I am an architect who appreciates excellent work for my clients. I have used Glass Dimensions exclusively for about 10 years because the work is totally professional, on time, and pleasantly delivered and installed. I have compared prices, and they are always the best value.

Unreliable...bad service! Joe at Glass Dimensions provided a quote on 8/23 and and I sent back the signed document. He then didnt follow-up and led me to believe the order was placed. I emailed a couple of times with ZERO repsponse so a few weeks later I called and finally got him on the phone. He made some excuses and said everything would be ready to go by 10/9....6 weeks after signing quote. I never heard anything and then I called on 10/10 and he made more excuses. Time was critical as I needed a door installed on my business storefront in an effort to obtain my Certificate of Occupancy. More emails sent to him and more calls and still no response. This guy wasted nearly 2 months of my time and set me back weeks. I contacted another company and they beat his price and had my door installed in less than 2 weeks. This guy Joe and Glass Dimensions lack the desire to earn your business and are incredible failures at communication. I would highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere.

Glass Dimensions competently handled two emergency problems: a large glass table that had become unstable and a leaky glass shower. I highly recommend Glass Dimensions without reservations.
