Purchased complete upper from Upper Up Ind. in late 2019, finally assembled pistol in 2020. Went to the range, would fire the first round, eject the spent cartridge, push a new round in, but would not lock into battery. Changed springs, buffers, lowers, mags, and bcg’s. Discovered the barrel was bad from the factory. Contacted Tony and asked where he gets his barrels from, so I could send it back. Tony was immediately concerned about helping the situation. He took the upper back and replaced the barrel at no charge (he could’ve told me that it was my problem). I will certainly purchase from him again, and I will tell everyone how great he was to work with. Thank you so much Tony, you absolutely get five stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Other companies pay attention here: if you want a lesson in how to provide great customer service, give these guys at Upper Up a call. From a customer standpoint, I dont think I have ever had a more professional interaction with a company representative! I ordered several items, some of which they were unable to send due to a state restriction. Said state restriction does not apply to the state I live in however, while discussing this with the man who had called me, he was incredibly patient, and allowed me to speak my mind, and we came to an amicable agreement. Never once did I feel as if I was not being listened to, or that they would be unwilling to have a professional discussion until we could come to an agreement. The end result was a partial refund, and I got to keep my free shipping that the additional items had qualified me for. Overall a STELLAR interaction, and I will be ordering from them again.
