So many choices! My favorite is vanilla soft serve blended with blue raspberry slush.

I have been here more than once. There was one time when there was only one person working and the line was out the door. I felt horrible for her working by herself. But she handled it with Grace and this review is not a reflection of that time. Went back another time to pick up an Uber eats order which said it was ready on my phone. I was greeted by a different woman working this time who had employees working with her. She yelled at me and gave me attitude. I was just asking her about what line to stand in for my Uber eats order, I was very respectful. My order is still not ready and it we are very past the time of it saying it has been according to Uber eats app. I understand things happen, but that’s never an excuse to be rude and yell. Horrible customer service. You need to hire more/new staff. This woman who talked me like this should not be working with people clearly can’t handle the pressure.

Just stopped by with my boyfriend not too long ago today (:It was our first time at Kennedys and we were both pleasantly surprised at how yummy and rich the ice cream tastes!We can definitely see why this place is always jam packed on a weekend night.Definitely will be a monthly (maybe even weekly) spot for us

I love it here. I have ro confess u werent there so I used ro for to dairy delight before u opened and I tried it the first time I saw ur place I may have given them an idea by accident I actually sent a pretty bad complaint but u may be able to prosper call it the volcano. The original owners were a dad and son operation I dont believe the son had the compassion the dad did because when he told me he was retiring that year and his son would take over the next year it was but they used ro make this was my idea he would make me a soft serve vanilla increase sundae he would swirl the ice cream leam leaving the center hollow like a hole then he would fill that with my favorite CARAMEL AND LOADS OF JAMES AND THEN WIPtry it your soft serve and all ur ice cream is incredible but in my complaint i told them about it.. get on it before they do. There soft serve unless it has changed is like synthetic ice cream gross i knew when j ordered a small and it was huge I tried ro explain what I wanted and just told u but they couldnt figure it out. Bannan Boat in revere,ma same soft serve as far as I know I took two bites actually like 4 and threw it away so did my girlfriend at both spots horrible.. keep doing what your doing if u add it to ur menu i live on 109 street? Stopped by Kennedy’s Ice Cream Bar after finishing lunch at Liberty Bell. The gentleman I spoke with, John, I assume is the owner. I ordered a coffee and chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Their selection of ice cream is plentiful. I highly recommend stopping by if you like to support small businesses. We will be back to try the ice cream and upload pictures of what we order.

Friendly Service with smiles warm enough to melt your ice cream...but in such a chill laid-back atmosphere to keep it cold! Lol Sooo many flavors & combinations to choose from, it may take you a while to decide. Great place...will be coming back to try all combinations! Lol

Nice and family owned... friendly staff and casual atmosphere. The walls are beautifully hand painted by the owner. Easy parking, too. Tons of different ice creams to choose from. As someone who is always eating ice cream, i was excited about an ice cream shop opening that was selling a different brand of ice cream. But I personally find the menu at this shop to be a little confusing to understand. i dont understand the price break down and why it is written the way it is on the menu. I frequent many ice cream places and have never seen a menu written like it is here. it is also very hard to see because it is high up and written in weird chalk colors. they did have paper menus that you could grab and look at. I also find the pricing to be on the expensive side compared to other places i frequent. The small hard serve was over 5$ with no toppings or dips. Not sure if this is because of the location, or if the ice cream brand they sell is expensive, or just based on the amounts in each size. the small was a lot of ice cream that i couldnt finish (realistically it should probably be considered a medium). I cant imagine what the kiddie size looked like or if a child would even be able to finish it either, which i personally think defeats the purpose of a kiddie size ice cream. I feel as though they could have had the amounts and sizing portioned differently. The staff here is good. The ice cream flavor i chose, the pink unicorn, was good and they did have interesting flavors on the menu. But based on reasons stated above, i personally do not find this place to be worth frequenting over other shops in the area (that sell homemade ice cream or richardsons) with better pricing and ice cream that is just as good.

Friendly staff, delicious ice cream (and a HUGE variety of flavors) and I love their Belgian dips. They have a lot of uncommon flavors too, like grape-nut or pumpkin pecan praline, and theyre always getting new flavors in seasonally. Highly recommend!

Absolutely nasty ice cream. Went when it first opened and the sprinkles tasted old and the colors were dull. How old and gross does pure sugar have to be to taste gross? Whole family threw iour ice cream away

Like a Putnam Pantry lite! About 2 dozen toppings and a dozen sauces, plenty of ice cream flavors, the cinnamon bun was amazing, as was the coffee Oreo ( called Dirty Water). They serve Blakes ice cream, which I havent had before but definitely beats Richardsons. Prices seem a little high on toppings, but not too bad.

Good flavor selection, easy outside counter service. Pro tip: bring your pup & get a doggy ice cream cup too!

The best ice cream EVER! Nice, clean and great staff!

Ice cream was great and most of the staff was very attentive and professional. However someone behind the counter (who I think was the manager) was very unorganized and visibly nervous or mad that the place was busy. She kept asking customers to engage and smile and ranting that kids are on too much social media. She was being outwardly disrespectful to the staff working with her as well. Despite this, I would go back.

Excellent selection of ice cream - though I don’t think it’s the same quality as last year. A little pricey but its next to a whole foods so what do you expect ! A ton of helpful staff there so we got our ice cream very quick!The menu is overwhelming- with way too much to choose from. Flavors listed in 3-4 different places, lots of different kinds of ice cream concoctions, dips, toppings, sundaes, cones, slushees, frappes, açaí bowls, friend dough, - I find it confusing.

Went in to order an icecream and the staff was not consistent with the flow of the customers. They were all un organized. When i ordered my icecream there was hair on the waffle cone and the manager apologized. He never even offered me a free icecream. The waffle cone i got had a gummy taste and the icecream left a funny aftet taste as well as the waffle cone.

I recommend the peanut butter 180. Also- dog friendly!

Any ice cream shop that doesnt sell Richardsons ice cream gets bonus points from me. We walked in a few minutes before closing one night got a frappe and a small ice cream with a chocolate dip, total was $17. Walked home with our ice cream thinking that cant be right but it was so late we didnt go back to question it. Im not sure if its super pricey or the staff was still getting used to the register and we got overcharged.
