I called the store on Tuesday to inquire about a rear camera replacement. I was told to come into the store to pay for the part to have it ordered. The associate was pleasant. I went in paid and the part came in the next day. I dropped of my phone during my lunch hour and came back right before it ended to pick it up. I now have a restored camera where my photos dont look like they were taken using a camera in the 80s. I thought I would have to get a full phone replacement but this was such a relief. Im very satisfied with the customer service, easy transaction, price of part/labor, promptness of service, and overall work. Highly recommend. Photos of before fix and after attached.

Would not recommend. Went it to replace the screen for my computer. Had to return it 3 different times because it wasnt properly attached and parts of the frame kept popping up. Went back for the last time and was told all he could really do is add more glue to keep the frame to stick. Still wasnt planning on leaving a review (because I dont typically do for almost anything) but just went to use my screens camera for the first time and found out that doesnt work either. Not what you want to find out in the middle of a pandemic when everything has gone virtual. Very frustrated especially since I paid a good bit of money for this. Will have to go to someone else to hopefully get it fixed. Personally, if I had to do it again Id go somewhere else or back to the original manufacturer to get it fixed. Amazing Cell phone repair service. In 1 hour, they fixed my phone. Multiple T-Mobile stores told me to kick rocks.

They replaced my ipad screen, added screen protector.  now the front camera doesnt work.  they said everything is checked before ipad is released, so not covered under warranty. The camera worked perfectly prior to STS screen replacement.  They should advise that the front camera may not work after screen replacement so I can make the decision whether Id rather have a screen thats not cracked or a front camera that works.  Or better yet, they should fix the screen without breaking the front camera.

STS Repair replaced my screen about a month ago. The phone worked perfectly, but the screen was cracked. Once i got my phone back, my phone started acting crazy. I thought this was from the aftermarket charger i bought from STS Repair. My phone recently locked up completely. The owner offered to repair my phone for a 2nd time with a premium screen for the cost of a 2nd tier screen. I told him this was unacceptable. He does not stand behind his work. Better stay away from STS if you want your phone repair correctly and want to be charged fairly.

Took my iPad in on Monday and was told it would not be ready until Friday. So not impressed with repair speed. Also a bit more costly than other places. It’s saving grace was they knew what they were talking about and took time to answer my numerous questions.

Through my uncanny ability to drop an iphone 6+ in just the perfect manner and location to crack the screen, I have had the opportunity to utilize their service upon several occasions. My experience has been that of honest, efficient service and I have recommended them to friends with my same phone-screen-abuse skills. Great price and super fast service. The staff members are very kind, professional, engaging, and extremely helpful in explaining repairs, cost, etc. Although the store front itself is small, dont let that ward you off because the inside is incredibly spacious somehow. A clean and relaxed atmosphere with a nice modern touch. I was especially appreciative of the fact that they somehow managed to hang cell phone cases on the wall without it looking tacky...still not sure how they managed that haha. There are comfortable chairs to wait in and free coffee! Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend. Thank you guys for fixing my phone 🙏

Dont bring valuable devices to this store. They will lose your device and play dumb when they should be trying to reimburse you. These people offer no protection to customer assets and neglect all responsibility for losing the device. They will ask you for a receipt that doesnt exist and then tell you that they lost your information in the database when you tell them that the receipt doesnt exist. Basically they will tell you that they didnt lose your $1500 device, you did.These people lose expensive devices and refuse to reimburse the customer. I repeat, do not go to this store. There are plenty of other stores in the area.Also, for anyone whos wondering, they quoted me $40 repair fee and $70 for a new battery (the only thing wrong with the device) which costs $20 dollars online. Dont tell them that you will pay the repair and buy the battery yourself, because you might show up to the store and discover that your computer has been lost.

***PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS***Took IPhone 6 for screen replacement. Was charmed by the owner and chose recommended upgraded screen option, increased memory, screen glass protection, and new case. In all, about $250 spent that day, money I felt was well worth considering the cost of an upgrade.Screen was beautiful, received tons of complements on the case, noted a marked increase in my memory, however, almost immediately, the home screen intermittently would not work (about 1/10). By day five it was not working at all. I returned and was told by an employee, the home button was broken off and they were unaware of how it occurred. I stated it certainly was not me, and issues started only after their repair. He set up the onscreen home button, but stated I was responsible for replacement at nearly $80, and suggested I see the manager on Saturday, one week after the initial repairs.From research, home button issues/destruction is the most common issue with screen replacements. The wiring behind the button and its proximity to other areas required to access the screen replacement, make this problematic.When I arrived to speak with the manager who stated he was actually the owner, I was told I should have returned the phone immediately. I explained that issues were intermittent and while annoying, not worth going back and having the inconvenience of waiting again.No offer for compensation or repair made. I received the distinct feeling that I was seen as unimportant, and likely not one capable or willing to escalate this matter. I am amazed that this company would jeopardize good will, positive reviews, my recommendation to others, and take on the increased legal hassles when this could have been resolved civilly and amicably, had they had the will to do so.I am taking this company to small claims court, posting here as frequently as I can, and other social media sites, to warn others. I went in a while back to get my iPod screen replaced and I noticed that it didn’t fit right and when I used it the keyboard wouldn’t register and I had to keep turning the phone on and off. Also the home button was able to be turned which shouldn’t happen and eventually fell out.

I came in with my Dell laptop because I was locked out of it. I had tried everything to get into it to no avail. They were so nice and super efficient. I will always bring my phone and computer problems to them from now on! Thank you STS!

Amazing. These people do service like theyre an Apple corporate store. It is wonderful to go there for tech service and repair. Fixed my iPhone, iPad and in less than an hour. Cost is reasonable. LOVE STS!

Overall the technician and the gentleman with beard gave me a phone case to compensate for the damages that happened. So yes I give them a 3 star on customer service but literally a 2 star for bending the housing of the phone.

I brought my laptop in for a new battery, and I went back for it and they told me that it got stolen and I couldnt do anything about it without a receipt (which didnt exist because I had not paid for the repair). They told me that their database was wiped clean so they could not just look up my info. They pretty much lost my 1500 dollar laptop and then told me that they were not responsible. Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and neglectful.

Went to the sts repair in Cordova. Replaced my iPhone battery for $35. Very quick, very professional. Their waiting room was excellent but only had to wait about 10 minutes. Very satisfied. I had previously visited a batteries plus store and they quoted me $60 for the same service but they couldnt do it as their tech only worked a few hours a day and was not there.

They dont Half-Ass a job. If the screen has difficulties fitting they will sit there and work with the frame before they put anything back together. The techs and receptionist are the sweetest people. This company is genuine and honest. They care about the customers. Got my cracked screen fixed here for $110, plus spent $70 on another phone fix. Within two hours, the screen broke on its own--the phone was just sitting on a table and it popped and cracked. I took it back the same day and they wouldnt fix it. I will not be back and I will tell others to avoid it. Ridiculous!
