Good store to work at or even shop at more diversity better and cleaner and has more stock and items available

Rental was huge problem. Rented lift that I paid for in advance. Cara, was great and gave me a chain saw for no charge to try to make it right! Great service recovery, Cara! Calvin needs more training.

Not terribly helpful at all. I had two other Home Depot stores told me that these guys had something I need in stock, when I stopped by here, the individual at the customer service desk wouldn’t even look at the computer to check inventory until I asked him to do so exactly.

The staff here is so knowledgeable and kind! Went in to buy a new oscillating tool and the young man working in that department was super helpful and cordial! Last November we had new kitchen countertops and a new sink installed. This past Tuesday I noticed a leak under the sink coming from the around the sink drain. Apparently this leak has been happening for a long time. It’s a small leak and has not caused it to reach the floors. However the bottom of our sink is now molded and a container holding misc. items had standing water in it. We went into the store to have their contractor, K&B come back out to do a repair. I have called Home Depot every day since we reported it. They keep telling me the contractor will be contacting me. It is Thursday and I haven’t even gotten a call from the contractor. If they schedule an installation for you with this contractor request another one. Our job is still under warranty so I’m sure that is why we haven’t had a response.

Went menards first for door casing and there was 4 people standing around and not one offer of help. Went to home depot and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Got what I needed and at a better price and atmosphere

A cashier named Jennifer was very rude to me today 8/30/21. Completely uncalled for. Bad day? Needs to be spoken with. No eye contact. Poor representative of your store.

Generally I detest Home Depot, but this one is an exception. I had a really good experience here. It was clean and well staffed by helpful people.

Its Home Depot. I dont care what location theyre at, every store is the best around. They always have what I need and most of the time, the staff is knowledgeable in their respective departments. I could literally kill a weekly paycheck in about 10 minutes here.

Good except hard to find someone to help you. When we finally found a guy to help & he was very helpful, some young guy, who didnt have his mask very well secured on his face. Started interfering. The young guy didnt know anything about what we needed help with. The older gentleman was very knowledgeable & led us to the items we needed to complete the job. Thank goodness for him, he did a fantastic job. The younger guy was just irritating. It was like he was checking up on the older guy in my opinion the older guy was doing a fantastic job. The younger guy should be told to properly wear his mask & not to interfere when another employee is helping a customer.

A little busy this afternoon so the person at the contractor lane waved us over. A great experience, great personality and he certainly knew what he was talking about. Thank you.

Store is clean, organized and the workers are helpful. Honestly, I wish the workers would not be as helpful. Almost every time you walk in the store 2 or more employees will ask if you need help. I personally want to be left alone, but I understand why they do it.

The home depot is my favorite store to go in, just seems like they have been hiring kids that are not trained properly or are more worried about talking to each other than helping customers. I dont want to go anywhere else, but if it doesnt change, then I will.

This particular Home Depot really stands out in every aspect from product selection, customer service, every single employee appear to work together as a solid team. The location is perfect, in a gorgeous area with ponds, wild life, store is always clean and organized.

Several associates at the store tested positive for COVID and the store isn’t shut down, happy they can still continue business during this time, but disappointed they aren’t taking steps to limit exposure to other people for the safety of the associates and safety of the community. Great deals on power tools though. But until Home Depot actually does something to correct their safety, especially when they allow people to bring children and elderly into the store without masks, I’ll be sticking to safer alternatives until this unfortunate situation is sorted out.

This is the closest location to our house so we naturally you would go to that location. Every time I have been to this location they never have enough staff. If they have staff they are rude, and on their cell phones. We ordered a door a few years ago and they lost our order, then they put it in incorrect when they did a new order form. The door was then on back order for months and then they told us they didnt have an installer to put the door in. We went back to day to se if we could get the same door for our other door in the house so they match and they had no one to help us 30min of waiting. Also The masks are to be worn in the store they are on, but not over their mouth or nose it is pulled down.

Good selection of home repair/improvement products. Their website is pretty up to date on products/inventory available in the store allowing you to pre-shop to check items and inventory. Website also gives Aisle / Bay location for items so that you can find quickly when going to get something.

So far its a bad start. Ordered washer and dryer on the 8-28-20. Website said items were in stock and I scheduled delivery for 9-11-20. Received call on 9-9-20 saying I cant get elivery until 9-24-20. It will be one month from order to delivery for an in stock item. Very disappointed!!

Almost nobody knows anything about the products that are sold there. Most times if you ask for help from someone, they dont really have a clue.

No one asked if we needed anything. Could have used help. Cashier was nice but seemed pretty new. Didnt get a friendly vibe from this home depot at all. West Bend Home Depot is a lot more helpful.

Bought a dishwasher and told they would deliver it in 2 weeks. They called the day before delivery and pushed it back 3 more weeks. Called again 2 days before delivery and said it would be another month. Never got an apology or even a call from a real person just an automated message. Terrible customer service, I will never shop here again for anything.

Walked in @ 7:50 through the contractor pick up entrance, as walk in I see w cashier look at her watch and say something along the lines of they better hurry up. This type of experience in combination with late opening and early closing hours is why I avoid this location if possible. If a retailer is not easy to do business plus provides a fairly consistent poor customer experience, its hard for a consumer to want to shop there.

Use the app to locate items, it is a life saver.

I often buy my hardware goods online, but when I really need to look carefully at an item, this Home Depot is where I go first. The people there are always so helpful, and I value their expertise and experience whenever I’m looking for a specific piece of hardware that I need for my home.I’m wondering how this place stays in business, though. It’s often almost deserted, so much so that I feel sorry for the employees, who don’t seem to have a whole lot to do.Is online shopping so popular that even Home Depot can no longer attract customers to their big-box bricks-and-mortar stores? Maybe so, but those of us who still go there are glad we did, because we get prompt service from the experts.

We came in and were trying rent a drill for some drywall. The rental didn’t fit our needs so one of the assistant managers Ron tried to find one that would help us. Well, he wasn’t able to find us one that we could rent, but he made sure we had what we needed to get the job done tonight. 10/10 I’ve been a Home Depot customer for most of my life and the interaction I had with Ron just let me know I’ve been making the right choice.

Home depot is one of my favorite stores for home improvement stuff. The are my favorite place to buy wood as theyre the only ones who will rio wood for you (cut down). If they didnt I wouldnt be able to purchse wood. It needed to fit in my SUV and it did.

Will never use their tool rental department. Talk to guy that he will hold aerator for me. Rush there after work to find out they don’t have any available. Thanks for waste or time and gas. Take my business elsewhere.
