The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have all the shoes you want, and very knowledgeable staff to help you find them.

Went to get summer shoes for the kids! Prices a bit high but the quality is worth it and the sales team is honest about everything. They even encourage the kids to take care of their shoes and show them how.

Nothing like new shoes to boost our confidence and put some pep in our step for school with new shoes.

Called to see if they had in stock “Nike Air Force 1 Low” They answered the phone No one said anything so I Let them know what I was calling for and a lady said “can you hold” and put me on hold right away. Left Me On Hold For 15 Minutes, until i clicked and called again a couple times the phone line now was “busy”. They answered after various attempts and helped me out but I should have not waited 15 minutes to be helped if they could have looked up in the system in less than 2 Minutes and let me known in the 2 min as-well.

As soon as I walked into the store I felt unwelcome. The employees were just talking amongst themselves and didn’t greet me as I came in. They didn’t ask if I need help and they were very rude. I was the only person in the store so it wasn’t as if they were busy, which I would have understood. I had to go get an employee myself for the help I needed. Not a place I would want to return to again.

Very bad customer serviceMy bf was going to buy a baseball cap he had it with him and it was the last one. One of the associates told him he could carry its around the store that she would up it behind the counter until we was ready to pay.. so we get in line ready to pay and for our surprise the baseball cap was no there. Well we see a guy in line with the cap in his hand ready to pay. When Stephanie was the associate that told my bf she would put it behind the counter.. and they didnt do nothing they said he had it on his hands so it was his now that he was going to purchase it. Yeah we was too.. very bad customer service.. I wish they had no starts they dont deserve no stars..👎🏼

Horrible service. Manager seems drunk, no professionalism. For a store so slow one would expect better service. I wouldnt give them any stars if I could.

Walked in today and not one person said a word to me, all ignored me but said hello and helped everyone else. Went somewhere else instead.
