I purchased a phone from these guys and had to return it via mail because the phone is not compatible with the carrier. These guys said they received an empty box and refuse refunding even though I sent everything I received back with very careful packaging. I got the matter resolved because I purchased it through a reputable platform. Will never do business with these guys !

Buyer beware!!I purchased a phone from this seller and received a shock when UPS charged me more than 30% and clearing fees. The seller should have been more transparent about this charge. When I asked the seller for help, he flatly refused. All the talk of good customer service is just nonsense.

There refund process is very bad it took 3 weeks to get my money!! If you buy from them do it through a third party like eBay or Amazon. So you can get your money back without the headache.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A70 (New, International Version) in January, and started experiencing issues with the speaker a month into use. Contacted the company and was told that they would only be able to send it out for repair, because it was past the returns period. Didnt want to send my device to an unknown repair shop for who knows how long, as I would have been without a device for that period, so kept using it with the defect. A month after that the device stopped working entirely, and when I took it into a repair shop they said it was a manufacturer issue with the motherboard. Contacted the company again, as the issue was then on their end, and was told the same thing as before. Dont buy from this company. Dont buy this product. I was sold a faulty product at full price (350+ USD). Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a lie. I only hope other people dont have the same experience I did.Sent a complaint to the BBB and the company never responded, either. Poor service all around.

I suggest that shoppers look for international unlocked models. The first phone was Verizon unlocked and I had to do some workarounds to get it working well on At&t. Wireless Place was the right place for my purchase, my order took a little longer ger than two days to get here but that was because of USPS and NOT Wireless Place. Once I had received my phone I was only disappointed with they fact that they had given me one with a EU charger and not a US one. Which was not a huge problem since I bought one right after. And the charger Wireless Place had sent was a offical Samsung one just the EU version and not the US. Overall for the price discount and the shipping it was well worth it in the end.

I paid for 1-day shipping at a cost of $ 60, to arrive on July 3 at the latest because the 4th was a holiday. But my cell phone arrived on July 5 at 5:30 p.m. from Miami.
