This may be a review for my own Dad, but I truly did have an amazing experience! My dad, Jeff, opened this shop back in November and puts his heart and soul into this store. He worked with me and my partner to pick out the right bikes for us for our time spent in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He even worked to get the bikes shipped to the local store in Jackson and arranged for the store to set us all up locally. We love being able to use our bikes to get around town and the national parks here without having to deal with all the local traffic. Thanks dad/Jeff!!!!

First time using an ebike. I rented it to do a 100 miles ride in the hills with an extra battery. Jeff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

All I can say is Wow! Although I did not purchase a Pedego bike from this store, they did perform a recall service on my existing Pedego bike. Their store and shop were extremely clean, their customer service was definitely above and beyond. Definitely recommend

My daughter and I rented bikes to cruise around Stanford campus. It was our first time on electric bikes and we had so much fun! Jeff is friendly and kind; we felt very safe and supported. I would do it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the place and the experience.

We bought two Pedego Interceptor Bikes (both Platinum Editions) from the Pedego store in Menlo Park. Jim Scanlon was terrific to work with and went above and beyond to get our bikes to us. We were in the midst of a move out of the Bay Area and he arranged to have them personally delivered to us in the North Lake Tahoe area. Amazing service!We had our first ride ride today (15 miles with wind) and the last four miles were all uphill. Loved the assist! It will make all our bike rides much more pleasant knowing those last four miles aren’t such a physical challenge. The bikes are very easy to handle and so comfortable!

We purchased a bike from Jeff at Pedego Menlo Park and it was a great experience. We do not live in the area so Jeff handled the order over the phone and had everything ready to go when we arrived. He also handled some customizations for us. We got the Pedego Element. The bike is very high quality and a lot of fun (fast). We also like knowing that the shop is available if we have questions or need service etc.

My husband and I drove 2 hours to purchase a bike from Jeff. Speaking to Jeff on the phone we felt he was the right person to buy from and he had the exact model I wanted. Ive added a couple of accessories and changed the seat but otherwise my Pedigo bike is perfect. When my husband first jumped onto an e-bike he was hooked! Were having a blast hitting the trails and neighborhoods all around our county. A big thank you to Jeff for treating us with respect and for making our purchase a smooth, enjoyable transaction!

I rented an electric bike from Pedego Menlo Park because I am considering buying one and I wanted to try it out. Jeff, the owner, was very personable and engaging and answered all my questions. He set me up with a bike, very patiently showed me how to use it and offered suggestions of where to ride to try it out. I highly recommend his rental shop.

I like my Pedego bike and worked with Jeff on getting the right bike for me. I had ordered a different bike and switched at the last minute to a different bike and Jeff was very accommodating to help me get the bike I wanted, it worked out great and I would highly recommend the Menlo Park store! Amazing personalized service from Jeff and Evan!

5 Stars to this excellent ebike shop in Menlo Park. Id been to 4 other bike stores in Palo Alto before finding this one, and no salesperson ever took the time to explain the differences between the bewildering array of bikes and what type would best meet my needs except Jeff Scanlon, the owner. And Pedego bikes had features that I had never seen in any other brand--for example the throttle on the handle bar, causing the bike to literally leap forward without even having to pedal. This is so helpful when starting from a dead stop up at a red light. And the five levels of power-assist are extremely helpful up hills. Level 2 or 3 up the steepest works fine, and for very long and steep hills Im sure Ill be using level 5. I wish I had gone to this shop first--it would have saved me a lot of precious time!

After much research, we decided to go with Pedego bikes because they are of the highest quality and the right fit for us as a couple. We bought two city commuter bikes from Jeff, the new owner. It was important that we had a local shop to service the bikes in the future and Jeff couldnt be nicer. Weve used the bikes in Napa, Monterey, Half Moon Bay. The ebikes are a wonderful way to get out of the covid lockdown, enjoy the Spring in the air and the California back roads.

I had a wonderful time shopping at Pedego Menlo Park. Jeff was very helpful and willing to suit my needs and requests around making my bike rental more comfortable by switching the seat to something better for my body, and also in helping to get the bike I purchased totally ready to ride when I took it home with me. Highly recommend.
