Update: I AM DONE WITH THIS 7-11!! I came in this morning, to get the same exact thing nearly every morning from the same person, one pack of American Spirit yellow cigarettes, the guy who checked me out I seen my ID previous times but after nearly 2 months never asked me for my ID. I live one block away and it is truly the only reason why I come in here, The gentleman this morning as I’m in my pajamas asked for my ID. I told him, you see me every day and sell me this exact thing without asking for my ID. I go get my ID and when I come back he doesn’t even look at it he doesn’t ask me for it, he just checks me out. This will be the ruin of the store. A regular customer that comes in nearly every day for the same thing should be a very friendly experience not a passive aggressive check out. Especially for a customer that just in cigarettes alone spends a minimum of $4500/year. RIDICULOUS! Will spend my money anywhere else.Previous: I come in here nearly everyday, just for convenience. After this morning no longer. The staff is almost always rude, ignore the customers, and are always on their phones when I am checking out. Except for Robert. It is hard to know if they are talking to me or someone else, when I say something more often then not they give me an awful look like I am bothering them. My suggestion, go to the Chevron one block away, the staff there are friendly and not on their phones.
I would give it a higher rating but if I’m honest I’ve seen so much shady stuff happen with the staff that it is hard to give a 3+ star. Once I asked for a large Slurpee cup so I could get the 79 cent deal but they “accidentally” have me an extra large and charged me a $3 for it. The other time I saw a cashier screaming at another employee and from what I could tell (they where speaking another language) someone got fired. Go at your own risk.
Guy was rude overcharged then didn’t charge for right items after let him now something was cold and frozen he tried to yell at me all I asked for was a exchange
Everyday I stop by and the 7 eleven people are very nice !!!!
Very attentive and professional staff. I’ve only been there like 4 times and each one of them the staff has gone out of their way to help me, specially Robert. Nothing but short of 5 stars!
Great!
Store itself, inside, was great. Service was quick, professional, efficient. Not the kinda place you sit and shoot the ish with the cashier over. Doesnt feel like a comfort of home sort of environment, but it definitely accomplishes everything you need from a quick in and out convenience store. But the parking lot itself is a deathtrap. I drive a big truck with a slide-in camper. The parking lot definitely does not accommodate, by any stretch of the term. If you ride a bike, drive a small little car, walk... This place is on point. If youre like me.. avoid it like the plague or park down the road and take a quick walk.As a matter of fact... Take that quick walk. If youre doing the RV/camper thing, chances are you need a good stretch and to walk off some of that closed quarters setting anyway.
This is an excellent location. Staff are always friendly and professional. Parking is not fun though, its a small lot and takes some manuevering if the main spots right in front are taken.
Employees are unintelligible and don’t wear masks
I went to buy day 10/09/2019 at 11:18 pm and it was stupid. The manager should guide his employees. Horrible
THEY SCAM YOU. Every time the price is always wrong and EVERYTHING. They take the extra for themselves every time.
Classic convenience store with pop, smokes, lottery, Slim Jims, and Slurpees. No gas station here. Plenty of weird food like taquitos and burgers and nachos with chili that comes from a dispenser lol
Waited at the counter for 5+ mins
Thank you very much !
