This is my favorite place to pop in and grab something if I’m charging the car. Quick and easy, also really long receipts so you don’t lose them. The Robot checkout machines are friendly, so are all the employees.

Dont know where to begin with this pharmacy. Id just recommend using a different one as I have a problem every time.

When of the most ghetto understocked understaffed CVS locations Ive ever seen in one of the most expensive places to live in the Bay area. Oh the irony

The pharmacy can organize delivery, same day, through the postal service for prescriptions. Call them, you will have to pay with a credit card over the phone.There is a CVS app which I tried, but did not work.

I only gave it 1 star so that I may write my statement! The CDC needs to investigate this place! No pharmacist, nor tech or employee knows how to do their job! FOLLOW THE DOCTORS ORDERS! They are not doctors. Simply dummies that cant follow direction of a licensed doctor. I hope this place gets shut down or every employee is drug screened because ALL of ther staff needs to be evaluated! No wonder yall are being sued

I must be shopping in a different store because I have found, over probably 20 years, that the CVS pharmacy in Sharon Heights is excellent in service, friendliness, wait time, and overall top-of-the-line. Im so glad they are my pharmacy and drug store. Shirley Kelley

Dont use for passport photo - terrible lighting and you come out looking like a potential terrorist. The lighting is horrible because they seat you in a dark closet where they take the shots. They are not supposed to tamper with the shot afterwards per passport instructions, but they did because the lighting was too dark, so they lightened it in post processing. This messes with the resolution and thus, could make it difficult for the scan readers at the airports.

Generally great service. I have never had a problem. Only reason one star off is because a few times my prescription wasnt ready when I went to pick it up, but they took care of it right when I got there.

I’m so disappointed with the pharmacy. Almost every time I call I wait anywhere from 15-25 min for them to answer he phone. To the point where they put me on hold quickly so they don’t have to answer. Or they disconnect me. Their overall service has dropped dramatically over the years. I’ve been a patron here for 25+ years! (When it was Longs) Awful just awful. So disappointed.

Best pharmacy dept. in the area no question, granted its a low bar compared to all the Walgreens but they are good ppl here and line rarely long ....

Recently renovated this is a very nice cvs. Great range of beauty products and healthy snacks.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Severely understaffed. Staff is extremely incompetent, loose prescriptions, incapable of using their own computer system. Unable to solve even the smallest problem. They will even change prescriptions and prescribing directions requiring my Dr.s office to call them them to correct them. The pharmacist thinks they know better than your doctor. This place deserves -1 stars.

I have nothing but good things to say about this CVS pharmacy. The people are friendly, hard working and diligent. Our family has no reservations about having all our (many) prescriptions filled there, and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Will not go back! The pharmacy service is TERRIBLE! They are the pharmacy that is closest to my house and I am transferring to another CVS! The last three times Ive gone there to pick up a prescription, they either cant find it or have suddenly run out of it. It doesnt matter if Ive received an automated phone call saying my prescription is ready for pick up or if someone at the counter has said come back tomorrow and it will be ready, theyve screwed it up the last three times! STRIKE THREE! THEYRE OUT!!!! Send youre prescriptions to another pharmacy. It is not more convenient if you have to go back multiple times!

I have never been so frustrated with a pharmacy in my life. I have waited too long to get a prescription filled. If I become desperately ill, I will not be able to rely upon this Pharmacy.

These guys are friendly and helpful. I have been there several times, and service was not unusually slow or anything.

Normally I do not respond to sites like this because you only hear complainers. Unfortunately this pharmacy is not very good, it is close to my home but they are SLOW. The drive-in is no improvement either. Same story: slow and orders are often incomplete. Not as bad as the pharmacy in safeway on El Camino but by no means acceptable. If they dont improve soon I am going to look elsewhere.

How does this place continue to stay in business? Also, it’s right up the road from two major hospitals and it has the most useless operating hours.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. After 5 different visits, I switched to Walgreens on Santa Cruz. Its a much farther drive for me but worth it. Ive never had a line at Walgreens.

The people are beyond rude and so uncooperative. It’s the worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. Everyone who works there are either incompetent or dumb. Highly suggest going to anywhere but this pharmacy.

Terribly run pharmacy. Took 25 minutes not even including waiting in line to get a flu shot.

Dont try to call them. You will listen to bad music till doomsday, as I am right now.

Had to wait over a half an hour in an unmoving line at the pharmacy. There was no explanation and when they FINALLY started ringing people up they were ignoring the line and just calling up individuals in no apparent order. Absolutely horrible. I will never be going there again

There was a middle-aged man who was awfully uncooperative and mean when we kindly asked for a visa photos with a few requirements. We had to retake it at another professional photo booth.

This pharmacy is the worst. Staff is rude, not helpful at all and you wait for ever to get your prescriptions. Very bad service.

Has the card reader for Apple Pay but will not except it. Faults advertisement.

Only ever 1 staff member on checkout, lines are always stupidly long to wait in for such a small store.
