Xfinity, in general not specific to this store at all, has the worst customer service of any company. Every time there is an issue you can expect to spend the day going in a circle with Xfinity. On the phone. I have experienced this multiple times. Talk about working you up and taking every bit of patience and more! It takes 10 min if you are lucky to get through the automated system. You actually are out of patience by the time you get a human on the line. Then a whole new level of frustration starts. They are script readers and have strong accents making it difficult to communicate. 99.5% do not know their jobs, including managers, causing the customer to have to call back multiple times to resolve issues. I could write a book about my experiences. I’ve now been on the phone for going on 90 min and keep being transferred, I would go with another company if I had an option in my area.

I give it 3 stars because the service I get at the store is good. They are prompt, courteous and speedy. I dont give more stars because the equipment I get from them is far from acceptable. I have had xfinity for just about a year and have gone through 4 different modems and 3 X1 cable boxes. They only use refurbished equipment......

Nice people but poor customer service. No skills whatsoever with dealing with an unhappy customer. Simple problem simple fix no one tried to help me because I was a bit frustrated by a flaw in the companys system which is not my problem to have to suffer from.

They didnt have any xb7 gateways in stock. And they said that the xb6 will push the same speeds as the xb7. Which is false. It was clean, and theyre polite and friendly though.

During this COVID event, face covering is still required, staff greet you at the door, so, you could be standing outside for initial check-in, but, once checked in, you may be asked to wait in your car, they will call you, (so, give them your cellphone#),. The wait was brief. The store is fresh and the service was as normal. Located cross-street from Longhorn Steakhouse.

My internet has been going in and out for the 2 days now. Xfinity’s website says that there’s and outage, but they still haven’t fixed it. As a result, I’m unable to watch TV, play video games, or get any work done.

Clean. Staff were helpful and able to meet my needs. Honestly the best experience with Comcast/Xfinity that Ive had. Store followed mask use and social distancing.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Worst experience EVER!!!! The manager was rude and her attitude was horrible! I had to get help from the assistant manager which was knowledgeable amd friendly. The manager should be replaces or trained on how to treat loyal customers!!

Clean professional and very knowledgeable people. My visit was quick and handled correctly. Got my equipment and was able to return the wrong equipment in a matter of minutes.

Customer of mine visited this store after 3 technicians failed to do a proper home installation. Store forced my customer to have a third-party onsite technician present to discuss repair options would not talk to me on phone despite the account holder physically being in the store. Store scheduled an onsite Comcast technician but said my customer would have to pay a third-party technician to be onsite to verify the job was being done properly. Customer pays almost $300 for basic internet. Less than 30mb down for over a month. Comcast says hire another technician to make sure our contracted technician does what they are supposed to do. Insanity. Oh and offered to upgrade our plan for another $80 because they think that will fix our issue. My customer is supposed to get at least 100mb down and they dont even got 30mb. Comcast manager body language didnt want to talk or help just wanted us to leave.

They are loud and obnoxious, and obviously have no clue on how to help with mobile needs we were told to call the mobile line so needless to say we were there awhile listening to them playing hollering and messing around ..they do not take their jobs seriously 😒
