They have pretty disrespectful staffs. First! They should learn how to treat the customers !

A happy scoop of suburban paradise - when my wife and I moved to Melrose we were so happy to be within walking distance to an ice cream shop and Cloud 9 does not disappoint. Always super friendly service and great selection of ice cream. Even gave our puppy a cup of whip cream.

Rating one star due to uncertainty of actual store hours. Their hours listed on their website, on google, and on their entrance are all different. I hope to try ice cream here soon, but from this inconvenience it looks like Socs is still the best ice cream shop around.

Strawberry cheesecake ice cream is yummy. Lemonade refreshing on a hot day. Ate it all before I could take a picture.

Wonderful coffee & ice cream shop right by the Wyoming commuter rail stop. Not only did it have hot and cold treats keeping it relevant all year-round, but even a candy wall with many delicious candies! There are even some nut-free goodies for those with an allergy. Ill definitely be coming back here every so often.

Tasty ice cream. I ordered a turtle flavored sundae. It was delicious but way overpriced. Two sundaes cost 15.00. Im on a budget-thank God my friend paid. (If I had gone alone I would have left). One person serving and even though it was a rainy day eventually there was a line of over 10 people so the only staff had to hustle. Cute little shop.

Excellent espresso and ice creams. Its hard to find great tasting espresso around in this area. Starbucks is terrible, Dunkin only slightly better. Glad to have a coffee shop in the neighborhood that doesnt make burnt tasting espresso. And it is served in a real espresso cup.The ice cream was good too. Dont remember what brand but will go back to try more flavors

Love it !! Nice selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt and they carry our local Richies!!! Specialty coffee drinks! And a selection of assorted candy and coffee for purchase that includes a nice selection of local brands ! Just a few steps off of the Wyoming Hill T stop in Melrose.

So me and my friend going to this place and get a few ice cream‘s and we come up short of money and the guy says rudely your four dollar short so we’re gonna have to take an ice cream and without even asking us which ice cream we wanted him to take he just grabbed my friends one and just told her to get lost And then me and my friends went to the train station right next to cloud nine to eat our ice cream and my friend got very upset because her ice cream was taken and she really likes ice cream because she didn’t want it with sprinkles like the one I had and so we just called cloud nine and they twisted our words And would say that they did not just take an ice cream and then we agreed on then taking my friends ice cream when we didn’t so if you’re thinking about going to this place don’t because the workers are very rude there and thank you PS this is an opinion of a 12-year-old

July 14, walk inand ask for 2 scoop Sunday. Strawberry and chocolate. 7.80 walnuts a d whip cream. Go there 2x a week same item always less than 5.80. her answer other guy must like you. So horrible, will never be back.

I asked what an Aztec hot chocolate was. I was told it was a hot chocolate, but Aztec (this was the entire answer - evidently it has cinnamon). Cashier came in with a Dunkin Donuts coffee so take that as you will.

This place absolutely rocks! Not only does it have the most amazing sweets to choose from, its ice cream is DEE LISH USS(spelt for affect). Milkshakes are terrific and the seasonal flavors are to pass out for. The people who work there, usually students, are very polite and friendly. Let me mention the variety of candy again, things I havent seen since I was a child(my age not that important) as well as the most up to the times kids favorites. All at a very fair price in a very quaint section of melrose that is just steps away from the commuter rail and usually has street parking very close.

Icecream was good but the tables outside needed a good cleaning

When I ordered that is ice cream some topping were well not as good as original ones, take for example, a Swedish Fish, they were hard and taste weird
