Horrible service. Rude employees. Just an example of why these people will be out of work and replaced by online shopping. Had to ask three different people to open up a case and waited 30 minutes to get that case opened. Go to any other store but this one. Order online it will probably be faster waiting the day or two a lot less stressful as well.

This morning I stopped in to buy a 4k tv, and was greeted in the tv area by a young lady named Chase. Helped me find a tv subtle for my purpose, and within just minutes she set up a delivery date in 2 days with free delivery. She was very pleasant and professional. Thank You Chase.

Before you buy something online that you may regret, definitely stop by to talk to real people who are knowledgeable on the tech and can give you honest advice. Fairly competitive prices combined with seeing the product before it arrives at your door makes Best Buy one of the last stores I shop at.

My wife has went to Best Buy to put a radio in her vehicle. She has made the an order in February and went in March 8. Everything was going great until she told me that Best Buy has charged her again for installation even though she already paid for it in her order. Not to mention the person who did the installation didn’t tell her she was being charged again. She tried to call Best Buy 1-888 number to get it situated, but they have given her the run around, putting her on hold for 30-40 minutes, and given her to people who can’t even help her. She called 5 times to fix it to the point she had enough and had to call her bank claims department to get her money back. What has happened that day could have been fix normally but it wasn’t do to unprofessional people. If you order or buy anything, make sure you check your bank account and make sure not an extra charge has been made. Please do better

I have always been a big fan of Best Buy and it had been a while since I last shopped there, but was very disappointed with what they had for inventory. I was hoping to purchase a laptop but the selection was extremely slim and what they did have for display was either way over-priced or complete junk. I guess as much as Id rather shop in a store and look at my product before purchasing, now I must go to the internet from home and just hope whatever I buy is as nice as the picture suggests.

I came to best buy to get 1 item for my wifes birthday. I wanted a quick in and quick out. Wishful thinking. I waited and waited for assistance and finally had to find someone. An hour later i bought my item but only because it was sold out at my first destination. Always a problem at best buy with service. And they tried to sell me a credit card, no thank you!

Okay me and my daughter go to get new phones and we were approved for Verizon phones.Great so Mya Baertlein didn’t give us any other options to purchase a phone she picked the phone okay.Mya spells my name last name wrong I go back to the store because I told her the bank probably wouldn’t approve purchase .Mya says ohh its okay mind you she’s considered to keep avoiding me and my situation.Mya says she has worked for Best Buy for 2years I can’t tell.So we go home trying to sit up phones Mya says we have insurance on both phones no had to return to Best Buy again.Only this time I want to talk to Supervisor Derek Felske he tells her in her ear she comes up to me and says Derek Felske will be 2hours before we can see him .So I say okay I’ll wait then here comes the store Assistant Manager Amanda saying overall we’re we satisfied no customer service no you just don’t sale a product to people without quality sales the product may be qua but the sales have to be quality too horrible never will return ever.👎👎 I know what happen here let’s just push these kind people out the door they won’t come back WOW but it’s okay 👍

Went to buy a simple land line phone and small alarm clock, anything under $30 were gone. Target, I was in and out with both in 15 minutes. Also the person helping me had to ask were the alarm clocks were! They will pay attention and assist you if youre there for a $1200 cellphone or $2000 computer

This is the store to go to for any type of electronics that you need. This is my go-to store. The prices are reasonable you can catch the deals on their electronics. The employee that help me find what I needed was very informative about the items that I wanted to purchase and help me decide which product was best for me. Social distancing was in place, everyone in the store had their Mass on. Except for one thing the hand sanitizer that they had for the customers to use to apply to their hands was like water it wasnt really any good I dont know what was in it but it was watery so they need to improve on that other than that I will always go back to that store to shop.

Could be the worst customer experience ever. Feel free to reach out for details. Still cant reach anyone at the store. They never answer. If you schedule an appointment with the people online because you cant reach anyone at the store, they wont honor the appointment and make excuses like they guy doesnt work here and he didnt schedule enough time. Two different people both with the same routine. Both made it sound like it was my fault their scheduling people jacked up the way the installer thought their day should go down. Terrible service. I am still on hold. For the 4th time today. Still havent reached a person. Update: Austin the manager somehow found my number and called me. Same resolution. He must be the head trainer in charge there. Well uhhhhhh like who did you talk to?? Oh yea... they dont really work for us... its just like a hub or something. You are going to have to reschedule. Hire some grown folks to handle your business. Its no wonder they have closed brick and mortar stores in surrounding areas. Who wants to deal with this kind of mess? Any recommendations for an electronics installer that actually cares?

Most people here are nice. They have an odd setup now, and need to update their fitbit display. Its just bad. I hurt my neck trying to get down low enough to see their watches, so I just went and got my wife a samsung smart watch from somewhere else. Im not sure how this place stays in business. They have like 2 or 3 workers to every customer, yet most of them are in a group in a couple places in the store hanging out talking. I guess dont have any issue with that, they immediately drop what theyre doing if I need help.

To start the website showed improper stock and all they could say was sorry its correct on our end then proceeded to tell us another store had the item we needed. Sold us the item with the promise that the other store would have it. We finally got to the other store just for them to have given away the last of their stock, which we had already paid for one of the item. Dont let the employees talk you in to getting something from another store, if they dont have it there just walk out and find somewhere else.

Best Buy has large signs at their entrance saying that everyone in the store is required to wear a mask. They mean it. Unlike the retail store where I work, every employee and customer was wearing a mask properly. Not a single mouth or nose to be seen. Thanks to Best Buy for doing their part to end the catastrophe that is COVID-19 in Wisconsin right now. And Cheyenne treated me as if I were the best thing that happened to her all day, even though I was just there to return an item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an online order for curb side pickup this morning at 830am. Get to store at 10 when they open hoping it would be ready. Negative. Go inside to find multiple employees standing around and yet had to wait 20 minutes for a customer service rep to tell me the order is stuck online and we will cancel it. I had used my rewards coupon for the online order which was now lost. I ended up paying 90.00 for a 43.00 original purchase and zero help from management or customer service. Will never shop at Best Buy again.

The auto tech, Nick, at this location is dishonest and lied to me. He advised that I would have to pay for a half hour of labor to uninstall a product they had installed. However, according to the contract I was given by Geek Squad, there is a return and exchange policy that removes the product free of charge. Please read all your documentation carefully before believing what they tell you verbally.

Want to call in about an order you placed and that they cancelled on accident? Better be prepared to wait.. and wait... And then get absolutely nowhere because the staff doesnt know what customer service is. .An email stating I would be notified when my package arrived at the store never came to me.. Instead, just an email saying the order was cancelled due to not being picked up.. Why send an email stating ill be notified of its arrival if they do not notify me? So I dont trust them at their word?
