I was really upset my package wasnt delivered as it was supposed to be and then the fact that I had to drive to the center made it worse but once there the reps were very quick and professional getting me in and out.
Im normally very satisfied with FedEx Express, but this time was a poor experience. Walked in and no one was at the counter. Waited a while, but still no employees. Knocked on the managers door, but no response. After about 15 minutes of waiting, someone came out of the managers office. Yes, the same door I knocked on 5 minutes earlier. My package notice said it was being held at that office for 5 days, yet thy could not find it. She finally came back out and told me it had been put back on a truck for delivery, even though the tracking still said it was in the office. Bottom line, 30 minutes wasted, as it was actually on the truck, like it was supposed to be, and was delivered 6 hours later.
Their delivery service has been horrible lately & customer service even worse. I had a delivery scheduled for 10/01 that DID NOT require a signature yet the delivery (if thats what they want to be called) did not leave my pkg well better stated they didnt even attempt to deliver my pkg to my home!! In their so-called tracking notes it stated driver couldnt get access well access to WHAT I reside in an open subdivision & on-top of this I checked my security system & their is no delivery person from FedEx attempting any delivery at my home from 3pm-7pm yet it states they attempted delivery at 5:21 LIAR!! Im so livid about this due to this delivery was my medication that Ive been waiting on its the 2nd delivery that has been messed up with their shipping. The medication is time & temperature sensitive & is now ruined due to someone not doing their job & customer service not making any attempts to correct the issue. (NO Delivery person at 5:21 as they claim)

Shipped our engagement ring to jeweler for repair via fedex. Ring was stolen out of the package in transit, fedex delivered an empty package. Refused to tell us what our ring was insured for, 3 months later we are still working it out with the jeweler, fedex and our insurance company. Fedex did nothing to recover something that has become priceless to us. They claimed to do an investigation but refused to share any findings with us. This company is protecting theft by their employees, and we will bend over backwards to avoid using fedex ever again.
Package delivered on Saturday to this location. They dont want to release the package until Monday because it shows that the package will be delivered on Monday. FedEx customer service tried calling them, they informed the package is in the truck and will not be unloaded until Monday. This package had brides wedding gift which was supposed to be on Sunday. When we be in business where we can help people to celebrate or make their big day special, here we come with a story to ruin their day.
Today was a bad experience. Short staffed and I missed cutoff time for shipping because the clerk was helping me and others at the same time. I made it clear to him that this needed to be shipped before the cutoff time and he continued to do the same procedure.
Well, it was the time, wasnt it ..?It took almost two weeks to deliver the shipment.Without my action the shipment would still be undelivered.You have forced me to carry the copies of the printed emails and all the other papers in person on customs clearance Trespaderne Street.No longer talking about the inconvenience and dozens of calls and 30 emails to the office. And travel expenses...And I paying the fedex shipping service priority believing in the miracle.-IM REGRETING TO DEAL WITH FEDEX MADRID,SPAIN-I will never make the same mistake again!Thanks.

Priority overnight means 5 days?!? I shipped a live tortoise overnight and I’m being told it won’t be here for 5 days. It’s a live animal it will be dead. Never again fed ex! It’s Friday and there is NOTHING you can do to get it to me until TUESDAY? It arrived in Memphis at 1am and I guess they just lost it.

Have yet to receive my package in houston texas. Claims my package arrived in Memphis at 1:49am june 9th and was supposed to be delivered june 10th. I just want to know if my package been stolen or lost because somebody will replace my package. This is getting out of hand now.

Fed ex driver nearly kills me and my family driving a delivery truck by speeding up while i have signaled to turn into my drive way well before the truck is going to pass:package is delayed by 4 days just because i dont want a driver on the street that literally tried to run me and my family over because he either wasnt paying attention or having a bad day, you guys are a complete joke and you deserve every piece of bad criticism you get to date and the future, 1 star review every single time from now on for endangering me and my family and then my package is held in a facility near me a town over not but 15 mins away and not being delivered on time, it was meant for friday now its monday, unacceptable.

FedEx has to be the worst ship company out of all of them (USPS, UPS, DHL and Amazon). I ordered an iPhone 12 that was suppose to be here by 26 February ‘21 and still hasn’t arrived. My mornings consist of calling them to het updates and every-time all I do is get the run around. My consumer support agent even lied to be and said my phone was at my local branch ready to be picked up which it wasn’t. This is completely unacceptable and I due to the fact that I paid for 2 day shipping. I have reported the specific FedEx location to the BBB to get some real answers. I’ve ordered 10 packages with Amazon and everyone has been here on time. I strongly suggest no on order or ship anything through them EVER!!V/r,Mike

FedEx is seriously the worst. My brother sent my drivers license and payroll check to me from Ohio to New Orleans. He used overnight express delivery. The package had a guaranteed arrival time of 7/28/2020 by 8pm. When I called to check on the status after it was not received by this time, I was told it was in Memphis and was delayed due to flooding in New Orleans. This information was false, which I knew because I was in New Orleans and there was no flooding or airline delays. After calling back multiple times over multiple days I was given a plethora of different reasons for the delay— flooding in Memphis (false), flight delays in Memphis due to weather (false), staffing issues due to COVID (possibly true), mechanical delays, back-ups in movement of packages (possibly true), and finally that my package was lost (also possibly not true since the last person I spoke to stated it was scanned being put on a crate for shipment from Memphis to New Orleans).It is now 7/31 and I still have not received my express overnight package that was mailed on 7/27 with a delivery date of 7/28. I have had to change my flight four different times. Miss my first week of work as a travel therapist in California, volunteering to go to the front lines to provide desperately needed care during the pandemic. And they still are not able to guarantee that my package will actually depart Memphis tonight. That’s just what is “supposed” to happen.When my brother called to request a refund of his shipping fee he was told that no refunds are being issued after March 18th and there is not service guarantee. Proceed with caution if you ship via FedEx. A post card that my friend sent with a .35¢ postcard stamp arrived in New Orleans from Denver in a more timely manner than this $50 express shipment from FedEx.

Absolutely abhorrent service. Package has been delayed for weeks, and after a full week of calling customer service, Im told my package is lost. But not before I was told the package hadnt arrived at a facility, the package was on its way, the package is awaiting customs. Horrible company, horrible service, and I would recommend any company that cares about its customers use anybody BUT FedEx.

Terrible experience with 2 employees here. The FedEx Customer Service Representative had directed to me to this location after 3 different phone conversations trying to track down this package. Turns out the Customer Service Rep was wrong, my package was not here, but the only thing Thomas, the employee at this location could tell me was- call the Customer Service Rep. FedEx needs to empower their team members to work as a TEAM rather than sending their customers to 3 different locations with the message FedEx Appling screwed it up, go talk to them. and then at the next location - It wasnt our fault call the 1-800 number and then I didnt lose your package, I cant do anything.Change this system. Out of 9 FedEx employees I talked to, throughout that day only 2 were able to help in anyway- Bobby, at 149 Union, and Priscilla with the CAT. Otherwise, all 7 others were either completely wrong, or incredibly rude, especially Thomas.

FedEx messed up twice in one week and didn’t make delivery on time. In fact I didn’t get shipment until 24 hrs later. The deliverys were time sensitive because the items were for surgery. The doctor wasn’t happy. Looks like I will be using UPS.

Had to stop by here to pick up a computer that was shipped by my company. First of all they didnt drop it off because they thought (Keyword: Thought) the address was wrong. Then, they couldnt find it in the back and I was waiting there at least 20 minutes. To top it all off the lady at the desk had a serious attitude.

Not only were they incompetent, the employees were hostile at this location. I drove to 2 different Fedex locations, union and the airport, trying to ship a 4 pound styrofoam (Invitrogen) shipping box that contained dry ice. I was told by the union location that distriplex and appling are the only two locations that can handle dry ice shipments. The Union locationplaced the styrofoam box into a Fedex box (and charged me for it) saying it had to be boxed up. The distriplex employees said they wouldnt take the box and ignored me, when questioned and despite stickers all over the outside of the box saying up, the guy flipped the box upside down, slamming it on the counter to show me that the bottom of the Fedex box says no hazardous material. I had $6000 worth of DNA inside. I repeatedly asked what I need to do to ship this box and they repeatedly told me to leave and purchase a non-fed ex cardboard box to repackage it. I did leave and went to the appling location, who immediately said the styrofoam box was perfectly fine, immediately shipped the box for me, and rolled their eyes at the distriplex employees...

Why give a 1800 number that cant help solve a problem a waste of time calling that number. On top of that you mean to tell me the 1800 number dont even have a number on file ridiculous. Im trying to find out where my package is and all its saying is its in a local FedEx facility after they missed me. FedEx service is rated a no star POOR from me. I get home and i see a letter on my door saying they gone delivery same time tomorrow, FedEx i dont have a job where i can take off or come home on my lunch break I even called the 1800 number to see if they can hold it at a location like they did last time but the guy tells me that the driver has a restriction on it and that they cant do it. What type of business is that? The driver dont know my schedule to put restrictions on my packages and tell me when they gone deliver it.Maybe i should be posting this to the fedex website instead because its mainly on them and this 1800 number my visit there 2 months ago at this location where great.
