I’m impressed by their customer service. I had broken glass on two basement windows fixed there. Jack was patient explaining to me what needs to be done and had them fixed for me in one day. Their shop is clean and well organized, which shows professionalism. I would highly recommend Melrose Glass.

We have been drilled by our parents to do business locally within our community and this has served us well. We needed new glass for our patio door and called Melrose Glass. They quickly quoted a price and sent a fellow over to measure. We got the call “the glass was in”. Yippee! Matthew and Anthony came out immediately. They were polite, friendly, and professional. I needed my windshield replaced thanks to a rock getting kicked up on 93. I live close to their shop so I asked around and heard good things about them, so I called to make an appointment. Diana was very helpful and gave me the contact information for my insurance company’s dedicated glass line, and scheduled the appointment when my windshield came in. They did a great job! They also stand by their work, as I needed a minor adjustment to the rain sensors following the replacement because technology is finicky. Diana scheduled another appointment for me quickly and they made the adjustments to fix the issue. Hopefully I don’t encounter any more rocks on 93, but if I do, I’ll have no problems calling Melrose glass again.

My only stop for all my glass needs. Great place, with a great team. Always a pleasure to work with.

Great job! Great response time, efficiency, professionalism and good value for money. I broke one glass of my paned window. I was able to get it replaced on the same day in 25 min for $100 (all included). I definitely recommend The Melrose Glass Co Man services!

I went to another glass company in Medfrod to fix my broken bathroom mirror. I was told that they would call me with a quote that same afternoon. It took two days and several phone calls to get a quote and I want happy with the cost. I was also told that I would not be able to get it until after July 4th. Someone referred me to Melrose Glass Company, so I called. The woman was very nice and answered all my questions. She assured me that if the mirror was in stock I could have it done today. I brought the mirror to Melrose Glass Company and 4 hours later I picked it up to bring home. It was ready in 2, but I had other obligations. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY. I am hosting a 4th of July cookout in honor of my sons 1st birthday. I didnt want for guests and family to see an empty wall above the sink.
