Melbourne Mower Center excepted my Simpson power washer (Do not recommend Simpson) that was still under warranty (11 months 25 days) and submitted paperwork to receive a new pump. The pump was ordered and shipped within two weeks and installed shortly after. Melbourne mower didn’t require any money to inspect or hold my equipment. All work was done free of charge through warranty. Unlike another local repair shop who required $75 diagnostic fee nonrefundable. From now on all of my business is going to MMC.

A week and a half after dropping off my pressure washer for service as suggested by Ryobi for a warranty claim, I tried calling for an update on the parts that Melbourne Mower said they ordered to fix my problem. Busy tone. I tried calling every hour for two days straight and still got a busy tone. I went in today to get an update in person, and when I walked in the man behind the counter literally told me he was leaving the phone off the hook so he wasn’t bothered.I explained that me not being able to get in contact was my reason coming in for an update. I was then asked if I wanted to order the parts that were needed. (Ummm, duh?) I asked them a week and a half prior to order them for me.After hearing that he would get the parts on order and it would take an additional two weeks to receive, I asked to take my pressure washer home. I then had to pay a $32 “cash or check only” bench fee (for them to fix absolutely nothing) because they looked at my pressure washer and claimed it wasn’t under warranty.I do not recommend doing business with this company.

High volume service shop. Caters more to large mowers than typical push mowers. Large contracts with landscaping companies. Volume seems to affect customer service. Expect to have to follow up with them for status updates. Very friendly staff and generally pleased with my experience.

I was looking for a specific part for my lawn mower. My boyfriend and I had driven around to about 10 different stores looking for a part each store referring us to the next until we finally rolled up on this place! The lady at the front counter knew exactly what kind of mower I had and the exact spot the part was located just by looking at this tiny piece of rubber! The part was only $5.00 when Sears was going to charge me over $100. For if. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair price and great customer service!

Great service, good people. I called with a belt issue, they were currently 3 weeks behind on mowers. After explaining that we had company coming on the weekend, they were out to pick up the mower within a half an hour and the very next morning they called to drop it back off in tip top shape. I had to wait for my wife to cut the check and when I called to say we were ready for the delivery, they were here in less than 15 minutes. They were recommended to us from Atlantic Cycle Service which is a great company as well for motorcycles and ATVs. Id recommend Melbourne Mower to anyone.

I brought a chainsaw in for repair under warranty from Poulan. They had it fixed in a day! I have since had more work done and their prices are very fair and the people are honest and nice. I will definitely use them again.

My edelry grandfather who is 79 years old had dropped his mower off to be rapaired and fix. The only thing wrong was the belt underneath keeping the blade from spinning a simple fix. Up and behold this placed charged $900to fix 1 belt. They are a total scam and should be ashamed of their selves. He could have bought a new mower for that price.

Terrible customer service! Never fixed my unit after three weeks and given deadline. Did not call me back. Had to pick up without repair. Missed my job. They could not care a bit and offered nothing. Attitude and zero concern. I will never go there again.

Ive taken several things here over the years, including Ridgid power tools as they are an authorized repair center. Very satisfied with their work.

The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, they go out of there way to make sure that you understand what is wrong with your equipment and what it will take to fix the problem.

Hometown, great service, reasonable prices

Brought a 1 yr old pressure sprayer in to have the carburator cleaned because it was sitting a while. Was told by the owner that it needs a $400 water pump. There is nothing wrong with the water pump! Got home and poured a bottle of Techron in the tank and changed the gas and it runs like new. Lesson learned about this place!
