They had what I needed on the shelf when the industrial suppliers around town had to order them in, at a great price. Friendly folks, hope I dont need to replace bearings in any more tools but if I do, I know who to call, thanks Memphis Bearing and Supply Co.!

Went in with only the inner & outer race. The ball bearings were ground to dust. These folks did measurements of the races & come up with the correct bearing in stock.

My 1998 New Holland tractors joystick control for the bucket exploded due to a loose bolt and all the springs and washers and ball bearings flew out and onto the ground. I spent hours searching for it all (14 parts total) and found everything except a tiny bearing. I went to the dealership and they said they didnt have it. I drove to another New Holland dealership and they said they didnt have it, but told me I could get it at Memphis Bearing and Supply. I had about 7 hours invested in getting this bearing, counting the 2 hours of looking on the ground, the hours on the internet trying to find it on-line, the drive to the dealerships. I walked into the store and handed the counter guy the twin of the bearing Id lost (there were 4 originally in the controller) and he put a micrometer on it and said hed be right back. A minute later he came back with 2 new stainless bearings. I reached for my wallet (ready to pay whatever he asked) and he said it was on the house.That sort of corporate attitude is lacking today, and Ill be forever grateful.
