We had been to 3 other AT&T stores with a flip phone Dilemma and were shut down at “flip phone”... It’s not the equipment though, it’s the service! Nico Guzman didn’t hesitate and gave us 110% of his best effort and attention. So refreshing not to be in yet another “land of no.” This store bucks the norm with employees who ask what can they do to help and then actually help!! We are so grateful!

Easy to see right off of Walt Whitman Road servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. Give it a try and you decide.

They helped me out of a jam after SEVEN weeks of waiting for a promised credit from online & phone support. Another corporate location told me no store was capable of assisting me, but these guys made it happen. Very much appreciate their assistance and patience. Thanks again!

This is one of the corporate centers. I was assisted almost immediately upon walking in. The saleswoman was very helpful, never made me feel rushed. I purchased the a new phone and she transferred everything over from old to new phone. She explained the features while showing me how to do it myself. After my phone was set up, she even put in her phone # to call her should I have any questions.

Love this place! People are so friendly and personable. After being there for 2 hours I feel like I have known these people forever! AT&T is the best!

Very helpful staff most of the time and theyre usually knowledgeable. Cant say the same for the AT&T located at the motor vehicles plaza in Bethpage

Got me in and out in 10 minutes with 2 new work phones we needed in an emergency. Massapequa store sold out of phones. They called ahead for us. Mellville location had the phones un stock. Got there 20 minutes to close didnt make us feel bad for coming late and got us out in 10 minutes. Great service from both stores.

Mehrooz is absolutely AMAZING.He was the only attendant on Wednesday night and he multitasked like a true champ!While activating the phones of the customers ahead of me, he was able to pinpoint the problem with my new Applewatch not receiving any celluar data.Remarkable and a true asset to the store.If only the Apple folks were as helpful 😊

Horrible customer service. Employees act like they cannot be bothered, even if they have no other customers in store. The manger is also rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back to this store ever. I would suggest another location unless you like being ignored.

We had called to ask the store if we should make an appointment in order to switch to a new phone and the man told us we didn’t need an appointment he would take us when we got in. When we got to the store, he told us he isn’t with someone who can take about an hour and he has other people coming in so he doesn’t know if he can help us any time soon. He was very rude about it. There’s a lot of other at&t not too far. choose another store.

Worst service ever been to. I left and drove to the Farmingdale location. All I wanted was a mophie. Store was and was like being in twilight zone.

Very convenient location on Rte.110 (& almost next door to me makes it xtra easy!); usually good CS. Most recent visit on May 5th, 2017 was 5 Star, with great CS rep Kierra & Mgr. Kevin.
