I rented in this Life Storage complex and needed the space the same day and they were able to accommodate me! It is very clean and always felt comfortable coming here anytime of day. Aleah was great and I would highly recommend this location.

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They held my unit and extended my reservation until the day I was ready, that was absolutely amazing. The free truck rental was an awesome bonus!!! Clean, new, climate control is awesome. They have roll carts seeing as how my unit is on the second floor made our lives awesome they showed us around made the rental and move in of our unit so simply and stress free. Thank you life storage absolutely recommend!!!!!

I had a temporary and last minute need for a unit and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and efficient. The space was clean and under air with carts available to get my items from the car to the unit. They were even running a special on the size I needed so the price was hard to beat.

Very clean facility. He called me as soon as they opened to confirm my reservation. I rented a van, it was brand new and fit everything I needed to put into my 10x5 unit. He also met me outside to make sure everything was going ok and to make returning the van so much easier! Very friendly staff, thank you for making a hectic move easier!

Great facility with friendly staff. We were clearing several storage units. After loading the trailer I noticed a flat tire and asked at the front office the location of the closest pay air pump. The gentleman at the desk had an air compressor and pumped the tire... saved wear on my tire! Definitely would use this facility again.

Nice, clean storage units, large lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Would give 5 stars but they needed a copy of my renters insurance before giving me access to unit. I had moving truck w/ me and since I had no way to print it on spot I had to sign up for their insurance. I even asked if I could email it to them right there and could show proof of it on my phone! They could have called to verify or been more flexible. Other than that I am happy with the storage.

Awesome Air Conditioned Facility! Me and my wife are between homes and the 10x10 fit a 3 bed 2 bath house. The Staff (Mike) was super helpful and even gave us advice on how to stack our stuff to make it all fit, (rather than try and up sell us on a larger unit.) We will use them as long as we need storage services in Melbourne.

I cannot say enough about the staff and the cleanliness of this facility. We had run into an issue in October where we needed a space to store a car and Life Storage was very accommodating. They made sure the car would fit into the unit before we started the rental process and we were able to purchase a lock on site so no extra stop was necessary. A special was running at the time so we received a free month. I called in late December and notified them that we would be removing the car in early January and inquired about prorating January. They were able to accommodate this request. If in the future I would need to utilize a storage facility I would certainly avail myself of Life Storage of Melbourne.

Christina who works in the office as very helpful and super friendly. I rented a unit and I was able to use the their moving truck for free. You have to pay gas and you can also get their insurance which was around $20.00. Or use your own insurance. Can’t say enough good things about this branch.

Matt and Christina are awesome. Christina is super helpful and took care of all my needs. We had some problems with the Driver of my household goods and she immediately stepped in and resolved the issue. Its a very clean, organized and Highly recommended place for all Your storage needs. I saw Boats, RVs Ect. Easy Access with 24 hour security and code entrance. Im so glad I choose this particular facility over any other. I feel my things are safe and out of arms way. Clean units in all sizes available. staff is friendly & helpful, suggesting the best size for what needs to be stored. construction is underway, but doesnt affect the flow to get to units in the back of the facility. location is great for residential area.

We needed to store a travel trailer and after checking online for options we stopped by Uncle Bobs to ask a few questions and view the storage area. Courtney loaded us into the golf cart for a tour and answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner. Were happy with our decision to leave our trailer in what appears to be a clean, safe, and secure location.

Its just as nice as any storage unit Ive seen. Its about the highest costing one in town though. Its nothing special to be able to substantiate 50 dollars more than most places.

I have been dealing with them for the since 2008 and I absolute LOVE them. I live out of state and I have never had anything go wrong with them. Everything I have asked them to do for me they have done without question and I can ask some strange things to be done.I will continue to use them and strongly recommend them.

I reserved a unit online and it was ready for move in just a few short hours later. The whole process was very quick and easy. The staff is just wonderful!

Under constuction and there is no parking. Even with that Christina was very polite and helpful. I would definitely go back when the constuction is done.
