come back John. (response to your comment) I did on June 1 2020 @ 1227pm paid a $30 deposit according to receipt).brought the chain saw in because the motor kept dying after a few seconds of running You stated it wouldnt take more than 2 wks to have it ready for Hurricane season.Since you felt it was a carb issue. i then cked back on/about 2wks and you stated the saw still wasnt ready waited another 2wks give or take a day and checked in nothing new.... So i went and bought a new one. You then called 9/14/2020 to tell me the saw was ready for pick up and i didnt bother to call back. (which was rude i get that) Then 10/15/20202 you said that it was my last chance to pick up before you sell it.So i think june 1 to sept 14 is kinda a long. Im not worried about the loss of the saw. I know buisnessess have to recoupe the costs somehow for repaired items that arent picked up. Businessess have families to feed. So i hope you got what you deserved from the sale of the saw. So with that being said I wish you the best luck.

It was the worst experience everI have a mower dose not start, I called this shop and there is a man who answered ( I think his name is David) .I asked for help and Estimation .. he said I need to pay 30$ so he can look at it and give me an estimate .. then I told him wide and clear if I didn’t like ur price to fix, can I reject ur offer and all I will lose is that 30$ ? .. then he said yes .. I agreed on these terms .. he came to took the mower after 3 days then I waited almost a week and no call from him .. I called him back then he said he did not look at it yet .. he called after almost two weeks or less to tell me the problem is in the engine !!!Then I said I know the problem is in the engine but what is the problem and how much it will cost to fix it .. he said I don’t know and if u want me to check what is the problem u need to pay 250$ and then I will give an estimate about how much it cost to fix it !!!!!!!So what this 30$ u asked and took for !!!He said just to look at itR u serious !!!Then I said return my mower back then he said I need to pay 85$ for delivery!!!And he didn’t mention that before .. can u believe that !!!He said I will not return ur mower without this 85$So I have no choice except to agree on that and he returned it back after a weekSo this Experience cost me 115 $ and three weeks or more just for nothing, just to tell me the engine is bad which is an information I already knew beforeI had too much lies and disrespect from this shopThis is my first review ever in google becoz I don’t give bad or good reviews but what happened to me with this shop forced me to break my nature and give a review

These guys are fantastic! Great service, Dave the owner is the best in the business and knows his stuff! From the moment I called and spoke to the lovely lady on the phone to dropping off my generator and lawn mower to the time I picked it up everyone was very professional and nice. I highly recommend this shop!

Have been going there through last three owners. Always good work. You may wait a week or two for completion but thats likely only do to the popularity of the business. I found it acceptable a wait period.

I called them to get a part for my riding mower and after talking to them it wasnt really the part I needed and they add the part I actually needed in stock so went and picked it up they were very helpful and even said to call if I had any problems putting it on the tractor and they would walk me through it and help in any way they could they couldnt have been any nicer thank you David for all your help its very much appreciated the part that perfectly and its up and running the way it should thanks to you also the part was inexpensive so that was a big plus

I brought in a weed eater for repair and was told it would be more cost effective for me to buy a new one rather than repairing a 5 year old ryobi. He was right and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to turn down work even though he could have easily taken the item from me and repaired it. I will be a customer again if I ever need anything else repaired!
