They charged me 60 dollars and were unable to fix my phone. What a waste of money. They did not tell me it was non refundable till afterwards and I was mislead and paid money for nothing in return. If they can’t fix it it should be free and definitely not 60 dollars to tell you it’s broken.

Easy to find. Super clean windows. I broke the screen on my phone. My insurance claim directed me to this place to get it fixed. I walked in as soon as the doors opened. I complied with their sign to wear a mask but the guy behind the counter with the long beard wasn’t wearing a mask. -crazy! How do you make customers wear a mask but you don’t have to? Other than that, this place was quick with fixing my phone. However when they finished, they didn’t send an email saying they were done so I just came back after three hours.

The service and customer service was great. They are very informative and will answer any question you have for them. Thank you guys for another great experience

Amazing Service, incredible customer care, friendly staff and just all around great place. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. AND I say this even though they couldnt fix my phone. They explained the reason had my phone for hours and then had to direct me to Samsung and didnt charge me anything mot even for there time. They explained that they try hard to fix devices and if they cannot they do not charge. It was amazing to see a business not exploit there customers and be completely open and honest.

They provide an awesome and valuable service. Depending on the situation it can be almost invaluable. More importantly, at least in my opinion and based on my few experiences with more than one location, they seem to genuinely care about their customers satisfaction and their quality of work. They take the time to answer any question you may even if you just happen to call up there and want a suggestion or advice for your device. In other words, they get my recommendation 10 out of 10 times.

By far the longest wait time I’ve ever experienced. How can some have phone screens repaired and ready to go in as little as 5 mins while this place takes 3+ hours? Oddly enough the only place that takes insurance coverage repairs is an hour drive away, so you’re already spending just 2 hours in driving and then you’re expected to wait another 3+ hours for repair time... Hmmm... Who would of thought that this would take an 8 hr work shift.

Our family came in today for a broken screen on a galaxy note 9, I called it into the insurance company and was directed to the uBreakIFix on Winchester road. When we arrived Monte handled everything very quickly without any problems. His customer service was excellent. Our screen was repaired and looks brand new! Thanks so much UBreakIFix you did a great job . We will be back for any of our electronic repairs & recommend everyone else to check them out, they have very quick service! We also got the liquid glass applied and it is definitely worth it for the extra protection and you dont even know its there!!

They were terrible. My brother in law died of Covid last month and I am high risk, so I asked about curbside service. They said no problem, but I needed to pay in cash. So I went to an ATM to get cash, and dropped the broken phone off curbside to get it fixed. When I came back to get the fixed phone they said I had to come in to pay, and they wouldnt do curbside payment. They were also surly during the entire process and acted as though they were being put out. Its business like these that help spread the virus. They are younger and I guess couldnt care less, and I felt like I was victim to bait and switch just to get their business. I wouldnt have gone to them had I known I had to go in to pay, especially after they told me I could pay curbside but only with cash. I ended up putting it on my credit card because I had to go in. Really made me nervous and angry. I wont ever go there again and dont think you should either.

Follow up, this has been a run around (back & forth w/insurance & Google), but Im giving uBreak another chance.

I went in to have them look at the color distortion on my IPad. The young man, at first tried to tell me it was my fail since I had just sanitized the screen. He seemed as if I was bothering him. He never told me what was wrong, but he had no problem telling me it would cost 385.00. Was not happy with the customer service. Will not return.

My Samsung phones screen went bad, after a few hours of Samsung website uselessness I got to the ubreakifix store. I called them and explained the situation and they said it could be fixed under manufacturers warranty pending no damage was noted on inspection. After I dropped it off, they said 4 hours, and in 4 hours I had my phone back with a brand new screen and covered under warranty. Mike was professional and knowledgeable and took time to haggle with Samsung to get it covered. Great experience, and will recommend!

Zach not only quickly fixed the glass on my phone but he also noticed during his repair that my home key button had shifted and put it back in place so that I could regain full use of my device. He was professional and personable and completed excellent service. I got my phone back within a few hours and Ive been smiling every since. Definitely go and see him!

After dropping my phone, AT&T sent me to this authorized repair shop. They repaired my screen AND installed a new frame and battery. The best part is that it was all covered under my warranty! They had me on my like new phone in less than two hours.

My screen broke several weeks ago and I had 14 days to get it fixed. Marc was awesome, provided me with knowledge about the process, what was really being replaced and the warranty of the product. It took 2 hours but I had already planned to see a movie. By the time I was done, I had a new phone and Marc put my screen protector I had on my phone. Overall great place, if you need a reliable, affordable and good customer service for ANY type of phone repairs.

My aunts iphone 6 charging port wasnt working cause something had broken and got jammed in there. Went about an hour before they closed and only took a few minutes. Really nice and Monte was very helpful

Such a pleasant, courteous experience here with Zach. He explained the process and then told me my phone would be ready within 2 hours. Upon pick up Zach pointed out that I needed a new case and that they offered the liquid screen protector. I agreed to the liquid screen protector and Zach was nice enough to install it for me. Would definitely recommend this place hands down for anyone with cellphone or tablet issues concerning the screen or buttons.

I was told my screen repair would take an hour but it took longer. No worries though. Everything is back to normal and my screen looks great. I recommend to anyone looking to fix their phone/tablet/laptop/or most anything else. The staff is super friendly. You wont be disappointed.

Very clean, minimalist store. Highly knowledgeable staff with great manners. I didnt expect them to have the pieces for my repair already in stock, but they did! I dropped my phone off for repairs at 12:30, and was able to pick it back up after I got off work with my repairs made.

I learned of this place because thats where my insurance claim told me to take it for a cracked screen repair, but I would definitely recommend it myself now. The repair tech was very courteous and friendly and good at explaining things about the plan and about general smartphone stuff. I am still enjoying this repaired screen several months later and would highly recommend this location.

Brought my Note 8 in for repair for cracked screen. Was told 2 hrs for repair. Arrived 2 hrs later and phone was ready. Staff was very knowledgeable about questions I had as well. Very satisfied with the service I have received.

I had issues with an old phone, and uBreakiFix was able to repair that old phone as well as transfer all my pictures that I had on my old phone to my new phone. They are quick and thorough with the repairs. But above all theyre honest and that is a rare quality to find!

These guys are impressive. Im not from the US, and was just staying for a week in Memphis. I left my Google Pixel to be fixed here and not only they fixed in time for me to return but they also managed to get it fixed at no cost from Google. Fantastically friendly service, my phone is pretty much brand new. I had a cracked screen and they changed it plus the metal frame, LCD battery and speaker. My warranty with Samsung was about to expire and now it got a 3 month extension plus their 3 month warranty too.

First I owe an apology to Brandon the tech, he had reason to think I was annoyed with him; not so. I just hadnt considered all the time Brandon put in trying so hard to fix my PC.
