Horrible Customer Service. My phone is damaged and under warranty. A call was made to get warranty replacement for my phone. The store that they were sending my to was vandalized in the process. No one from T-Mobile notified me. Now I have to go through the whole process again, but I need authorization from the account holder. They see that s warranty replacement is there pending, but because Im not on the account, it cant be authorized. My question is if you see the warranty pending then that should say that the account holder has authorized the transaction. So whats the problem?I understand you protecting your customers. It is not my fault that my phone was being shipped to a store that is closed indefinitely. Had I not called the store I called, I would not have ever known what the problem was in me getting my phone. No one from your T-MOBILE cared enough to even contact the account holder to let him know that the store was closed. We have been waiting for no reason at all. All of this could have been avoided with a call to the customer. NO EXCUSE. T-Mobile has no problem collecting monthly payment out of my account. The customer service representative we talked to on the day of the initial order, saw that there were 2 different numbers on the account. We didnt know that someone had to have authorization to do something on the account. We were told that the only thing that was needed was the pin code. At the end of the day customer service should take place at all times and proper and necessary communication is an absolute must.

Went to store to purchase Samsung 10 plus and a case; despite my multiple request to not get into any of the bundling, or extras, the sales manager continued to do so. I asked him to just sell me the phone and case, which I was buying outright, and he said he couldnt that he had to go over these other options and plans with me (in the name of saving me money of course). I informed him that my time was limited and I just wanted to complete the purchase, and if he continued I would leave and contact T-Mobile corporate, at which he replied go ahead. He even attempted to invoke my wife into the transaction. Wow!! Whatever happened to PROFESSIONALISM? How about just giving the customer what they want? Why does purchasing a phone have to feel like buying a car? I will never to return to this location, and I strongly encourage anyone else to do the same.RESPONSE TO OWNER July 30th - For the record I did not purchase the phone and case from you. Your canned response is yet another example of unprofessional service. No apology for the behavior was extended on your part, which is a reflection of the sales tactics exhibited by your team. If I come near that store it will be to stand in front and tell other potential customers my experience with you. Do Better!!

2 male employees on the phone and 1 female employee greeted me. She wanted my name to put me on the waiting list, I was like for what? I was the only customer in the store and she couldnt tell me how long was the wait. What kinda BS is this for trying to pay cellphone bill.

Watch out for hidden fees. Price of phone advertised does NOT include upgrade or other fees.Reached out to the manager as requested. Explained to me that there is ALWAYS an upgrade fee over and above the price shown on the wall. Now I know why I was charged that fee. Because thats what they do! Explanation is bogus, as is the store. Will not use them again.

Staff is very courteous. The manager Devin has a great personality and will resolve any problems you may have. The sales people there have really great attitudes. Ill stay with T-Mobile as long as I continue to deal with that store.

I was very disappointed by my visit to this store. There were only 2 employees, making the wait time almost 30 minutes. Then the worker doesnt even try to figure out whats wrong with my phone. So I go ahead and buy a new phone. And he pushes me to buy a case and other extra stuff. And he gives me an iPhone 7 case instead of an iPhone 6s case. Seriously, I cant connect my headphones with the case on. Very disappointed in being sold merchandise not made for my phone... I will be returning this case and will not be fooled by them again...

Garbage customer service here, with long wait times and zero effort from staff. Wasted half an hour here while staff ignored us and made no effort to serve quickly. T-Mobile loses my business.

My phone stopped charging suddenly, so I took it in as Ive had hardware issues leading to exchanges several times with this phone and I pay for handset protection.Devin insisted that I had erosion (he meant corrosion) in the charging port due to water damage because there was something bluein it. There has been no water damage, but he would not even oblige me and check the water damage indicators.I got home and picked the blue pocket lint out of the port with a safety pin -what he called erosion.The phone still doesnt charge, of course.Ive been loyal to T-mobile for years, but AT&T, here I come.
