This is our go to Starbucks and they’re awesome. The staff is always friendly and kind. The drinks are made as they should be (equivalent to other Starbucks restaurants.) I like going here because I know what I order will taste like what I expect it to.

Everyone was very friendly and service was quick. Not crowded at all. No indoor seating currently (5/24) but a few outdoor cafe tables with chairs. Bring some damp napkins to wipe down your table

The entire staff gave us nothing but love when we walked in and showed them our marriage license back on 7-17-2021! They were incredibly patient and I cannot wait to get back there!

Worse service and coffee ever received by me in a Starbucks store. The cashiers was extremely rude and unprofessional. So rude that I even forgot that I was craving for a latte.I do not know why teenagers act so stupidly. After this expletive pandemic service at restaurant has declined dramatically.

Absolutely disgust by the behaviour of the employees today. Came here at 9pm for uber eats pick up . The door was closed we tried calling them by knocking the door they saw us but ignored us as it was their closing timing. The employee should learn some basic etiquettes. Really disappointed, the order was ready still i have to cancel it bcz of their ignorance.

Spacious Starbucks with friendly staff. Unlimited, free on-street parking sets this one apart.

Great staff, with Nick, Will, Kevin, Michelle, Nate, Maggie and Ellie. And yes Liam the manager. All really good people who make good coffee and are very charming. My order is always made perfectly.I have travelled all over the world and this is one of my fave Starbucks. Highly recommend.

Starbucks closes at 9 p.m. and the staff start flipping chairs on tables at 8:50 p.m. and push you out the door by 8:58 p.m. restaurants used to have a grace period of 30 minutes after they closed to let you sit and enjoy...

Update: Raising my review from 4 to 5 stars. The past few months not only have the drinks been done in the time frame it said on the app but the staff have been helpful and they appear adequately staffed. Great work team and management!Great location Starbucks with incredibly friendly staff that despite crazy volumes have always got our sometimes very complicated drinks right. I always feel for the staff as the frequently just have too many orders to process so wait times can be 20mins plus for a drink. As a frequent visitor I want to say thank you to the staff and to the managers if you can find a way to better manage peak times I would visit more.

Pretty standard and predictable Starbucks. Very friendly staff. Orders come out quick. Newer renovation is a bit less warm, but that’s a company wide thing. Ample seating. Parking on Main St. is a a bit hit and miss.

Awesome staff awesome coffee!

This location is the worst, place is total chaos and disorganization. I waited 25 minutes only to find out my order was missing an item. Barista grunted and gave me no indication of when it would be ready. I walked out, never going back. Disgusted......Zero Stars. Support your mom and pop coffee shops.

Starbucks is always good for coffee, but with the social distancing rules in effect, theres basically nowhere to sit, even though I can go across the street to Turners or Giacomos and you can sit anywhere. So its aggravating if you want to sit and talk or try to get work done because you cant.

Newer staff member at ordering counter was extremely helpful on two consecutive visit.

This is one of the best starbucks Ive been to! Its not that busy and the staff are both friendly and funny, they dont mind if you stay there for a little bit with friends.

Friendly, fast, helpful staff. They have even stopped by my table to ask if I need anything! Super impressed. Manny and Hillary are awesome, as are many other members of the staff.They do need to fix that one table that rocks uncontrollably. Otherwise, this place is great!

Big room inside store, enough seats, besides street parking spots with meters, you can also find more free 3 hr parking lot behind the building. Closest starbucks near Malden I would say so. Great choice for me to study at weekends.

The store was very clean, spacious and comfortable. In addition to enjoying some delicious holiday drinks (peppermint mocha and salted caramel), their comfortable couches and great window view added to our experience.

Nice. Baristas or whatever you call them are very friendly & helpful. Very low key atmosphere, a good place to unplug. The frappachinos are awesome & this the place to get your coffee if you like yours strong. I should also mention that the restrooms are immaculate & they say you can always tell the quality of a restaurant by the condition of their restrooms.

Don’t get me wrong- I love Starbucks. But, a few employees have given me the wrong drink before. Other that that, perfect!

Staff is friendly enough, but the place is filthy. Trash on every surface. Wrappers, napkins, lids, spilt sugar. If indeed they do own a broom, either they have no idea what to do with it or the company policy is to refrain from any sweeping activity during business ours. Each time I go in there, Im reminded why I usually get my coffee elsewhere. Shameful. Premium prices for a second rate experience. In short, its a sty. And this visit is par.

Coffee is good as in every Starbucks, but this place is always dirty I never find a table to sit.

Staff was kind, tried a carmel ribbon crunch and it was delicious. Quite atmosphere great relief on a hot day.

This is generally a great Starbucks and I come here frequently. I recently had a barista tell me that a caramel frapucino does not normally come with caramel drizzle (which is completely wrong) so it seems that some of the staff here could use more training. Otherwise is a pretty good Starbucks.

Friendly staff and good location with parking in the rear of the building. I always order ahead with my app because sometimes the baristas get overloaded.

Very busy Starbucks. Staff very friendly, albeit very few consistent staff members there anymore. A lot of turnover, it seems. Sometimes gets so busy that the environment gets just a little messy, but they try hard to maintain the cleanlinness overall.

There is only so much you can write about a chain. Staff are very polite and efficient . Always busy. Plenty of parking lot. And the Coffe is really good!

Never disappointed with the Staff and the coffee is the best. Nothing better than a granda dark and an everything bagel in the am. Can get busy during the rush.

I went today for the first time since it was renovated. It no longer a cosy place. Instead it felt cold and the entire place was dirty with coffee spills and the restroom waa gross. I wont hurry back. I miss the old Starbucks.Make Starbucks Great Again.😣

What was once a comfortable and inviting coffee shop has been remodeled into a grim and cheerless space with the radiant charm of a bus depot.The decor color pallet ranges from gray to drab gray, accented by non-descript artwork. Haven’t figured out if I’m sitting on a small stool or a chair with the back sawed off. Were the furnishings from a Homegoods or IKEA clearance sale? You decide.Melrose is a vibrant and colorful community. Sadly the Starbucks design team forgot to reflect that in their redesign.We deserve better!!!
