Great. Nice people work there

They always only have one cashier who takes their fine time. I always find what I’m looking for though. Best holiday decor that’s super cheap and I don’t feel bad spending on it.

Went to this store today I have a coupon for 5 off of 25 which expires on the 21st he saw me take out the cash and processed it without me even handing it to him I let him know I had a coupon he said it was too late that he already rang it up. I asked him if he can refund it and ring me up using the coupon he stated he cannot it’s too late his attitude was real rude moping around as if he didn’t want to be there. Receipt doesn’t have his name but he is short, braids and glasses.

Great service will be back at this store

Wonderful friendly employees, it was a good experience.

I dont even know where to start. Negative 5 Stars. Went in to get a few Christmas decorations for work. The store is a mess, the employees are very disrespectful to each other in front of the customers. I will definitely never ever go back to this Family Dollar again. Worst dollar store experience ever!

Please know this place is a mess, there is stock on the floor every day. The associates are too busy to help you at least thats how they make you feel. I asked for something behind the counter, I actually had the nerve to bother a worker. And than of course I wanted to review it and she started to huff and puff. One Sunday I spent $140.00, I asked for some pricing and stock questions and the Associate stayed on a personal call the entire time. Its convenient because its in the neighborhood but I refuse to shop there any longer. Shame on you Family Dollar!

Very unprofessional staff, rolling eyes and straight up got mad at me for wanting the right price as advertised. Employee was rude with doing a refund then got a attitude when I said that I wanted item. WOW will not return to this store!! I recommend not going either!!!!!

I needed something off a top shelf & it was only the 2 associates working the register. I asked for help but with the lines long they were unable, I found a step stool & got it myself but the glass set should have been a little more accessible. Staff very friendly

They almost always have what Im looking for. And sometimes great ideas for things Im not looking for. This is one of my favorite go-to stores.

Few blocks from my house fast convenience gray prices the only downfall I would have to say is the stores are not so clean and sometimes customer service isnt great but otherwise than that I love Family

I walked I with my babies diaper bag almost at the back of the store this lady screams at me saying I have to bring my diaper bag to the front because I could steal something. She was really rude and I gave her my diaper bag which she threw to the floor with out even knowing what my diaper bag had. Which ended breaking my iPad screen. And besides that she is taking her shoes off in front of the customers like really. She Needs to stay home . Ever lazy self
